I needed a needle only for my speedometer in my 85 El Camino. None of the aftermarket places sell them. Rather, they want to sell you a $1200 new instrument cluster. Im not one to typically write reviews which is why it took me this long to review Commercial Speedometer even though Ive been using them for years without any issues. I think a true measure of a company and management is not when things go smoothly and properly but when things go wrong. I recently had a cluster repaired and it did not fix my issue once I installed it back into my vehicle. I called Greg and the staff at Commercial Speedometer and was promptly taken care of and felt like I was in good hands. Greg had me bring my vehicle to him so that he can test the vehicle multiple times as well as to ensure his repair had been done correctly. My vehicle is a Mercedes Benz which most places will not want to touch due to cost of repairs if anything breaks or gets damaged under their watch but this didnt discourage Greg and the staff in the least bit. Greg spent half an entire work day working on my car and cluster until the problem was 100% resolved. Greg even had to purchase parts from another 3rd party company which cost him over $150 to fix my issue and did not charge me an additional cent. My total bill was $165 including both visits so its worth mentioning that they lost a lot of money on this repair. I was treated with respect and was blown away with the level of customer service and quite frankly technical skill that these guys have. I would give this company 100 stars if that was an option. Commercial Speedometer you have a customer for life! Thank you all so much especially Greg!

This place is amazing. If you have a Chevrolet between the years of 2000 and 2007, your speedometer cluster is probably going to go out. I pulled mine out in 10 minutes took it to commercial speedometer and only cost me $165. Dealership wanted me to pay $650 for the same service. Funny thing is I saw one of the technicians dropping off a speedometer and he worked at a dealership.

This is very friendly and very nice people there. Also, this is family business that they do a very good. They tested my cluster and they let me borrowed their cluster to tried for couple days. I dont know what I want to say more about them, etc. Anyways, I will refer my friends in future.

Had been dealing with a electrical issue for over 7 years in my 06 Chrysler 300C. The door locks, while driving or key in the ignition, would go up and down on its own. Specifically in cold or very hot weather. Replaced the lock, actuator, had the relays checked and chrysler recommend a new cluster as it the electrical brain.Took my vehicle to NorCal across the street from this place they charged me 110.00 to remove and replace cluster. Speedometer charged me 268.00 to rebuild the master circuit.Well, no issues thus far, they fixed my problem after thousand of dollars spent. I wish I would have foind them sooner. Before finding them, I was told I would have to drive from Sacramento to Concord and farther but my answer was right here.Thanks so much you guys! I am beyong grateful.
