CARSTAR Saved the day! I was rear-ended by someone not paying attention on the highway and I was out of luck. Everywhere I called was booked out for weeks. Did some research and found this place booking next week. Matt (head of collision repairs) assisted me the whole way, he was super professional and kind. His team did an amazing job and honestly went above and beyond. My Subaru Legacy never looked so good! Taking a look at the body work outside before picking up my car, I was impressed, but the inside is were they took it a step further. They cleaned her up and made her shine. Had her looking better then the day I picked her up from the dealership. They earned a returning customer. If my baby ever needs work done on her again I know where Im headed!

Everyone at the shop was extremely professional, very courteous and pleasant to talk to. Excellent service! I trust my car will always get the best attention it needs.

BMW dealership recommended Fathers & Son as a certified collision center after my car was involved in a minor accident. I received my car on Friday evening looking perfect. In the evening I noticed something was overlooked with the work. I emailed the management on Friday night. Saturday morning, management took a corrective action and I was provided with an equivalent loaner vehicle. Monday morning, I received a call from Anthony Garfi (wonderful to work with). Explaining what caused the issue and that it was corrected and inspected. Excellent service, communication and professionalism throughout the process of repairing the car and the action taken to fix the overlooked issue left me speechless!

Repair was done in such a timely manner, car looks amazing & everyone is always so friendly! Thank you!

I brought my car in for service and had a last minute request to have scratches on my hood looked at by the Collision department. They took the time to buff out what turned out to be fairly deep scratches. I was grateful for the time they took to work on my car at the last minute and do such a beautiful job in the process. The hood looks like new!

Ive dealt with fathers and sons collision center several times and always left their shop as a happy customer. They take every detail into consideration and get their job done in the time frame promised. Ive recommended them to all my family and friends and if I ever happen to need their service in the future they will be my number one choice.

The customer service and the actual finish of.my car was great, however they took longer than expected. So if you have rental coverage, it might run out and you will have to pay for a week, it may not be the case though gh either.

My 2017 GTI went in for repairs from an accident on Christmas Eve. The car was in rough shape. Kevin at Fathers and Sons walked me through the whole process of what was going to happen. He made sure our rental process went smoothly also. He kept me up to date with progress and any delays. He was very professional.The best part of the process was when I picked up the car after they were finished. All I can say is WOW!!My car looked brand new again from the inside out. They cleaned up everything on the car including cup holders. The buff job on the paint was beautiful. Incredible attention to detail. So very glad I brought my car there. Thank you!!

Unfortunate accidents is what leads one to an Auto Body Shop, but Father and Sons really turned my tough experience into a pleasurable one during my repair process. From, Kevin, handling the communications to Scott and Richard making sure the other company was able to make payment. My repair project certainly was the largest, but they made me feel special, and the job their team did on my SUV was great. I will have any of my friends look into their shop for their own body work. I hope to not need their services, but when the time comes, there is no doubt they will be my first phone call. From rental car, to updates, to meeting the timeframe, they exceeded my expectations.

Incredible work and customer service. Brought in my 2015 Audi S5. Kevin helped me get the appointment as early as possible and was very responsive about the car throughout the process . Met with Frank who walked around the car and compared the damage to the appraisal. I Could not be more happy with their knowledge and assistance. The workmanship is second to none. Highly recommended body shop no matter the make or model.

Great service in a timely manner. My truck needed some extra effort due to where it was damaged. It wasnt just as simple as painting/swapping a body panel. They did great work and my vehicle came back good as new!

I picked up my Q7 today. The work on my car was completed when expected. I was given updates during the repair and provided a Q7 to drive while the repairs were being done. At p/u, I felt I was getting a new car! It was spotless, inside and out, and there was no sign of damage or even a repair! Kevin and Frank were attentive, patient and reviewed the the repairs, explained the bill and even schooled me on how the insurance works. Kevin and Frank were rightfully proud of their work and their shop...and I was proud of them. Thank you.

My experience at Fathers and Sons Collision Center excelled my expectations! At the front I met Kevin and Frank. Professional and accommodating. They were realistic about the damage and expectations. They also helped me with the rental car situation. When I picked up my car which was in really bad shape (the whole right side was dented) I was shocked at the fact my car looked better than when I bought it! Danny Caney is a perfectionist ...I believe the crew won’t let the car out until it looks brand new. Wish I knew all the names to credit this group but I am very grateful to all of them. And the BEST part is they were SO affordable!!! I usually don’t write reviews but felt I had to. Trust me You will not be disappointed !

Very sloppy and poor work ethics ... Also i had two failed control arms that had to take back shortly after repair for them to fix it and then a year later I had another control arm fail that they didnt wanna honer fixing it... I also bet they get their parts from junk yards not dealerships... I suggest stay away... there are better body shops in the area...
