Wow.....it was so wonderful to walk into a hardware store and to have employees help me solve a minor plumbing problem. The first employee who greeted me was unable to find a solution BUT he sought the advice of another employee. They worked together and solved the problem. Bye bye big box hardware. I love this place.

An original type hardware store with all the unexpected items one might expect. Optional metal type and sizes of nuts and bolts galore! Staff was attentive and friendly. Not an excessive selection of screw tips and extentions and looked a bit pricey but not outrageously so. The end cap with the marked down bundles we browsed through were generously reduced and very project practical in content.

One of the last mom & pop hardware stores in the area, and probably the country. It is an old school hardware store, and it shows, customer service is still a priority, and you can still ask a question about how to, or where something is located in the store and get a straight knowledgeable answer, instead of, I dont know, but George might know or I dont work in this department, let me see if I can find someone that does (you all know what Im talking about).Supply Hardware is a solid old school hardware store that still knows hardware and how to use it.

I love this store. They have every but, bolt, washer you can think of. Im a millwright and work on all kinds of equipment. Whenever I need something hard to find they have it.

Supply Hardware is one of those places you go and you just cant help but love it. If youre sick of going to the big box stores like Lowes or Home Depot and getting nothing but bad customer service dont worry because Supply Hardware offers the best customer service available. Brian the owner is a great guy and a straight shooter. The rest of the staff is very knowledgeable and if one person doesnt know something theres somebody close by that does and theyre happy to give you advice. I dont even think about going to the big box stores now, Supply Hardware is the only place I go to get my home supplys. Also if youre doing concrete jobs they have concrete mixers that make it really easy to get the job done in a timely manner and the prices are extremely affordable.

Supply Hardware is unique. It. appeals to contractors and industry. Their specialties are fasteners and a concrete batch plant with rotating 1 cy tow- behind carts. Their staff is very helpful.

Best hardware store in town. Very knowledgeable about everything. Unlike larger stores that do not help but rather point directions these guys take you to the item and will take there time to explain how to use the item. They also give 10% off for all local businesses.

Very friendly staff. Old school type store, with good service, and a little of everything. The only reason for the less than five star rating was, because of the the large variety, I found it difficult to find what I really needed. However, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff makes up for any shortcomings this store may have.

Amazing hardware store that has a huge variety of hard to find items. I have been in trying to find weird sized nuts/bolts and after looking with no success at the big box stores, I have found it here. The staff is very helpful and friendly and unlike many places these days, they actually act like they appreciate your business! What a concept!

Wondering ...why did they never got back to me regarding an application for part time work while I was ..waiting for some other things I had... planned...they seemed really happy with the job experience...I told them I had..and they had a sign on the door for help wanted was it allison cox or was it a reference I had asked them to contact they spoke to ? Allison cox is connected to the Carpenters, the former owners..4H ..years ago...etc...(myself as well, 4H). I saw Tom Carpenter there..Supply Hardware that morning I saw the request for applications on the door Supply Hardware.I believe it shows respect ..to give some response to work done. An application..a drive there to drop it off...that requires time..and work.... If a company is not going to respond..if no one is..the proper thing is to say that prior to the applicant putting resources into providing an application.

The folks at Supply Hardware are definitely above and beyond when it comes to the customer service! They offered me free drinks on a hot day and supplied me with earplugs for safety. I had an all-around great experience definitely recommend them especially the cashier Lizabeth she was the greatest

This is a real hardware store... You can get real help and advice from someone who actually knows something... And you can get hard to find items at the big box stores dont sell... And you can get just one screw or handful of nails without having to buy a whole box... My go to hardware store

I love this place. It is my go to for hard to find metric or sae bolts. There is 4 aisles of just nuts/ bolts/ screws etc, easily one of the largest in northern CA. Buy grade 5, ss and grade 8 SAE bolts by the pound. I find the prices to be reasonable for something in stock that day. Its rare that I go here looking for something and not find it. The staff is always willing to help and friendly. They have a nice selection of welding tid bits for fabricating brackets, etc. This store is a gem, and I often go out of my way to support them and keep them in business. We need more mom and pop shops like this around. Go check them out, you will be happy you found this place!
