Awesome dealership. I cant thank Scott enough for his hard work. I sent an email about my interest in a GMC Terrain and within 15 minutes I received a reply. I began a discussion with Scott by email and phone since I live about 80 miles from the dealership. He worked on financing with me and we scheduled an appointment for test drive for a Saturday when I could make the drive - basically holding the car for me until I could get there once it was clear I was a serious buyer. In the interim he prepared all of the paperwork, we made a tentative sales deal, and Scott prepared everything for immediate delivery after our test drive if we decided to commit to the sale. We loved the car and after seeing the condition and options, we realized what a great price we were getting. A similar car in my immediate area was listed $2000+ more. There isnt a lot of room to negotiate as Scott explained they price to move inventory quickly (its a smallish lot packed with late model cars and trucks). Do some shopping and youll see they have better pricing than probably 90% of all dealers. Scott had plates, registration, and inspection ready for us. Once the decision was made, the car was detailed and we were off within an hour. Scotts friendly customer service made the 2 1/2 hour round-trip worth it. My thanks to the entire Galaxy team for a great experience. Ill be back!

Purchased two cars from them. Both were solid deals and I was happy with the customer service the sales team provided.With my second vehicle I added an extended warranty, 3 years and 36,000 miles.18 months later I had used about 18,000 miles and I needed to trade the car in. We had moved for my wifes health and needed a truck.Requesting a partial refund on the $2300 warranty protection, I was denied. Since I used it once for a $100 fix, I was ineligible for any refund. I cant be sure who was responsible, but I feel this is an unacceptable business practice. Im out of state now, so Im not in a position to fight it.

First time buying anything from them. Galaxy Auto was recommended to us by a friend that has bought from them before. We usually buy from West Herr but decided to give Galaxy Auto a try. I can tell you one thing, and that is we will be back in the future. This had to be one of the easiest buying process I have ever had. Adam was great to work with and was very accommodating to our needs. My wife and and I bought two vehicles from him the same day and Adam truly did everything he could to make the deal happen. Never once did he push us for the deal or play the game of having to talk to his manager x amount of times. I like the fact that 90% of the deal was done over the phone seeing that work best with our schedules. After we purchase our vehicles I had a problem with the lights not working on my outside mirror. I called Adam with the problem and with out a hesitation he scheduled me to bring it in and they fixed the problem no questions ask. It was truly a great experience, and I will definitely be checking them out again in the future.

We got a new truck from Galaxy. After a few days the 4x4 locked up while driving. It was grinding and you couldnt drive the car anymore. We had to have the vehicle towed. I was upset because we just bought the vehicle and it was very expensive. The guys took a look at it and tried to replace some electronic parts. They Ultimately couldnt get it fixed and had to send it to the dealer. The dealer had to put a whole new 4x4 system in. During this time they rented us a car which they dont normally do. They also apologized to us for the problems. It was fixed quickly and have not had any problems since. The service we received when buying the car was great. We walked in and knew we wanted the car right away. They had the financing and paperwork done that night. The car was ready the next day . Overall they dont try to hide anything extra in the contracts and were honest about everything. Even after we had the problems they took it seriously and wanted to fix it right away.

Went here after being lied to by other dealerships and had a sales person at 2 other dealerships that were extremely pushy. Should’ve came here first, greeted very nicely by Joe. He let us test drive the car I was interested in, and wasn’t pushy at all. He treated us respectfully. He got the paperwork done in a fast manner and I got the car 3 days later. An amazing experience and great staff to work with. I worked with Joe and he was down to earth and not pushy what so ever, like so many salesman tend to be. He was able to set up an appointment with me very quickly. And the process was super fast and painless. My trade in was appraised and i was given a perfect offer. No low balling me. I test drove a vehicle, i told him what i wanted to pay and what i had to put down and he stuck to it. From my arrival to me signing the papers was in all, an hour of my time. I went into it with numbers and a goal, and they made it work for me. So much better than the last vehicle i purchased, which was an all day, haggling back and forth ordeal which was at another dealer that i will not mention here. My credit is not perfect either. it is as average as it gets. So that did not factor into how smooth of a process this was. The credit goes all to the staff at Galaxy for making that happen! I am loving my new VW Tiguan and i will definitely be back for my next vehicle!

Great customer service

I recently bought a 2015 Ford Fiesta (7/30/19) from Galaxy, the fan motor died shortly after and they fixed it - No problem.Fast forward a few weeks and the transmission is acting odd so I called a transmission shop and the guy was knowledgeable and VERY familiar with the problem.He told me there was a factory recall (actually 4 on my car) and a class action suit against Ford related to the problem.I never received the Car Fax when I purchased the car and now I think I know why..Now Im jumping through hoops making appointments @ a Ford dealer and wasting time and loss of work trying to get it resolved when I should be driving my vehicle with some peace of mind..So Unimpressed

I had a great buying experience and was completely satisfied with the young man who helped me pick out my Ford fusion.However 6 months later when I took the car in to be serviced for a check engine light my experience quickly soured. Jay was unable or unwilling to quote the time for the repairs. I even asked for a ballpark that I could approve and he was unwilling to do so.He was argumentative and made me extremely upset over what would of been a simple repair of 4 plugs and 4 coils.After consulting with another local garage I was ready to have my car towed right out of Jays garage. Suddenly Jay was able to fix the problem for a quoted price. Very fishy. When trying to talk to Jay about why I was unhappy he made excuses, told me I was wrong, and never apologized or made any indication that he would try to do better.TL:DR The sales team here is great and will help you find a car. The service center is sketchy and completely ruined my experience.Tip: your extended warranty can be used at many local garages. Dont be fooled into thinking only they can service you.

The worst car buying experience weve ever had. We were lied to throughout the entire experience. Ill regret buying the car we bought forever. They buy cars at auction with frame damage and sell to unknowing customers. The damage didnt show up on a car history report until at least 90 days after purchase which we just recently found out about. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! The car was never detailed as promised. When I went to the owner about this, I was lied to from him as well. Lies and dishonesty are blatant from the owner down to the sales people. If you can buy elsewhere, please do

This place is an absolute joke. You make an appointment an 2 1/2 hours later you are still sitting there waiting for your car to be taken in to be fixed. We have been here FIVE TIMES (the part was bad when we bought it which they knew) to have the same issue fixed. They really have no clue what they are doing. If you are smart you WILL NOT BUY OR HAVE YOUR VEHICLE FIXED HERE!!!!!!!!!

We had a 5-star experience purchasing our 2015 Chrysler Town & Country van at Galaxy Auto Place. There was a great selection of vehicles in our price range. It didnt take us long to find, test drive and decide on a van that exceeded our expectations. Our salesman, Adam, was conscientious, courteous and thorough. We got the deal we were looking for. This was our second purchase from Galaxy Auto and we would have no hesitation about a third.

Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in my life. My wife unfortunately purched her car from these thieves, an hour after purchase she brought to my attention that she was given only 1 key, and no key fob, I called Galaxy and spoke to someone identified as a manager and was told keys I receive are luck of the draw and there is nothing he would do, this was a 2015 Corolla and if you dont know a new key must be first purchased, then programmed by a dealer costing around $500 money i dont have, Im happy to say though Ive been able to keep 2 more family members from purchasing from there. So the zero customer service that this dump had has cost them at least 2 sales from my house alone, Im sure the key would have cost them far less than 500 too. Stay Away.

We purchased a used Ford Edge with Adam as our salesman. He was very professional and helpful during our transaction and we are very pleased with our choice of cars. The only thing that kept me from giving this dealership a 5 star rating was the fact that we didnt get a second key with the sale. I called around to see if it was proper protocol to make sure the owners of used cars received a second key. About a third of the dealerships I spoke with said they make a key as a courtesy, the others said that if it came with two keys, you would get two keys. If not, you would get one. Weve purchased gently used vehicles in the past and have always received two keys so I was expecting that when the title comes in, the second key would come with it. We have yet to receive the title, so if I happen to get a key along with it, I will change my review to 5 stars. I think its just a nice gesture on the part of the dealership to always give two keys to the new owners given the price of replacement keys.

I have also used the service department for oil changes and some repairs and it was great. Service and sales are pleasant to work with and made me change my mind about a used car salesman that we hear about in jokes. i have and will continue to recommend this dealer to family and friends.

Had a really great experience both times Ive been here. Today had a flat tire and they found out I had a dented rim but no leak so they worked out the dent and filled all the tires no charge. Excellent service and great place, will be back the next time I need help.

AMAZING. I was told by my aunt to check this place out for a new vehicle, and I found the car I liked within a day, and I drove home with a 2014 Chevy Captiva in less than two weeks! I got it from them not too long ago, no issues with the car at all and the salesman Adam was very helpful along the way the entire time. I was buying my first car in my name and he was very helpful explaining things to me so that I could understand what I was signing and what everything meant. I highly recommend this place for people with trade ins or if its your first car.

We recently bought a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox from this dealer. After our 30 day and 1000 mile warranty expired we had a serious issue with the vehicle. We called Joe, the salesman that we purchased the vehicle from. We didnt expect that he would be willing to help us out because we were past our warranty. However, that was not the case. He was very helpful. He told us if you can get the car here, we will fix it for you. We couldnt be more grateful and satisfied with the outcome of that stressful situation. I used to really like galaxy and have gotten two vehicles here but when trying to trade a car i got from THEM less than two years ago they wanted to offer basically nothing.. Two thousand when they guarantee a thousand even if car has two wheels. They would not budge in price and they basically admitted that they didnt have need to because they are making their quota.. How about thats all the more reason. Well they lost a long time customer and more since Ill be letting others know thats for sure!Only a two because Joe was helpful and took time to explain when I had questions

Went in knowing what we were looking for, Joe was honest and up front. Super easy to work with. Since we were in no hurry to purchase he gave us the time we needed to compare the vehicles he had on the lot as well as what was coming in from auction. we ended up choosing the first vehicle we had test drove. Super easy closing on the loan and driving away. Had we not taken several days to decide which vehicle we wanted, im sure we would have driven out the same day with the truck. Would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone!!!

I purchased my vehicle on 3/1/19. It had a defective bearing that I had to explain to the tech very slowly in order for him to understand and once he did, he was able to identify the defective bearing and they did replace it. There was also a piece of molding that had cracked off of the door which was replaced as well. About a month later the steering wheel made noise from the boot at the bottom which they again didnt find until I had to explain the problem clearly. They greased it up and it stopped the rubber squeaking for about a month, then it came back, which I will deal with myself. The main issue that I am giving only one star is because after about a month, I noticed the car was in an accident. I know this because, one, the headlight on the driver side was not exactly the same height as the passenger, and the only way they are not identically aligned is if the vehicle was in an accident. The second, being the molding around the driver side wheel well was cracked and it didnt stay clipped in. The third and most obvious is that the front bumper from the driver side to the middle of the bumper felt rough (as if it was repainted, using spray paint can, it had a texture to it, and it was not smooth like the passenger half of the bumper), it also had some obvious signs of damage that I also didnt notice when I bought it. Last but not least is that the carfax report didnt show the accident. I will never buy from them again and would suggest nobody does either.

They were able to quickly fix a problem that another shop was unable resolve. They were friendly and affordable as well. I would definitely recommend their service shop, and I will go there again if the need should arise.

While their sales department was good, especially how Joe was very helpful in getting me this car and trying to accommodate my worries when I told him my car was having break problems, i feel that the services and mechanics department were awful. The brake parts on my car were brand new but they all were gone to waste due to improper installation by the mechanics there, who had to complete a pre-delivery inspection to ensure the car is in fine condition. Other than that, when the mechanic specializing in auto bodies was taking a look at my car door, he insisted that the car frame was the problem. But everyone else, including 2 other auto body mechanics, said that it was the door hinges. Although they can do the repair for free, I don’t trust them as if a mechanic is diagnosing the problem wrong, it’s more likely the repair will be botched as well. Make sure that when you buy your car from them, the car is in tip-top condition and send it to an independent mechanic for inspection. Anyway, Joe misinformed me about the airbag recall, claiming that it only brings danger to child seats when it may even deactivate the airbag when an adult sit on the passenger seat

Fixed an issue another mechanic couldnt and they did it faster. Communicated what was going on every step of the way.

I recently purchased a 2014 volkswagen sportwagen tdi amazing condition and with low mileage a big step up from my 2008 Mitsubishi galant and they work with ur credit mines wasnt the best but got me a great interest rate

Got my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta tdi 6speed a week ago, Scott got me taken care of quickly and perfectly, found a few things once I got home stopped in again today for less than 5 minutes and everything will be taken care of in a week!!! I work for a dealer right now. I went here because my dealer didnt have the specific car I was looking for. This was a 1 hour drive for me to this location and I can say I am very happy with the experience. I worked with Joe and Adam in sales very professional. I found some scratches and a ding in the bumper from prior owner of the vehicle. I point them out and Adam made a 30 second call and had them fix right away and sent picture when the vehicle was finish. Adam looked over the vehicle himself after and I also did before purchasing the vehicle and they did a good job. Joe and Adam did alot of leg work and worked well with me as a first time buyer and gave me a competitive rate which I took over my prior rate. Very happy with the experience.

Let me just start by saying this entire place was wonderful! The exterior was clean and inviting, and the lobby was as well. I was greeted by Scott, who ended up being my salesman. He wasnt pushy AT ALL, was very friendly and extremely accommodating. He even let me take the vehicle I was interested in to see my father in Grand Island. I drove it around all day. I didnt go through their financing as I got preapproved through my own bank, but nothing in my mind would doubt that experience would have been just as easy and wonderful as the rest. I really wish I could give this dealer 10 stars!

This morning I woke up with a flat tire and when I put air in the tire I realized I had a nail in it. On my way to work I seen Galaxy Auto was open and I stopped to see if they could plug my tire. They had me in and out in less than an half hour. Bob was very nice.
