They overall were nice people.However, how many tire techs change a tire and dont know to torque the lugs.I actually had to request them to follow this simple procedure.The only other draw back, was that the driveway in and out of the truck bay was pretty cluttered with use tires.Made the drive in and out pretty tight.

Ive brought my car here a few times for routine maintenance and oil changes. They work fast enough that I can go there during my lunch break or before work and have a competitive price for synthetic oil changes. I will continue to go to Radial Tire for service.

Took my truck in today for the rear tires to get balanced after many tire shops told me they couldnt balance the oversize tires (38x15.5 with 20in rim -44 offset) Took them about 30-45 min. to knock it out with no trouble at all. Quick, easy, to the point and very satisfied with their service.

When I went to them I was riding on a spare and a may pop and I was short on money. I was going to buy one that day and come back the next day and replace the other tire when I had the rest of the money. They replaced both of my tires that day and took what I had!! The service was great all the workers was friendly and made sure me and my babies left there with good tires.I will be going to them for service in the future. Decent pricing.Came in to max out rear camber, and full alignment.When I left the car was pulling to the right, and the steering wheel was off looking, took it back right away. Technician took it, and had is fixed within a few mins. Would have been nice if I didn’t have to come back.4 stars cause I had to come back, great work though!

I recently took my 98 Ranger in for some front end noise. Previous to that I had taken it to a very well known shop in Sacramento that has been around for years and could not find anything wrong with my front end. However, I knew something was still wrong. My tires were wearing unevenly, clunking noise coming from the front when I would drive it slowly down the street. So I took a chance on Radial Tire in West Sacramento due to the fact I live there. To make a long story short, they found the issue and addressed it with accuracy. Not only that, their customer service was excellent. A man by the name of Richard Margroff greeted me as I walked through the door; was very kind and made me feel like I was a long time customer even though it was my first time there. I like that in a business. Rest assured, I will be taking my vehicles back again and recommending them to friends.

These people are professional. Whether its your Honda Civic or your 18-wheeler. Yesterday I brought in my wifes car with a flat tire. They repaired the tire and rotated the wheels in one-half hour. Ill never go back to Costco again.

This place is amazing!!! We had to drive from folsom (about an hour) and it was worth it! They are the only shop in the area that was able to replace a tube for my tire. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and curtious. I would strongly recommend this shop.
