Extremely friendly staff. I called on a Friday for an appointment - they fit me in the next day. I came 30 minutes early, so they took me early. The staff let me know what was happening the entire time so I always knew what was going on with my car - their directions were clear and concise. The staff took their time to get to know me and made a personal connection with me. I will definitely be back again!

I came in today to have insurance pictures taken. Charlie knew I was on a deadline so he got me in right away, but on my own schedule. He had me email my insurance cards so the paperwork would be started before I got there. Once I arrived Rosemary took care of the paperwork for me and the pictures were done in less than 10 minutes. The both of them are kind, personable, local residents and business owners who care about the customers experience. I plan to go back for future service needs and would 10/10 recommend this shop to friends and family.
