Went to garden area to pick up item but nobody knew where it was. Talked to customer service and they sent me back to garden area where I found it. I loaded it because no one showed up to help me. Get to register and its$30 more than ad price. Girls at register were dumb founded. Couldnt do a thing. So I went to customer service and they gave me the ad price. Took forever to buy one thing. Theres literally no one to help. Aisles are empty or they say Im not sure where that is.

Staff was condescending when I asked why they dont offer all touchless pay options if they accept Samsung Pay.

Great staff. While taking an outing today I stopped in homedepot. What caught and made me decide to shop there was the vibrant variety of beautiful flowers. If you are wanting to spruce up your yard and get out for a little fresh air, stop at home depot and smell flowers.

This place always has the items I need especially on those emergency situations. Best part is the many different selections for an item to choose from! Ive been a long time customer and can always depend on this place.

Store personnel were very helpful and kind and checkout was a breeze with self service checkout.

I love this place especially its lumber department. I come here a few times a week. Most of the employees are pretty knowledgeable. Though there are some that really have no idea what theyre talking about. The Lumber Department though is an exception everybody in that department has always given me accurate advice and our very knowledgeable

I bought a refrigerator from Home Depot as you can see the pictures this is what they delivered after waiting for an eternity this is what they gave me and then told me it would take six weeks to get me another one it wasnt even completed yet the insides when I finished as a door has no magnetic strip on it to be able to close it now they tell me its going to take just as long to refund my money do not buy anything from Home Depot if I could give him less than a woman it would be at -10 check my warranty Christmas is coming up you cant afford a $1,500 refrigerator that you cannot use or any other product I wouldnt buy a one penny nail it probably would come without a strike head I guess the picture this time is worth a thousand

Im a big fan of Home Depot. Its got a great selection I was just about everything that you might want and the staff are fairly knowledgeable and friendly. There are occasionally long wait times to get some help, but once you do, folks are usually very helpful.I did have experience here where the rental deal was a little bit shady, where they basically said if I dont pay for the insurance and the machine broke, even if it wasnt my fault, that it would be my fault, which is in part why Im giving it 4 stars, but overall Im a big fan of the Home Depot chain.And like I mentioned on the meadowview review, I absolutely love the Ryobi power tool deals., And you still have the option to get the more expensive Milwaukee and DeWalt tools. But but the Ryobi ones have been great for me and my home use.Of course, apart from these other things, the store has a great selection of lighting, which overall is a decent deal now but can still be a little pricey, as well as garden, paint, and just about everything you need.Plus, two weeks ago when I was really hot, there was a shopping cart nearby that I could put both of my dogs into! I also never have a problem giving my dogs a nice walk inside the store.

I went for some soil and a water hose wand they dont have allot of organic soil but the organic soil they do have is good . They didnt have any shopping carts in the garden area witch isnt a big deal for me to go out of my way because Im young but the elderly or disabled might have a hard time . Something they should think about

Guy checker entering through the garden did not know what synthetic grass was. Geezzz... thankfully we found a woman that was stocking in garden section... didnt get her name, but she took us to the back where synthetic grass was, and really went out of her way to show us selections. In West Sacramento you have Home Depot or Lowes. You may be tempted to go to Lowes because its closer, or an item is slightly cheaper.At Home Depot you have people who actually help you, are in their sections so its easy to find help, and will go out of their way to get you help if they dont know. Most of the items are cheaper. The only two reasons I go to Lowes now is because of location and military discount. But even with the military discount, home depot has been less expensive numerous times.

The Home Depot always has exactly what I need for my home improvement projects.

I’ve started going to this Home Depot for the past couple years and it is my go to for any home project. They are much cleaner than the Home Depot that I live closer to and there are more parking spots which is always nice.

Great customer service.*EDIT*Another day we went to Home Depot to buy a specific toilet. The one we wanted was stored at the top of their racks. Edgar was a huge help and got a special machine to hoist the toilet down right then and there for us, all with a positive attitude. That same night Susana helped us wrap another toilet on sale for just $20! It was out of the box and we were concerned it might break. Susana went above and beyond to get the toilet wrapped so it wouldnt break. This Home Depot has staff who really care and dont hesitate to offer any help they can.

I had a very good experience when I went in today. This was the first time Ive ever tried to build my own furniture, after not finding what I needed at Ikea. Thank you guys for the great customer service! I had a order pickup today, but expressed concern about going in-store for the pickup due to underlying lung issues and the virus going around. Today i brought my 85yr-old father to this store in West Sac. He asked me to leave him alone so he could take care of his errand. He needed something to put on his cane so it wouldnt make noise or wear off. He wanted to do this on his own w/o my two cents. So i let him go. I followed him discretely, and i saw this staff person help him not only w/finding what he needed but also w/fitting the item to the cane. I thought that was so thoughtful and nice. I hope they are like that all the time. I will go back to that store again.

I asked for help and someone someone knew exactly where the item Was. That always makes the trip go faster. Bathroom was clean as well

Sketchy business practices here. Im tired of them taking bad lumber and re-stacking so that it looks like a new pallet of lumber. Theyre purposely trying to deceive customers into buying damaged products, and wasting everyones time.

Go team Home depot at 690 RiverPoint great service. Very helpful awesome thanks for taking time out care. Went to Truxell based on GPS was wrong store for pickup but went inside inquiring about ODOBAN told me they had none likely reason could not be put on curbside pickup order. So ask lookup for store 6minutes away say okay they out too. Well lol 😀 not only did the RiverPoint store have it. It was stocked right by customer service as come out store. The beauty of it the young Jude looks up item along with two other items needed to know where find and the Odoban was stock on cleaning aisle as well another open area near the aisle. What a way to discourage a sale not knowing customer might get even more stuff just as I did.

Early Friday morning around 8:30 a.m.I needed a few more things to finish a bathroom remodel. Employee was loading something on bottom shelves of an aisle. She noticed a supplier walking through the store, stood up and started talking with this supplier. I needed to know where I could find pressure sensitive adhesive spray in the store. I stood there patiently waiting for the employee to finish her conversation with the supplier. The conversation was personal and continued for several minutes. The supplier finally told the employee I think this lady needs your help. I replied, I think (she) the employee already knows this. I do not know why the store floor help does not run to customers trying to help answer questions, most questions are just about navigating the store but it never fails...they never offer their assistance and would rather head the opposite direction of anyone looking like they need help. Perhaps the HD owners should pay their people more so they may want to actually help or perhaps they should keep track of how many sales they do assist and reward people for helping or perhaps they need to find people that want to work and are willing to help the customers. When youre in the middle of a project nobody wants to waste an hour or more wandering their store. Or eliminate humans altogether put a computer in there that has everything in the store and punch in what youre looking for and have the computer tell me where it is!

Great! Eddie and Amira were very helpful in finding everything i needed. The customer service was terrific. Felt like i had my own personal shopper while helping others in the process.

Busy at 3;30pm on Saturday just went in to buy a hand tool. Got no help thou I tried flagging down An employee they were to busy so I helped myself by walking to the entrance where two greeters where standing when I first walked in to ask questions, they helped me decide which tool was best for the job I needed it for. Went thru self check out. Its a busy place most every time Ive ever gone in cheaper than Lowes not sure what else to share?

I am up getting ready for work and thinking I have to head to home Depot after work later but I just started thinking about the last time I was there. I think its very rude and the most annoying thing when the store is closing the lady has to mention it every 5 min for the last half hour. I start getting very irritated. I cant even concentrate on what I was even there for. Then she starts saying to basically get to the registers because they will close and you will be sol and telling the employees to look around their areas and scoot the customers out. Thats the most annoying thing any store can do. Its rare to find good employees that care about a company but they are at work. They get payed and when they lose customers due to their poor hospitality. They are hurting the very company that puts food on their table. That may not be their company but it is a company that has given then an opportunity to be apart of their family. Employees should do their best to not hurt that companies reputation.
