Brightside was recommended by a friend and performed service on my car recently. They were very responsive and explained the repairs thoroughly. Brightsides pricing is significantly more reasonable than the dealership. There were some unexpected issues that happened and all of them were handled professionally and efficiently. Because of that, I will not hesitate to have them service my car in the future and highly recommend them.

This is one of the few places in the city that would work on my car, a sub. Everyone there was so incredibly friendly and helpful with everything even referring me to other businesses and things that I needed. So incredibly helpful! I loved being able to follow everything along virtually and online, I also loved being able to communicate via text with the office. It made things really convenient and easy for me. I dont have the kind of job where being on the phone is available to me throughout my shift so being able to text and watch things happen online was so valuable to me. Alani is the nicest and best!!!

Impeccable service and professionalism from Tyler and his team. Drove up from Oakland as they were highly recommended for a Diesal heater install on my Sprinter campervan. Tyler was very knowledgeable and down to answer any of my questions. Also did a great diagnostic of my van.. Though they’re far from where I live, I’ll be coming back out due to their honesty and deep knowledge on Sprinters for further maintenance/repairs.

Tyler really knows his stuff! Took my 03 Z06 Corvette in for some routine maintenance. Tyler installed the part needed but the first ordered part was out of spec and he was very honest and went ahead and pulled the new part and replaced it with another re ordered new part. That right there showed me the true care this business offers. Will be returning with future vehicle needs!

They diagnosed and fixed coolant and oil leaks and an idling issue that 4 other mechanics couldn’t figure out, and much more. They were very clear about everything that needed to be done and communicated with me every step of the way. I purchased a 530i that was not running for 2 years, called around to find a BMW mechanic and spoke to a number of mechanic. After speaking with Nate from Brightside Motorsport I felt comfortable in working with him, I took my 530i to them to see what was needed. After 1 day they were able to diagnose and was able to get me on the road at a very reasonable rate, he was up front with no promises, I would highly recommend Brightside Motorsport and planning on continuing was them for future services

I Broke down while traveling Icalled several local mechanicsn that 7 out of 10 referred me to Brightside Automotive. I received the quote, (Mariana was the frontline as i frantically rambled my dilemma to her) surprised how reasonable the quote was. I had car towed there to My error couldnt find the key until late that afternoon which is when they were finally able to diagnose the problem, it was the alternator so they replaced immediately. By 7 that night I was on the road. Nate and his crew worked 2 1/2 hrs after hrs so I could get on the road again. This is one Automotive shop I will utilize even though im 240miles away.. These guys are awesome! Brought my 2005 sprinter in for a brake fluid service and they did a full inspection on my van (included with any service). They were very honest and provided pictures for all the details in the inspection. I’ll definitely be back for any issues I run into with my van.

First time there, dropped off my vehicle for some needed work, they located and videoed the problem items while still on the vehicle and forwarded to my phone. I was able to see the worn-out parts prior to them ordering the replacements. They explained the functionality of the worn-out parts in a polite, professional informative manner. Great experience! I am highly recommending this repair facility to friends and family and anyone who would need vehicle repair.

Nate has been a friend of mine for years so when I have car issues he’s my go to guy. In October my check engine light came on so called him up unfortunately he wasn’t available to do the check and work himself but Tyler made himself available and changed my spark plugs. I was done in an hour or so. This time around Nate was able to do some more diagnostic test when my engine light came on again. Friendly service and in a reasonable time and price. If your not going to Brightside you must like being part of the darkside. Tyler and Nate are great mechanics and definitely try and help the customers needs in a timely manner. I brought my car in only for turbo replacement and when I got there I was blown away with all the extra the guys did for me to make sure there car was safe before I brought it back home. They even replaced my oil pan bolts due to them not being torqued to proper spec. I did not ask for this service but was very pleased with them finding that problem as I had just had someone else replace oil pan gasket 4 months before and would had been really upset to have to had got it replaced again. So, what am I saying here? GO TO BRIGHTSIDE FOR ALL YOUR MECHANICAL NEEDS. YES THEY WORK ON ANY CAR, TRUCK/SUV, VANS AND MOTORCYCLES. TELL THEM CHARLIE SENT YOU AFTER YOU.

To be honest, I’m relatively uneducated when it comes to car terminology and I was reluctant to take my car just to any shop. However, when Tyler did a courtesy inspection, I was immediately at ease. He was very thorough and transparent. He diagnosed a broken strut hat and I came back the same week for repairs. Overall, very professional, affordable pricing, and awesome work.
