I would 100 percent reccomend this place to anyone who needs any sort of auto body repair. They are amazing people with compassion and understanding. Not only are they there for their customers but they do amazing work.. i feel confident leaving my car with them.

Very friendly, easy going place to get your car repaired. My tailgate got damaged and had minor damage to it. Asked the first place I went to to give me an estimate on how much to just bang the damage out. They wanted to replace the tailgate. No way! Went here to ask the same thing and it was repaired for under $100. Its not perfect but it doesnt need to be. Always had good experiences here. Brought my daughters car here too and they did a very nice job and made my daughters experience with dealing with something like this very relaxing for her. Highly recommend Western Mass Collision.

Theyre amazing over here, the front staff (Nancy) is so easy to talk to and great at communicating with you. Andre does great work, I will continue to bring my vehicles back for any work I need done!

Andre the owner was very professional and Nancy his sister were very helpful and both were very friendly, my car was brought in for Vandalism repairs by my insurance and my bumper needed paint due to spider cracks in my paint however, I could not afford for that repair and they surprised me when I arrived! My bumper was fully painted and my car looks its greatest now! May God bless this collision shop and all their family a true blessing! Had to have some trim painted. The employee who came out to check it out was awesome. He was very personable and a joy to talk to. He was up front and honest. Told me that some times when they paint these parts they dont take to good and may look different then rest of vehicle. Nice to see some people who take pride in doing their jobs. When got the parts back they did an awesome job. If I ever need body work done on a vehicle I will make sure to go here. Keep up the awesome work.

Andre has the best body shop I have every worked with. I have been in the automotive industry for over 20 years and have worked with quite a few shops, the team he has put together here are the best. Ive brought 2 different cars here and the service is great. The women at the front are super friendly and the mechanics are honest and upfront. Also, they cleaned my car for me before returning, and were great about working with my insurance in a timely fashion.

Just got my 17 Honda HRV back from the shop and it looks PERFECT. Andre and his team completed the work in a timely fashion, their quoting process was transparent and their prices competitive. I originally chose to bring my 2002 Honda Civic to Western Mass Collision because they are conveniently located near my work. After seeing how fantastic my new hood looks, I am very glad I did! The color is the perfect shade of blue, its well matched to the surrounding fenders and bumper, and its polished to a brilliant shine. They even gave my car a much-needed interior vacuuming.Ive never needed body work done before, and I was anxious about the process. However, Nancy and Andre were helpful, fast, and incredibly friendly. I dropped my car off on a Sunday night and it was ready Tuesday evening. If I ever need body work again, I wouldnt dream of taking my car anywhere except Western Mass Collision. It was in very good hands!

I STRONGLY SUGGEST FINDING A DIFFERENT SHOPthe people at Western Mass collision are very rudethey like to rush everything they do so you car may not come out like you want which is what happened with mei was explaining to one of their employess the damage my car had from the accident and the employee questioned whether or not the damage was caused by the accident even though I had a detailed accident report,they seem to have a preference for certain people if you know what I mean.as if all that wasnt enough, they also seemed to have a STRONG interest in my cars history. They called different shops, such as firestone, asking if i had my car repaired there & what I had done to the car in the past. That is a violation of privacy & unnecessary for the repair they were doing.hope this review helpsI know Im never going back there

I just was hit from the side/rear in my 90 Honda Crx Si. I have spent over 5000 of my own money to fully restore this car, all the way from a fully rebuilt sunroof, to a motor swap, to racing wheels, to a custom paint job where the paint alone was 600 dollars a gallon. I did not have access to the paint codes sadly, and was very nervous about the paint matching. It is a custom blue, with a slight pearlescent effect AND sparkle. I just picked my car up yesterday and DAM!! IT LOOKS BETTER THAN BEFORE I WAS HIT!! I have studied the paint color really closely in direct sunlight, and I cannot even see a paint line where the paint they mixed meets up with the paint I bought 5 years ago! I called Andre out from the back to thank him a thousand times. He even gave me the paint code so if I ever need it in the future for touchup I have it. He is the most understanding guy in the world and really, really listens to your concerns. A+++++ I would recommend this to anyone, regardless of your car, be it a brand new Ferrari, or a custom chevy nova. He will get it right. And the staff there is really friendly too. 5 stars! I am bringing all of my body work there from now on.

They are bunch of idiots they do not know even what part to order or for what model. they keep on saying that we are missing this part we are missing that part but they original want to make money from insurance people. they tell you that due to insurance liability they wont let you see the car until the car is in bodyshop and is under repair i call insurance and they told me that there is no such policy and i should be able to see my car anytime i want so basically they are bunch of liars as well.they say that they have state of the art shop but they dont have equipment they send the car to other shops to fix stuff they least understand electronicslast but the least very RUDE with customers as if they are doing our work for free
