Personally I used to work for the company by these specific owners & I go to this location 4+ times a week on my way to work, they’re fast they usually get ur order correct BUT I’ve had hair in my food several times now and it’s just disgusting

Everytime I get timbits, I always ask for no cinnamon. They ignore me everytime and give me cinnamon. Luckily, I’m not allergic, but imagine if I was. Lawsuit time! The staff literally never listens and just does whatever they want.

11 cars in the drive thru. I got through in less than 10 minutes. Very capable crew of workers.

Out of all meat for sandwiches...no turkey, ham, steak, couldn’t even get a BLT, how do you not have Bacon?.*sigh*. Dining room open but no napkins out. . This was after driving out of the way because usual Tim Hortons we go to had dining room closed at 6pm??? Maybe bad timing at 7pm but still must say a negative experience. Employees friendly.

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The girl at the window Isabelle was so rude, completely unprofessional when asked for a sleeve, she threw it towards me and said have a grrreat day sarcastically then proceeds to slam the drive through window. Talking back to management like she owns the place. Complete lack of of authority and always on her phone. Will NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN

Their drive thru is ridiculous set up. I did an app order and they didnt have something, said I couldnt be refunded. The PSL was horrible, didnt taste like pumpkin at all. Very disappointed.

After purchasing food for dining in at 8:45, it was served bagged up and I was told they were closing at nine and I couldnt stay. The sad thing was I ordered three different menu items due to them running out. Sad and not going back

Food tastes way to artificial. Only go there is in a rush. Customer service is worth the visit.

Great food service not so good

This Tim Hortons either can never get your order right or doesnt have something in stock (dont want to make more I suspect) be cautious when leaving and check your order before you go home. If you have the time go to Dunkin down Union. Never had an issue there and the Coffees taste better.

Happened 06/05/ 2020 at 5:50 am. They gave me cold tea and bagel was cold. That lady at the window had attitude when she saw me. Im going to complain to their main office.
