Grainger saved me 800 dollars from an AC repair guy came to my house to tell me my Airblower is broken and charged me 80 dollars when I already knew that it was broken.The tech on the phone and everyone who work at the call center gave me confidence to tackle it myself. Great service. Real people and answers to my technical questions within minutes. I tried another company. Hours on the phone with multiple individuals denying direct access to their technical customer service. Make Grainger your first call. I did hear from the other company. 1 week later and still no answers.

Staff was great and friendly, I popped in to pick up an online order and they had me in and out of the door in 5min.

Covid restrictions made purchasing difficult, but thats everywhere.

Play movement outside service only for now.... Representatives were really helpful and eager to help Instagram account
