Terrible. I waited 6 hours when they told me 3. And my car was still dirty. 🤮 Talked to management and she expected a tip! Never again spending that much money.

Would not recommend their interior services. I was up sold on cleaning and then waiting an hour and 15 minutes longer than quoted(so over two hours). When I asked why my car had been sitting outside after getting out of the buildings for over 35 minutes with no one touching it, the associate was very rude. I then watched two associates making fun of a man who came in complaining that those who detailed his truck moved over $2,000 worth of tools into the bed of his truck. Overall the detail shop needs a huge check.

I always come here for oil changes. Ive never had an issue and they were one of the only places I found that properly reset my BMW oil sensor and always had the filter in stock.. Gary at the desk is great, always friendly and willing to explain the services they offer. They are efficient and I typically dont wait very long.

Logan was wonderful and helpful. He was the worker who assisted me at the start of the car wash line around 9 am on 4/14/21.Everyone else was amazing and my car turned out great, I got full detailing, super kiss plus, & 6 month wax.Great experience! 👍

This has to be the worst experience Ive had at ANY Delta Sonic. The employees outside didnt even look at my vehicle as they sprayed it. It somehow missed huge portions of my vehicle. Not to mention scratched it all over on the passenger side. I will not be returning.

I would rate this higher however a few things didnt pan out for me. My car wash was $10. You can get a membership but I didnt want that. Next they take your ticket but after sales pitch you that you can buy another and get one free...then have you tape the receipt to the window. I just had a new paint job on my car a few months back. Went in the car wash good came out with scratches on my car. Then after getting out of this location took forever. Will I go back, no. Would I recommend it...no but it may work for others better than myself so Im not saying dont go, just saying I will not be going back.

Logan was great. Efficient and explained in detail about the services i was receiving!!! This is the only delta sonic i prefer to use.

Great experience. They have free vacuums for car cleaning. They have a detail shop as well. Not to mention the process of the car wash tops alot of other delta sonic car wash places.

Had an excellent experience today at the West Seneca location with the Sunday (12/6/2020) quick interior detail crew. My 6 year old son enjoyed watching the action and even got a wave from a young gentleman cleaning my vehicle. Everyone was so friendly. We were in and out quickly and the car looks and smells fantastic. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I took my car to this location for regular washes from Oct. 19 to Sep. 20 and I couldnt have been happier with their work. The line can really build up and they move people along very, very quickly. Ive also taken my car here for rustproofing for 2 years now and theyve alway been very timely and great with explaining to me exactly what services have been performed. This place (especially for the $16 a month) has to be the best car wash I think Ive ever been to and Its one of the things I will miss about Buffalo, NY.

DYLAN was amazing! After my car wash, he noticed that the car wasnt washed (due to an computer glitch) and let me know. He had me go back through the wash again. He went above and beyond, on a very cold evening! Thank you, Dylan!

Rest rooms need attention, sinks dirty trash on floor. Stainless steel needs polishing too!! I have noticed this past few times that Ive been there. If your rest rooms are not clean what dose that say about the whole store. Someones not doing there job. This store normally on top of things???

This wash will destroy your vehicle, potentially. I have a Lexus GX460 that has been coming here. The wash doesnt hit the back of the vehicle at all apparently and the employees drying it just gouge the paint with the dirty towels and dirt left behind. I just had to spend over $1000 dollars to get a 4 step paint correction to undo the damage this place did to my Lexus. I will NEVER go here again

Both my husband and I have the monthly pass that we have automatically withdrawn from our bank account each month. Convenient.One perk with having a membership: 1) You can bypass the long line of cars waiting to pay at the booth and go directly through the monthly pass fast lane.... If you get a Delta Sonic card and link it to your bank account, you can also get, I believe 5cents off per gallon also.

I’ve never left Delta Sonic unhappy. Awesome customer service from Chris and Logan too! When i tell you my car WAS in bad shape, i mean there were bugs plastered on my window for weeks before my wash. One time through, and a wipe down from the helpful staff and my car is looking brand new again.

My experience when I got to the cashier window w Chris was great I was looking for specific pricing to get my car detailed from previous winters since I am already and unlimited kiss member for the outside he offered me the unlimited for the inside of my truck and the salt stains came completely out I would highly recommend ppl go see him to get great pricing and great customer service I’ll be back for a cleaning inside and out this week

Oil changes are up $5, interior cleaning up to $35 and that is just the basic and wasnt that good of a job.I understand Covid/pandemic has cost economic issues but to increase prices by this much is crazy. Guess I will start doing it on my owe again. Finally there are major issues with inspections before pandemic we used to get in and out now there are appointments, wait times of over an hour and then send home if its not complete by 2:00 p.m.. if youre raising prices hire more people.

This location is consistently amazing. But yesterday they hit it out of the park.Alex in service was very accommodating and thorough. He even took our service request past the last appointment when he was under no obligation to do so.Samantha was extremely professional when checking us in for interior detailing. In fact, the entire detailing crew did an amazing job with my truck.Melissa with the Brick Oven shop was also extremely professional and the food was excellent.Finally, Shannon the manager helped my remove my truck rack when it became apparent it wouldt make the clearance. He very patient and even provided the required tools.Job well done!

I’ve been meaning to send praise to the employees in detail on how hard they consistently work on vehicles. Each time I bring mine through I’m more than satisfied with their work. They are amazing and provide great customer service.

Had a very frustrating experience. Took my vehicle in for inspection and was told it failed for brakes and a bunch of other things wrong. That is fine, totally understand. Fixed everything that they wrote up was wrong, took it back for inspection a couple days over a month later, and it was failed again for the frame. I understand why it failed, but I do not understand why I was not told about the frame the first visit. I had to wait for hours on the second visit, and I would not have wasted mine, or their time. Very disappointed as the frame, in my opinion, should have been noted the first time.

I went through the car wash today and it did sever body damage to my truck. A claim has been submitted. Will update with the outcome.

I went through the car wash at witch point the belt stopped 3 times that in its self is fine but the last time I was stuck at the blowers and it tore off my rain hard I talked to the manager and he handed me my rain hard with tape on it and told me to put it back on myself because he didn’t know how to put them on

I dont believe all these gushing reviews for one minute. Apparently everyone but me is on a first name basis with all the employees at the car wash?? Please. Delta Sonics quality has always been substandard but they get away with it because theyre the only game in town. Ive come home with no Armour All at all on my tires after paying for it and several times only on the side of the vehicle I could see. One time the detail shop only waxed the side of the truck I could see from the waiting area. Its one con job after another with this place. Just terrible quality control and at times downright dishonesty. They will rewash your vehicle if you complain but for those prices you shouldnt have to complain. Dont apologize with were sorry to hear...... Do it right the first time and do it that way every time. All I want is what I paid for but that seems to be asking too much.

Did a lousy job. Seems like all they worried about is getting a tip if you did your job correctly you would get one!

They leave the cars stained with wet towels and the tires do not clean them well.

I was told they dont have the tool to reset the alarm in my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta so after my oil change my car was still alarming that it needed one. Drove over to the Pep Boys in the plaza across the street and they reset the alarm without charging me for an oil change. The price of an oil change at Pep Boys is comparable so if you have a newer car consider them.

I just was provided help and assistance via Marc Brooks at the West Seneca location. He was very personable, knowledgeable, considerate and kind. I recommend going to this specific branch just for his service.This kids going to go places in life. We need more people in this world like him.Thanks

Hmmm strange how so many of the glowing5 star reviews only have less than a few reviews in their history and seem to be on first name basis with not only DS but also Brick oven and All written like a seasoned reviewer yet barely review other companies. All the bad reviews (most) come from normal people with a history of reviewing businesses. Weird how they don’t know every employees name.....That being said.....free vacuums are cool. Be prepared to wipe your car down yourself after if you don’t want water spots as the rag dryers do very little.

This is my preferred location because the associates are always fantastic. Especially Paul, at the front register, and Alex in the service department.Kudos to you!

Thank you to Alex P. and Gary F. for fitting me in the last day before my inspection was due. They even took the time to fill up my fluids and change out the wrong oil plug. This was my first inspection with Delta Sonic and they were very knowledgeable and thorough in answering all my questions.

Yesterday I came in for a simple car wash on my break at work, although it was busy I was dried off by Christian who took his time drying my car off and was very polite and helpful even going out of his way to get some spots that were missed by the wash. Definitely will be coming back for the awesome service!

I needed 2 tires in a pinch. I reached out to this Delta Sonic. Thomas (Tom) from the second I called to the time he finished was nothing but first class service. I told him I needed these tires same day and he guaranteed he could do it. Even when at 5, (when I went in), he realized my tire needed a valve, and he drove 15 mins to the closest vendor to pick one up. Great customer service. & I even enjoyed my pizza during the stay. Highly recommend.

I think I took my car to get detailed here for the last time. Too often I find myself cleaning the rest of my car after stopping here.I have a small car. I had just taken my dog to get a Christmas tree so there were muddy paw prints all over. Wasnt quite a mud pit but it couldve used a cleaning.Yesterday I pulled up to Deltas interior garage. I was shocked no cars were in line nor were any getting detailed. I told the rep I was looking for a step up from the quick 15 minute detail. He recommended the Super Interior for $34.99. It wasnt explained to me what that entailed but at that price I figured my car would be very clean.Left the car and went inside. I love Deltas store. Theres a pizza/sub shop along with a Tim Hortons. Its a big step up from your average gas station.After I bought a drink and sat down to wait for my car they said it was ready. Im not sure if 10 minutes had gone by. Normally they ask you to look at the car before driving off. I was handed my keys, tipped the worker and left.Driving home I noticed that the drivers area was sparkling clean, so was the dash, floormats and windows. Everything else was pretty much how I left the car. There was dirt and mud on the doors. The passenger seat and back didnt seem vacuumed or cleaned at all. It still smelled like wet dog.I spent 10 minutes with a warm washcloth, vacuum, lint roller and a bottle of Febreze to finish Deltas job. I shouldve done that from the start and saved myself $38.

Card readers on the pump are all shut off forcing you to go inside to pay. You cant be checked out by a person, instead they have 3 employees assisting people with Deltas terrible self checkout system that doesnt allow you to select or search for gas until you add something else to your cart. Spent 30mins, with 3 employees to purchase $40 in gas....

Tom the Sr Manager in the repair shop is AWESOME! He completely went out of his way to help me out with the fuses in my car. I can’t possibly Thank You guys enough! In fact, this shop is the ONLY place I’ll take my car!!

Out in a friends classic car stopped for gas. Battery died at gas pumps. Waited an hour for friends to show up for help. 15 employees passed us..NOT ONE employee could be bothered to ask if we needed help.. Nice customer service

They always do a good job here for my interior, and if they miss something I asked them to do they are always very quick to fix it. Always super nice kids working here. The food is pretty good too and the waiting room is always clean.

I just got a professional detail done on my 2011 Subaru Legacy, which was absolutely filthy as I work construction and have two young children constantly spilling food and drinks etcetera in the backseat. I had also spilled gasoline on accident on the floor of my front passenger seat as well as in my trunk. The crew at the West Seneca Delta Sonic was incredibly thorough in making sure to get every critical spot on the interior clean and shining like new! Although the gas smell could not be completely removed, the stains are gone and the strength of the smell was diminished considerably. A tall young gentleman who seemed to be the manager and took care of me was incredibly polite and professional. He genuinely seemed to care about the quality of his crews work and my satisfaction as a customer. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an interior detail! Thank you for such great service

I am so incredibly thankful for the guys at the delta sonic in West Seneca. I arrived there after closing with a problem with a tire on my car. There was a guy named Tom behind the desk I told him my tire was low and I tried putting air in it and it looked like I made the tire worse. It was after 7 and I had my daughter there with me and She said they are closed how are we going to get it fixed and get home we don’t want to be stranded! He said we will look at it and we will take care of it you will get home don’t worry. He couldn’t have been nicer to us. So Nick came and took a look at the tire and it had a nail in it. He said he could fix it and he did! Thank you guys so much for saving our girls night!!!

Auto shop has great mechanics. Usually in-and-out pretty quick. They offer other minor mechanical services in addition to oil changes. They did some great work on my brakes for a very reasonable price.
