This place is hands down thee best dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I didn’t even buy my Mazda from them because they hadn’t been opened yet but I’ll tell you what, next time I need a new Mazda I would be crazy not to go to them instead. Ive been car shopping since the start of the year, visited many car dealerships besides Mazda, and I had the worst experience with this particular dealership. Negotiation is not an option with this place even if you come with a big down payment of 50% or more of car value. The second theyll present you with paperwork to show what numbers youd be working with theyll make sure to x the spot where youd sign your life away. They are very prompt and pushy about closing the deal. Least to say; their unwillingness to work with you, pushiness, and lack of knowledge about their vehicles made me very uncomfortable. FOR THE FEMALE SHOPPERS: if you plan on visiting this dealership(I strongly not recommend), bring a male with you. The way they go about their female and male shoppers is differential. Its 2020 and sexism is a huge problem. It was a simple request. Looking for 2 AWD SUV/Cars, and trading in 3 older cars. Sent 12 dealers from 5 different brands the same email with the trade-in info (including VINs and realistic vehicle condition), 2 stock #s from there lots, and a simple request to send their best numbers via EMAIL.Ashley had numbers to me within hours, as well as recommendations for some other cars on the lot. The next day we were up there with 2 of the 3 trade-ins for appraisal. As expected, the appraisal numbers were spot on. Ashley was full of great info on the cars and never pressured the deals.Ashley kept sending the numbers for different vehicles and lease/sale terms and the response was immediate. Other dealers only sent emails to stop in or tried calling me on the phone with no numbers. In this day and age it is a few minutes to put some numbers into a computer and send out the numbers a customer is looking at. Im guessing the other dealers didnt want to sell 2 cars with a couple of computer inputs.After looking at a bunch of models, we definitely liked the Mazdas the best and the service that Ashley provided made the decision so easy. It was a pleasure dealing with Ashley at Balise Mazda and would definitely send my friends to Ashley to buy their Mazda.

I wasn’t sure how buying a car in the middle of a pandemic would go but with a baby on the way it was something we wanted to get done ASAP. We worked with Ashley who was amazing from start to finish. The car was ready to test drive as soon as we got there and Ashley told us to just take our time and get to know the car. Well that turned into a 40 minute test drive. From there the conversation and negotiations were easy. We never felt like Ashley was trying to push her own agenda. We had honest conversation and eventually came to a deal we all agreed with. The rest of it was done from home and Ashley kept us up to date the entire way via text/phone calls. We picked up our car last week and Ashley walked us through all of the functions from a safe social distance through the window. Im the customer story that you hear about where you spend 20 grand on a car and after that its smell you later. After we closed the deal by phone I was told to bring my checkbook and I was like what for but then the manager brought me in about all the extended warranty options and the reason I bought the car was that it was reliable. If Id been given 10 minutes about how the car operated it would have saved me tons of headaches because I got stuck in accessory mode and it took a whole week out of my life. Then I couldnt get any response forgetting a simple $35 check as a refund for my inspection and it took six weeks and multiple follow-up calls to get it going. Smell you later indeed.
