Everything from beginning to end of the reservation process was seamless. There was a snag with my ID verification and the staff member was super friendly and helpful and responded first thing after the holiday weekend so we could handle it quickly. He got me rented and into my unit with no problems, was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful. I feel totally safe and secure storing my things at the west sac location. Great staff, great service, competitive pricing… happy customer here. And the units are clean and air conditioned and nice. Great choice

I just had to share what an amazing experience I had with Life Storage in West Sacramento! The women who run this place are so friendly, accommodating, and organized! Kim did my walk through and was so kind and thorough! I was so impressed with how clean everything was! I felt so at ease keeping my possessions here. Juanita was great! She completed my paperwork and went over everything. You can tell these two put in a lot of hard work and have so much pride in this place! Would highly recommend!!!

Weve rented from Life Storage for quite some time now. The place is always very clean and well maintained. Its very safe and secure, always a pleasure to come and go with our belongings. The manager and staff are kind and courteous and take care of our every need. The rent is very reasonable and the location is convenient for us.

Ive had two different spaces at this location over the past four years, and both times they were able to help with getting me into the size space I needed. Spaces were always clean. People who work there are very accessible and responsive. Relatively easy to set up autopay on the website. Property is gated and you get a key code.

It is a very nice storage I like it a lot except for the fact that I did all my stuff online and I I went in late and could not find lights and didnt know how to turn the lights on cuz its indoor but other than that its great I just got to go in the daytime and ask the office if and where the lights are.But I love it!!!

We absolutely love this storage facility! We needed to rent a unit after hours and was able to do so quick and easy. We had access instantly. When we arrived at the facility, our unit had a welcome bag with a lock and an information leaflet. Rates are great. The whole property is very clean. My husband had left his cell phone next to our unit. Kim the assistant manager found it and held it until my husband was able to go back for it. Id definitely recommend this place.

This place and the folks that run it are everything you want in a place that you need to trust with your belongings. They were respectful, thoughtful, communicative and friendly. The place is VERY clean and the unit I had came with temp control. Perfect! It was nice not to be concerned about my belongings being kept safe. I also felt safe if I needed to make a drop off or pickup after office hours. That was important to me.I needed this place while we were using Airbnb’s during a stalled move because of COVID. They exceeded my expectations.Check them out! Kim and Arlene will take good care of you and your belongings.

I looked at several storage facilities before choosing Life Storage on Jefferson Avenue in West Sacramento. I can attest you will not find a better place. The facility is always immaculate and safe. But, the real difference is the staff. They have always gone beyond the call. They helped me save money by consolidating into a unit that became available, twice they have called me ON THE SAME DAY when I failed to lock my unit correctly and, when I needed to have access to electricity to show an item I was selling they made it happen. They are personal, professional and take tremendous pride in the their work.

Ive used every major storage provider over the last 10 years and Life Storage is the only place that makes me feel like they truly care -- about security and cleanliness, about my experience, and even about the things Im storing. This place is climate controlled and set at a more comfortable temperature than most homes. Life Storage West Sac continues to impress me. If you don’t live in West Sac and think this storage is too far - think again. I live in Natomas and would never store anywhere else.

This place is pretty nice. They have indoor units so your stuff won’t get wrecked by the cold or heat. The very nice blonde lady who set me and my gf up with a unit was super friendly and showed us the unit before we payed to make sure it would be the right size. This place also included the second months rent free so it has other places beat there. 5 stars! Would recommend! Even tho it’s in west sac I would trust putting my stuff here
