I had recently bought a vehicle from Springfield, MO. I had a flat in Sturkie AR and the key for the lug nuts did not fit. I called several places in West Plains MO(closest place to me) and no one could help me. No one really even tried to give me options on what to do, until I called Steel City. The owner told me to come down and they would see what they could do to help. Even though they did not have a key, they pulled out their welder, welded something to the locked lug nut and was able to then get it off. My tire was ruined from driving on a flat and although they did not have the tire size needed, they ran to another tire shop and got one for me. They were great! They bent over backwards to help me out in a bad situation. They will be getting more business from me in the future!

Our ac quit working on a road trip from MO to MS, hot summer day. Even though they were super busy, Scottie and Devin helped us out, ordered the part, installed and got it working and back on the road. Very nice folks and great service!!!

Vehicle overheated pulled in there to look at it. The owner came out looked at it said he thought they could fix it. Simple fix 30 min job and a 57 dollar piece of plastic they tried to charge me $199.00 because i was stranded. I felt like they were shady from the start the woman at the desk was a short and rude they went ahead and ordered the part for my vehicle without me agreeing to do the work. I left and didnt have the work done because of the service and shadiness from the shop.
