If I could give zero stars to Toyota of West Plains, I would. This is a bait-and-switch business that advertises vehicles it does not have in stock, and then pressures customers to purchase much more expensive vehicles. Classic sales tactic of an untrustworthy auto dealer. I wasted time driving two hours, and got three different stories about pricing and vehicle availability from three different sales people, including the dealerships general manager. Do not waste your time. Avoid doing business with them.

One major flaw this location has is professionalism. As a new comer to the area I thought taking my vehicle here would be easy and accessible. However, that is far from the actual truth. I was charged for services that were not done. In addition to all that, they charged me even though I have an extended care plan on my vehicle. After having my vehicle service in West Plains, I took it to the one in Springfield, Missouri. The service workers told me in Springfield that they dont know why I had to pay extra and that there were service items not performed on the vehicle. We attempted to contact the manager at the West Plains location but the service department in Springfield and myself never acquired a response. Luckily our issue was resolved in Springfield and we were reimbursed. This location needs a lot of work before I even consider using them for business again.

Recently traded a pick-up for a used highlander.....am having trouble registering highlander at local MVD office. Dealership did a poor job of explaining what to do to get it registered. They did a wonderful job telling me how to get a duplicate title of the pick-up. My suggestion to buyer, make them do the title transfer work.

Was a hour to rotate tires and perform full service oil change but with the free WiFi and comfortable love seats the time flew by.🙂

I would recommend getting a written quote .Verbal quote was questioned prior to making appointment, and re-verified. When work was done final bill was 25% higher than the Quote. This was somewhat disputed by me all I got was we will ck into it. Next day I noticed a problem and called back to see if something could be done Answer given was not satisfactory nor was it what you would expect to hear.If you are not a regular customer, customer service is not what you would expect from a Dealership. Mechanical workmanship I would score 2 1/2 time higher than front desk service. I now understand why star rating is Low. Also read your bill there is a 10 dollar charge for environment.

Took my vehicle in for a reprogram not long ago, very disappointed in how the interaction went. First they locked my keys in vehicle which does happen, accidents happen but I was also supposed to get a spare key for the hassle. I live an hour away. But what really killed it is the top of my car was scratched and had a small dent on the rear. I left a few messages to get this corrected because they werent there when it came in and never heard back. The lady who works in service was pleasant though, just hate that my car got dinged up and had to make multiple trips to pick it up.

Service department here is the best youll ever encounter. Ask for Josh, sometimes their backed up but its worth the wait to get in.

Not too pushy sales people, but check blue book before you buy! They do like their commissions!

Got oil change told me my front brakes needed change now. So I bought new ones took tire off but brakes were still good didnt need change.

Go to Reliable Toyota of Springfield. My familys bought 5 Toyotas through the years. We bought a Rav 4 from them with 14xxx miles on it and was told we had 30xxx miles under warranty starting from the date of our purchase, said the salesman. It was never clarified until we had a problem at 31xxx miles that we found out the warranty started with the first buyer. When we bought just this ninth from Fayettevilles lot, they made sure to clarify every single, minute detail of the warranties and the vehicles in general. When I tried to talk to West Plains lot to try and fix our monitor for the stereo they told me about the warranty issues and said theyd call back, its been months, not a word from their lot. Springfields a great choice they were professional and followed up after the purchase, unlike West Plains. Harrisons lot is the biggest joke out of the 4,NEVER GO TO FAYETTEVILLE OR HARRISON. DRIVE AN EXTRA HOUR OR SO TO A REAL LOT LIKE SPRINGFIELDS!! SERIOUSLY. Youll regret it in the long run if you ignore this. I promise that
