We were shopping for a riding lawnmower. We wanted to get one from a place that would be able to offer service if it were needed. The salespeople were extremely nice and most importantly very knowledgeable and informative of the choices. It was a very pleasant experience and we ended up with the perfect mower for the property.

Mark Doss was a pleasure to deal with. I started out looking for a 700 series riding lawn mower and ended up purchasing a 1025R tractor with 60 deck. The 1025R is the perfect tractor for my application. My property is 10 acres, very hilly, lots of trees and not much traction. The 1025R has tons of power, great traction and is very maneuverable. Mark did a great job understanding my needs and selling me the right piece of equipment.

Friendly, helpful people. Jake in sales went out of his way to set me up with a ztrac 930m. Looking forward to doing more business with them. Thank you Heritage Tractor Team.

Avoid these crooks! I needed a small brass adapter. It was $22.94 I said ok and he asked for my address and credit card. Without telling my the total he processed the card. I asked about the total and he said $44.62. They charged $18.50 to ship an item less than one pound that would fit in your hand to an adjoining state. Thats crazy! There is no need to mark up shipping that much. I asked and he said thats what the system calculated. Total rippoff! They need to recalibrate the system or add other options like flat rate priority mail. A small flat rate priority mail box is less than $7.00. So you know how it gets worse? They charged me sales tax even though I am out of state. Thats tax fraud and I plan to report it. You are not allowed to charge sales tax for transactions where an item is shipped out of state unless you have a location in that state.

Mark Doss was a pleasure to work with when purchasing my tractor, mower and implements. Service and parts are a nightmare. Parts never seems to have what I need and I have to wait weeks to get a part. They cant ship a simple bolt for under $35 to my home. I have to drive 100 mile round trip to pick it up. Getting service scheduled on my tractor is a nightmare. It seems only one person can schedule the service and I have been trying all day to contact the person. No call back. Meetings. Out to lunch. Its ridiculous. Never buying equipment here again.

I ordered JD parts and picked them up. Everyone there is very nice and friendly and got me fixed right up!
