Great experience with my kitchen remodel - all new countertops and the experience with ShellFab and the quality of my quartz countertops were excellent! I would recommend them! So easy to work with also.

This place is FANTASTIC!!! Im bummed in the end my mom went through Home Depot but that still means we deal with this awesome business! Alexis, who came out to confirm measurements, was AMAZING- professional and polite. We requested a slab viewing even though it was quartz and that was arranged with no problem. When we went, we were shown to the back by Kaitlyn (spelling??) who was extremely polite and even went as far to show us some granite slabs just because we were so interested.The guys in the shop were great too (I have to get their names and add them) and it really means a lot to me to see my mom taken seriously by businesses as shes the one who makes the major decisions in the household and I have witnessed people refuse to talk to her, asking for her husband. The people at Shell Fab were AWESOME and respectful as well as took the time to answer everything and address her concerns and questions, especially where Home Depot sort of dropped the ball.I would recommend this place to anyone whether youre looking for quartz, granite, or other materials (was shocked at the quality of formica these days.) I know Ill be back to get one of the buffalo shaped cutting boards the sell out of remnants to use as a charcuterie tray.

Dont let the pretty building they are in fool you. Multi million dollar company with poor communication and wont pay attention to details. Will never refund you for a mistake they made. Blamed me for a mistake that they made! Look somewhere else for countertops, this place is more worried about money than customer service or admitting to a minor mistake. Ill never deal with them again.

I had two beautiful Black Forest granite vanity tops with sinks fabricated and installed by ShellFab. Everyone involved did a fantastic job from start to finish. The sales team, fabricators, and installers were extremely helpful in choosing the right product, creating what Id hoped for, and installing perfectly. I cant thank the ShellFab team enough for making the process so easy, and for the unbelievable outcome!

Couldnt be happier with how our new granite countertops came out! Ordered through Home Depot but Shell-Fab really did some fantastic work from the initial measuring to the installation. Friendly and knowledgeable installers, great customer service, and quality material! Would definitely recommend!

Providing even one star is generous. We had a granite counter top installed May 24. After the install I questioned the appearance of one of the two seams. The installer went out side and called his supervisor. Returned saying there is nothing they can do and it doesnt look that bad. I then requested they call the supervisor back and I spoke with him explaining my dissatisfaction with the one seam. After a conversation he agreed to come and inspect it. I was reasonable and said no rush we can figure out a time over the next week. Never got a phone call to set it up. I called the office and was told they would email him to follow up, he did not. My next course of action was to contact Home Depot as that is where the purchase was made. They reached out on my behalf and guess what I got a return phone call. It was agreed that he would come and inspect the seam. We set up an appointment for TODAY 6/24 at 10:00 a.m. and guess what it is now 1 p.m. no phone and no show. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES IS HORRIBLE!! A companys reputation is built 70 percent on customer service and 30 percent on product. I will never make a purchase where your company is involved again and I will not make another phone call to reschedule since all efforts to satisfy the customer are fruitless. VERY DISSAPOINTED(:

I can’t say enough about Shell Fab. From measuring, to picking out my particular granite, to install. I had a rather bad experience elsewhere and Shell Fab far exceeded my expectations. From the professional measuring to install I give them highest regards. Literally need to search for the seams in the granite. The install crew may have left things cleaner than when they arrived. Shell fab is the worst with customer service. They lose orders and dont call customers back. Then when you actually talk to someone they had the nerve to tell me that I am 1 of 100s of people they deal with. Shouldnt I feel like my project matters? I will never recommend them based on their customer experience alone.

They just want to come and get $200 quote to get paid again and again. They did twice with me. Then I cancel the order.

Got to view out slab a few days before install and see exactly how the computer optimized the layout to hide the seams. Really cool!

Not really all about customer service. We had a granite piece crack on site when they were cutting the faucet hole. They tried to tell us that was a natural line. Nothing in granite fractures in a perfectly straight line. Now I have to seal and coat with silicone to keep from leaking. They would not replace.

Last year we did our kitchen countertops and created a new snack bar. Last week we did the countertops in the main bath, half bath and laundry room. We couldn’t be happier with the end results once again. This was a pleasant and exciting experience from ordering to measuring to the people behind the scenes in administration and ultimately installation. We highly recommend Shell Fab for your project.

Terrible customer service. We spent thousands of dollars on kitchen counter tops. One month after the install while cleaning the counter top, a chip popped off the edge and left a good 1 piece missing. Upon further inspecting the slab of quartz, there were two other fine line cracks on the same size of the slab. I spent months going back and fourth with shell fab and Lowes which both refused to accept any ownership or be any bit helpful. Long story short I paid an additional $250 for an installer to come out and fix chip. I will say the installer gave me his honest professional opinion and recommended the piece went back to the shop to be re cut. After speaking with shell fabs customer service I was informed this would be another $200. At the end of the day I spent $450, didnt have a counter top for ten days, and not the dimensions that were originally agreed upon. I would never use this company again.EDIT 5.9.21 Wow folks another reason to not use this company. Finally you put a bad, yet honest review online and the owner answers you. Weird customer service was of absolutely no help. I can bet my entire mortgage that top never saw any excessive force while it was in my house. Why would your product chip in two locations on the same side? Your own employee who came to fix it told me that the product was likely dropped or mishandled on delivery.INSPECT YOUR PRODUCT VERY CAREFULLY AT INSTALL. MY COUNTER IS WHITE AND THE FINE HAIR LINE CRACKS THAT DEVELOPED INTO CHIPS WERE THERE AT ORIGNAL INSTALL. THE COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. ITS SAD WHEN SOCIAL MEDIA/ONLINE REVIEWS ARE NECESSARY FOR ANY ACTION TO BE TAKEN.

I recently just had counter tops installed and I am beyond please with my experience. The staff was more than knowledgeable and happy to help me with my decisions on picking out the counter top and which would go best with the look I was looking to achieve. Jen was more than helpful with answering the many questions i had as well as making sure i was getting what I expected. Mike came for install and was very pleasant and efficient and went through all care the counter tops would require.Shell Fab defiantly exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend them to anyoneThank you Shell Fab for making my kitchen look gorgeous!!

Do not... I repeat do not purchase from this company. I purchased a counter top from them. Now I waited over 5 weeks due to COVID-19. So I tried to be patient and understanding. When my counter tops arrived, they were not the ones I had ordered. But still I proceeded to take them as I had waited a long time and my kitchen was incomplete for weeks. Shortly after the installation, I noticed a scratch. So I called the company and send them photos. After going back and forth Kindly. They decided I created the scratch, and I should pay to get it fix. Now, if it were my fault it would not be such a big deal. However, I paid $1,500. For my counter top and another $500 for them to install my sink. The least they could do was fix their mistake at no cost. Horrible experience all the way around.

Exceptional. All around good experience. Installers did excellent job and although we had a small spot hardly noticeable and with granite you will get that they came out no problem and reworked it and just unbelievable craftsmanship.Keith & Julie

Shell Fab is high volume. They work for Home Depot and Lowe’s. So you get high volume service. You sign a lot of waivers for the tile not matching at the seams. Before the install that’s understandable because it’s a natural product in most cases. When you meet a week before the install bring a protractor, a compass and another contractor. They play shenanigans.Without your own expert, they will fail to match the seams when it is an obvious easy cut if anyone was paying attention. It’s as simple as turning a piece around, but that might require some thought. This is not understandable. It is not reasonable and it is not acceptable.

Very happy with this company! Our new countertops came out great! The gentleman who did the measurements was prompt, courteous and very professional. His measurements were spot on. A short time after he was here everything was crazy with the pandemic. We were expecting it to be months before our kitchen would be done. But they took care of their customers. After a few weeks we were notified of the install date The installers were on time and did their work safely, quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t have asked for it to come out any better.

I will not order from this company again and i warn others. They came with granite that i paid over $7000 for that was cracked, crumbling, and Disintegrating. I questioned the installers about a cracked edge, and upon further inspection could see that every single piece was defective. I also could visibly tell along the edges where they had attempted to use “filler” (some black substance). The edges were rough all the way along. I questioned if whoever cut it maybe did the rough cut and forgot to finish the job of smoothing and polishing. The manager called me and told me that it was the material that i had chosen from Home Depot. If this material is known to have problems, why are You selling it?? He also attempted to tell me I could have driven 1.5 hours to inspect the slab. However, it was not the color of the slab, it was the edging that was terrible. Had i gone to inspect, it would not have been cut or edged yet. Any reasonable person would expect when you are getting brand new countertops that the edging would be smooth, polished, and sealed with no rough edges, cracks, holes, missing pieces. The installers were very nice about it and said he would call his manager. He stepped outside and called him. He then came inside and took about 15 different pictures of the defects and sent them to him. Then they packed the slabs back up in the truck and left, saying the manager would call me. The manager’s solution was to attempt to “fix” the defective granite. This will cause us headaches for years to come and will continue to crumble. I am refusing to accept the defective slabs and no longer trust this company. I want a refund of my money so i can go elsewhere. They have refused to return my money. The manager was supposed to call me yesterday with a solution, and surprise, i never heard from him. The person they send out to do the laser measuring makes it very stressful, and I would not recommend a woman being alone when he comes. There was a different level of respect when dealing with the men vs the woman. The installers that came were very polite and respectful and the woman who does scheduling is nice. However, this company has problems at the top, and buyer beware! They tried to scam me with defective material. I am offended and annoyed that they would even put those slabs on the truck to my house. I was hoping to have counters by Thanksgiving. Their attempted scam has just caused further delays and they can’t even tell me a date that they will remedy the issue. And by the way, they had to rip out my kitchen sink to install the new one with the counters and then i was left with no sink. The manager had no remedy for that, either. They offered no compensation for this inconvenience. I would just like a full refund, and would like to start over with a reputable Company.

These guys were so professional and did a fantastic job. My kitchen renovation project was a complete nightmare. Each contractor would come in and make a mess, not show up when they were supposed to, etc. The Shell Feb guys were very prompt and did a fantastic, professional job. When they left, everything they worked on was clean and looking really nice.

We are happy with Shell Fab work and customer service. After friends spoke of their satisfaction with their countertop purchase and install, my wife and I went through Home Depot for the purchase of our kitchen countertops, sink and faucet, knowing that Shell Fab would be the installer. When we went in with the proper measurements to place the order, we intended to buy granite. Upon arrival, we saw another sample that we liked very much, and after the saleswoman explained the product, we ordered a product that we had never heard of, Dekton. After questioning our choice, I called Shell Fab and spoke with a woman, Im sorry I dont remember her name, and we discussed the product, plusses, minuses, and making sure that Shell Fab was an approved fabricator and installer of Dekton, we stayed with our choice. The measurement day was set up. He showed up on time, and watching him and the process, I was very impressed and confident that things would be right, they were! On January 7th, installation day, we were given a time frame for the install, due to issues at another job the time had to be fluid, but we were kept fully informed and were fine with the change. The installers, again I dont remember their names, were friendly and all business. There are two seams and they both worked very diligently to get them right, one even placed a call to get some guidance for best results. I signed off on the install, thinking the seams would clean up and blend better when fully cleaned. We were advised not to plumb the sink for 24 hours, so we took them at their word and didnt plumb or do a complete cleaning for more than 24 hours. It was late Friday afternoon when it was all cleaned, and the seams didnt look they way we had hoped. On Monday the 11th I called Shell Fab and spoke with Tim, I explained why I didnt worry on installation day about my seam concerns. Tim was very receptive to what I had to say about the appearance, and asked if I could take pictures and send them to him, which I did. Later that day he called me back and advised that he would send somebody out to re-do the seam blend. Today January 19th, Dave and Gary came to fix the seams. They were able to get the seams to blend very nicely. We are very happy with the end result of the countertops and the seams that join them. The bottom line is, the folks at Shell Fab worked very hard to get the job right, and when there was a little glitch, they worked just as hard to make it right and to make us happy, they succeeded. We never expected a seam that is invisible, thats just not realistic. I will recommend Shell Fab to any friends who are interested. Thanks again for your work and cooperation.

Home Depot sent this company to my house to install a counter top.They installed the sink as well, but when the sink started leaking around the edges and I Complained they said they don’t install sinks but they installed that one I asked them if we could review the pic the installer took I go zero response from them. They are horrible and they lie. So sad don’t do business with them. I just looked at another post about them installing some one else sink, on wait they don’t install sinks, Home Depot should be a shame to out souce to this Untruthful company

Recently I purchased a quartz bathroom vanity top from Shell Fab. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Jen helped me find a very nice quartz remnant that worked perfectly in my bathroom. The installers did a great job and I was very pleasaed with the end product. I would recommend this company and readily work with them again.

The people and their service here are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and never come in contact with this business. Especially this lady I believe her name was Michele has no business being in customer service!!

We purchased quartz kitchen countertops from Home Depot and Shell Fab was their fabricator/installer. They did a great job. Ron performed the final measurements, then Mark and Damon performed the installation. They were all very experienced, proficient, and friendly. The four countertop pieces were cut very accurately in their shop, and the single seam that was necessary (due to the length of one of the counters) is nearly invisible. Were very pleased with the work this company performed.

One of the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Youll be much happier and more appreciated. They will not measure your countertop unless it is leveled to their liking. They will tell you your cabinets are not leveled blah blah blah. You can have someone level it and theyll still come up with something else. In the end, I was charged $400.00 for them just to come out and tell me my cabinets are not leveled. I will never ever do business with this company again.

I havent been in a store where the salesperson this rude in a really long time !! As I entered this store, I clearly ticked off the sales lady who was sitting at her desk asking me if she could help me, after telling her I just wanted to look around . Then after looking around, I went to ask her about countertop surface, I was explaining to her my experience with formica, when she said, Im telling you and when I told her I have had formica for 20 years and this wasnt my experience, her voice became even louder and she said welllll I am telling you that I have had customers burn it! Wow, I drove more than 30 miles to get yelled at because I didnt have the same experience as the sales ladys costumer. NEVER AGAIN!! if I could have rated this experience 0 I would have!!!

The whole process was seamless, from ordering to installation. I loved seeing my slab of granite before it was turned into my gorgeous countertops.

I picked a countertop when I purchased my kitchen cabinets through Home Depot. As I was not loving anything I saw for the backsplash, I decided to do the backsplash the same as the countertops. From the gentleman that did a rough measure to the man that did the laser measure to the installers, I am more than satisfied. Just about everything went as planned, except the installer did not like the seam cut and would not complete as he said I would not put this in my house so I am not putting it in yours! Wow! How honest! The piece was returned and a whole new slab was cut perfectly. I must also mention how wonderful Angela was, she coordinated everything with the contractors/carpenters. She made my life so much less stressful!My daughter is in the process of redoing her countertops and I encouraged her to not bother going anywhere else but Shell Fab.

This place is terrible. Went to order a basic bathroom vanity countertop. Young lady told me I needed a templet to order even though dimensions were basic. While there gave her basic information such as color, backsplash, material of countertop as wanted quotes to have idea of general cost. After returning with templet she had changed her mind that templet should include overhang after telling me not to as they use standard overhang. Then told her I want one standard size hole drilled for faucet but she told me there was no standard size. Funny as I just installed a $5000 granite kitchen countertop and master bedroom double bowl countertop from another company in the same remodel job with one standard hole unless specified otherwise with no problems. Then I asked how much more for 21 side splash to be added? Told me about $50 but after giving the nod to go ahead with it...the quote for countertop about doubled. Young lady questioned me on everything and basically said I did not know what I was doing. Yet I remodel all the time and most likely this young lady does not know what a screw driver is. Bottom line I walked out, went around the corner to Tim Flurry kitchen/countertops. Never been here but within 10 minutes my special order was placed with a very knowledgeable man...probably owner. Since I spent some decent time with templet, I offered it to them. He laughed, refused it...no need for it. And in just over 2 weeks had a beautiful counter. My nephew warn me not to use Shell Fab as he had similar problem with his business office years ago. Will never go there again and they need someone better in showroom that knows what she is talking about!

I would give Shell Fan less than one star if I could. My counter top process was ok for time, but their customer service needs a complete overhaul. In any organization it starts at the top then down. Buyer beware of this company. I bought my counter from Home Depot. Simple process, followed all the rules shell fan had in writing, make sure your old counter is level, make sure your new sink is in kitchen when they measure. They literally told my wife we have dealt with this brand of sink all the time. When new counter was installed the hole was cut too big. Paul at shell fan said they follow manufacturer specs for the sink. I asked him what type of sink I had on notes he said stainless steel, except that was wrong I had a granite sink. I measured the back wall of the sink cut, one would think the cut would be the same length across or close to measurements, but when the back right cut starts an 2.5 inches from wall and goes to the left becoming 1.75 inches to the back wall. You just cant mount a sink with gaps and not enough support for your sink. I myself am no carpenter but even I know measure twice cut once. Also heres some free advice, when employees cut laminate put tape over your cut line and then make your cut it will keep you laminate top from chipping on the cut line from the saw blade. You can find that all over you tube, not sure why diy people know that but supposed professional counter and kitchen cabinet makers dont practice that is beyond me. Yes I have chips in my counter near cut line. So I have little patience for excuses and bs. My plumber was kind enough to fix their mistakes so my sink would be secure and mounted. It was worth the extra 200.00 from him. I asked Paul if he would call the plumber he said he would after I gave him contact info and the call never was made. The really sad thing is most negative reviews for this company have to do with sink cut outs not being right.( I understand that every company needs employees but when they advertise need Carpenters and cabinet makers will train you should think twice.)

My experience with Shell Fab was less than Optimal. The one woman I originally worked with was arrogant and condescending, and my contractor agreed. We switched to Barb who was friendly and helpful. When they installed my countertops they got the measurement wrong and had to come back to grind the granite to fit where the stove could insert. When they had to give me more granite to insert under the counter between my stove and counter top, I was charged again. Recently I had to have my lazy Susan cupboard readjusted which cost 80.00. The contractor who readjusted the cupboard asked why the lazy Susan wasn’t adhere to the countertop. He said that because it wasn’t adhered the lazy Susan dropped and caused it to need readjusted. It will continue to drop because it was neve adhered to the counter top. I’m done with Shell. Mary Zendano

I have been dealing with a lot of home remodeling lately and a lot of contractors. They have, for the most part, been unprofessional and unreliable. So I set my expectations low when I began my counter top installation. I was VERY happily surprised by the professionalism and punctuality of Shell Fab. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My counter tops are gorgeous! I rarely write reviews but felt they deserved it, especially after everyone else I have dealt with lately. Thank you for being a beacon of hope among contractors...lol!

This place is a joke. There is no quality work. They are money hungry. They dont care about their employees. And the managers are stupid af. The owners son is stuck up and lazy. He dont do a thing and he getting all the credit for the work at the employees did. The places is unorganized and stressful to work for.

Wasnt sure wen we saw them in the warehouse..super dark. But installed..i LOVE them they did an awsome job..i had to have seams...you would never knw. Guys who installed were friendly..no problems wat so ever VERY happy!!

No renovation project goes exactly to plan, I knew that when I started my kitchen project. When Shell Fab called me the day my granite was to arrive to say they cut the sink hole wrong, I figured that was my hiccup. Two weeks later (and the day before Thanksgiving), the slab that was shipped and re cut was to be installed. Again that morning, they called to say it was cut wrong- again, too short this time. When they missed their initial install time I called and they swore the granite was on the truck and to be delivered asap. That was never true. When I asked them what sort of discount Id be given if I gave them a third chance they said theyd discuss cost AFTER the install, which was unacceptable to me. Ultimately, they pushed me 4 weeks off schedule and created a ton of frustration, rescheduling and rework. I got a full refund and found a reputable installer- something Id suggest to anyone reading this before you even start the process with Shell Fab.

I cannot believe this place is still in business. I also cannot believe how rude, disrespectful and snotty you can be to your customers and still be in business. Believe me I will do everything in my power to tell people how terrible shellfab company is and the people who run this mess of a company!!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of ordering my counter tops through home depot. They subcontracted the work through Shell Fab and Design. At first everything seemed ok. I selected my stone and had preliminary dimensions (+/- 0.25 at worst) and ordered at the same time I ordered my cabinets. It took approximately 3 weeks before the cabinets came in and I installed myself. Shell Fab refused to give me any sense of lead times prior to measuring how long the installation would take. I asked several times. I begrudgingly went ahead and had them come out and measure without a lead time for installation. The fellow came to measure and was a real professional, but he did tap dance around the installation schedule issue. I asked him at least 3 times and he kept saying you have to talk with the schedulers. So, I waited until the end of the day to check the schedule and they said call back tomorrow as they didnt have the paperwork. OK fair enough. I called back the next day at noon and they hadnt gotten to it yet. I called back at 4 PM and they still hadnt gotten to it. I called the following day to find that in spite of selecting the granite I wanted and paying for it (now almost 4 weeks prior) they had ordered no materials. It would take 2 weeks before the stone would come in and then another 2 weeks before they could get anything installed. The whole process was completely disingenuous. If they had told be that when I had placed the order and they initially contacted me, I would have never bothered to deal with them.In spite of them basically playing a shell game of moving and floating dates, I was charged $100 for having their person come out and measure (30 minutes of his time 7 minutes from their location). I organized another company to measure and install the same exact granite for what amounted to $100 more within 7 days of a phone call. 2 weeks to measure + 2 weeks to get materials + 2 weeks to install after having an order paid for 3 weeks prior to any of that. Just make sure you get a reputable company with a manageable schedule before you hand out any money.

We ordered a quartz countertop bar. It was installed and then we noticed red splotches throughout. When we tried to get them to replace it, they wanted to REPAIR it! We did not want them drilling and filling on a brand new countertop that we just paid for. They sent us a letter saying if we did not want a repair then there is nothing they can do. Money hungry, poor service, bad company. Dont do it, you will be sorry.

I am a Kitchen Designer who works for an Architectural Firm and who has worked with Shell Fab & Design directly and indirectly (thru Home Depot) for over 15 years. The Showroom Professionals are exactly that, professionals. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional! The Owners, Marty and Michelle take a personal interest in every job that comes thru their doors and step up to rectify any situation that reflects an issue with the quality of the Counter top or the install. This a Business that takes their Business very seriously, and has fun doing it!!

If I could give less than a star, I would. Even with a template and a proliner, the overall product wasnt to my liking. The owner, Marty, had come out to see the resulting piece himself, agreed that something was off between the product and the template. Marty took my template and said he would be in touch in a few days. I was expecting he was going to try to correct the situation. A MONTH goes by with no form of communication. Today, I call and am told by another worker that the product was prepared properly according to their job notes.Hmm... Im unhappy with this product! Does that mean anything?!?!? Home Depot better drop Shell Fab and go with a company that actually cares about the quality of their products and their customers.

Customer service is not at all helpful, wanted to charge me an extra $300 that was added because of a communication error on their end. Would not admit any mistake and just stick to their policy. Even when it defied common sense. I went ahead and cancelled my order and will be going ahead with a laminate countertop that I will put in myself. So in the end they saved me about $1500.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They came out twice to measure and still didnt get it right. They showed up for the install and realized the measurements were off and never installed anything, told me they had to go back to the shop and make some changes and would be back asap. Well noone ever showed up or called, we call them hours later and they admit the measurements were wrong now we have to pick out a new slab from pictures online instead of in person like the first slab they ruined.....They show up for that install and still measurements were wrong so without my permission they start cutting granite countertop inside my home with my infant son not 5 feet away. Shell fab said they get paid by home depot so they cant do anything more for us so here I am making sure noone gives them thier business, if you are contracted out to shell fab from home depot GET A REFUND IMMEDIATELY and save yourself the headache!

I had a wonderful experience at Shell Fab. The girls in the showroom were very helpful, the installation went smoothly and my granite countertop is beautiful!

Placed order through Home Depot (HD). HD contracted out to Shell Fab. Shell Fab (SF) came out in July to install tops, but had to take one slab back because the wrong edge was polished. I also did not get the profile I ordered through HD, but apparently it was a miscommunication between HD & SF. That issue has been resolved because I was monetarily compensated. SF came back out about a week later to re-install the slab. The slab was cut incorrectly. The sink hole was 16 off (apparently is was cut mirrored). SF took the slab back and said they would re-cut the entire back section out of a new slab so that it can all match. They also offered to give the counter tops the edge profile that I originally wanted. That would have been great, except they said the island would not be re-cut. No sense in having two different profiles, so I said no. Today they came back out for the third time to attempt installation. SF showed up with only ONE slab, not the entire L shaped piece. The slab was cut perfectly, except it didnt match the piece it was connecting to because it was cut form a different slab. Im assuming that since I declined the new profile they decided to just cut one piece to match to the existing, which is absolutely unacceptable. That was not the resolution we had agreed on. I left my home frustrated and told my husband to take care of it. He called just now to tell me SF took the cook top slab to try to match it to another piece of granite and left the slab they brought in today so that we can install the sink and have water in the kitchen. For over a month I had a cook top but could not use it because I did not have a sink and now I have a sink, with a dull granite slab, and no cook top. Im beyond disgusted!!! DISGUSTED!!!

The best installation service and the best customer service. For only one day they installed all, thank you Cruz, thank you Angela Tates for make it was happen on Saturday. I love, love, love my new granite countertop. It looks perfecto. All what I asked Cruz to fix it he did with smile and profession. Very pleased and I would recommend you to everybody.Smilja Jozic

This company was terrible to deal with. The office staff had no idea when people are scheduled to view their counter tops. They will schedule an appointment for you to review, when you arrive they scramble and try to figure out what to do. I had to go twice to view my countertop.I had to take off work for the instalation. They cut the countertops incorrectly so they couldnt install. I then had to go back to view my new countertop and when I arrived at my scheduled time, they had no idea why I was there. Another time I had to take off of work for nothing.Edit: The people who came to install my countertops have been amazing both times.The customer service is awful. They have excuses and dont own their mistakes.

Horrible service and even worse quality. They installed my granite with huge shims sticking out from between the cabinets and countertop You could see a 1 inch gap between the countertop and cabinets, plus the countertop broke in half wear the sink was installed. They offered no solution for the poor quality. Do not use these guys for anything, they are hacks.

This place is a complete waste of money, the owners are a piece of work and they are money hungry savages who care nothing about any of their other employees or customers all Marty cares about is money. Had my counter tops screwed up twice and never got an apology or nothing.

Poor customer support. They have to much business (they do work for home depot) so they think they can ignore you if there is a problem. Would not recommend.
