From the day a few months ago when I first walked through the door, the folks at Pine Hill Fabricators have been amazing. Emily helped pick out the perfect countertop, being sure to advise of every available option. Once we selected a style she was assiduous in communicating frequently to make sure we were constantly updated and informed. Zach and his installation crew were careful, quick, and courteous. The countertops are beautiful and well-crafted. I must say that it was truly a pleasure dealing with Pine Hill Fabricators. I give them my highest recommendation.

I had my old integrated sink, that had degraded and had spider cracks, replaced with stainless steel. Scott did a fabulous, professional job and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Pine Hill for being the only folks in town with the know how to help me.

We absolutely love our quartz countertops. Emily was very helpful through out the process. We ended up needing 2 seams and they did a superb job blending them (which I was quite nervous about). The install team was very nice and informative. I would 100% recommend this place.

Zac did a superb job of making our particular needs met. The countertop is just the way I imagined it and is perfect in our new kitchen. They called me because the countertop had a flaw in it from the factory, looked like black ink marks every foot. They would not accept it & sent it back. The installation was a tight squeeze & they did an amazing job. Very thorough & careful. Beautiful work. 1.5 years later we are still thrilled.

We love our new countertops! We were very happy with the service and we got exactly what we were looking for. The crew was great. We have a double and has countertops installed in both kitchens. Pine Hill had a large selection of countertops to choose from, including additional chips not displayed in the showroom. The entire crew was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. I changed my mind a few times and the invoice was updated without any problems. And the finished product is beyond my expectations! My countertop looks wonderful! Pine Hill Fabricators did an amazing job! After having a nightmare experience with another company for 5 weeks, I found Pine Hill Fabricators on the manufacturers website. The best idea ever to switch companies, a much better experience!From the start Liz in the office was so much help in informing that the original sheen of laminate I wanted was softer material than another option of the same pattern. She even showed what she meant by writing on a piece of paper and showing that a slight impression was made on the soft silk sheen. She never tried talking me out of what I wanted, just gave some knowledge of the product which helped me decide to go with the glossy sheen instead.Joe came the very next day to measure. He notified me that he was going on vacation for a week. Even with the vacation my countertop was start to finish installed within 2 1/2 weeks. Joe and his team were very pleasant and helpful with any questions, concerns, and recommendations.I have a large peninsula countertop that has a partial wall running through it. They were able to make the countertop one piece with beveled edges all manufactured in their shop. It fit perfect with Joes spot on measurements and exceptional workmanship.Fantastic job, I highly recommend Pine Hill Fabricators! They made my nightmare from another company, a dream come true!

January 16, 2021I worked with Emily in order to choose a countertop with which I would be happy. Working with her was an enjoyable experience. She was very professional, knowledgeable about the products the company offers and extremely patient with me.I was undecided about what I wanted and came back to ask questions at least 10 times. Just had my countertops installed in kitchen...I love them...they are the BEST...Joe and Johnny went beyond there original order of work. Thanks again Guys...Im waiting on estimate now for cabinet countertop that they so kindly pull out of wall for me to use as an Island and I will having a dishwasher installed there which was not on the order. A few extras Great Work...I am so very pleased!!!

I couldn’t be happier with the countertops installed by Pine Hill. Everything from the initial consultation to the friendly crew that did the installation. What a difference it made in my kitchen! I can’t wait to have them back next year to do the bathrooms. I would recommend them to anyone.

They came to me highly recommended. They were spot on with their opinions, work, quality and craftsmanship and even sorted out an issue with the manufacturers supply by fighting every day on the phone for me, the end customer. Ive had five contractors performing my renovation, and this was the only company who did their part. This job not only had nothing go wrong, but did it all in as efficient of a manner as was possible. I exchanged a reasonable amount of money for great counter tops, no questions asked. Fantastic purchase experience. We shopped a bit before stopping at Pine Hill Fabricators. Most sales reps said that no matter what we looked at, it would be beautiful in our kitchen. At Pine Hill, Liz took the time to learn our preferences and likes. She was very knowledgeable about the materials, colors and patterns available and made recommendations that made sense. She provided large scrap samples from the shop of the materials that we were interested in for us to take home to see in our kitchen. We could not get a real feel for colors from the manufacturer sample chips, nor how they would look in the various light levels throughout the day and evening. We had a space issue and close tolerances with the refrigerator door that opened into a walkthrough area. When Joe came to measure the job, he was very deliberate in his measurements to accommodate our issue. The staff built the countertop precisely to his measurements and when Joe and Mark came for the install, it fit perfectly. They were extremely careful in removal of the old countertop as to not disturb the wall tile or lower cabinets and were very particular about cleanup when the job was finished. During the installation, they noticed a plumbing problem and after telling us about it, went ahead and corrected the problem. We are very happy with the finished job and love the appearance of the seamless undermount of a quartz Karran Sink.
