I bought x4 new tires with hazard warranty 2 weeks ago. Yesterday when I brought my car to the dealer, they said there is no alignment and balance on my tires. I called town fair tire and asked for appointment. The women on phone was so mean and told me that she cannot schedule an appointment for these problems. What a poor service!

Had replaced set of 4 tires on my 2014 Honda odyssey and set of 4 tires on 2024 Toyota prius in July 2021.Since the replacement of tires both of my cars have slow air leak issues.Called in to diagnose the problem and appointment I was given was 5 days later and unfortunately I was stuck at work on the schedule day of my appointment.Been keep filling my tires with air when i get low air sign at my dashboard.Learn the lesson hard way dont go for cheap stuff but go for quality.

Fist time using this business. Everyone was extremely professional and extremely friendly and helpful. Explained to me the issue I was having and didnt try to up sell me on any unneeded product or service, unlike most businesses nowadays. I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency at which the work was completed. I will most definitely be returning when I need to buy tires. I would like to especially thank the guy who helped me. I cant remember his name but he was the shorter gentleman that was working. 5 out of 5 stars!

When in an emergency Town Fair Tire helped us out greatly. While on a road trip one of our tires popped and even though it was close to closing they not only replaced the faulty tire but also checked our other tires to make sure we were safe. Jeff was so kind to us, he did a wonderful job at checking our car and then assisting us with our purchase. Best tire service you can find and trust!

This Store is a great place to go and buy tires. The Staff is pretty much friendly. They have good prices too.

Walked in for a tire change and spoke to Jeff in sales. He was great. Very professional and friendly at the same time. Got me a great deal on the tire (even better than the online deals). Also accommodated my request for a specific tire even when their store had none. Spoke to multiple people for the requested company tire and was able to get it for me the very next day. He called me when the tire was available the next day and made a reservation for the tire change by himself. Both the visits were done in less than 15 min. Highly impressed with his service and follow-up. Would recommend and go again for any car repairs.

One of the managers, Dan at the West Springfield Town Fair Tire is a gentleman and a scholar. Very professional, respectful and knowledgeable ! I went there for 2 new tires in late July. Had an issue with them and called the store. The district Mgr got back to me immediately and fixed the issue. They even comped the new tires and added a lifetime warranty. They gained a forever customer!

We called and spoke to Jeff on Saturday afternoon after our tire popped in Holyoke, MA. We were on our way home from vacation and our flat tire had now become our worst nightmare. After a call to another tire company stating they could not help us today, Jeff said, come in and well help you out TODAY (a busy Saturday afternoon)!When we arrived, Jeff showed my husband and I tires (we knew we needed to purchase a whole set because it was time anyway) ... he took the time to explain all the differences in the tires for our truck. He set us up with a reasonable price, excellent tires and recommended an alignment (that is cheaper than the Dodge dealership we go to) to go along with our new set of tires. We waited a little more than 2 hours, but he was honest about the whole process.He was kind, helpful and knew what he was talking about. We were panicked and upset and he was calm. I would HIGHLY recommend Town Fair Tire and Jeff and his professionalism any day!

I just stopped into Town Fair Tire to get my tire patched and all of the employees were so welcoming and helpful. They were able to get my car right in and repaired the leak in my tire in less than a half hour. I’ve been going to the West Side Town Fair Tire for years but recently I purchased a set of custom 22” wheels for my 2017 F150 this summer and have had an excellent experience throughout the process. All the employees (Guy in particular) have provided excellent service. The wheel/tire set I purchased was more than $500 less expensive than the largest online wheel/tire retailer. I highly recommend patronizing the West Springfield Town Fair Tire!

Ive used this place for years. Reasonably priced. I got a nail in my tire. A simple fix. They had the car 5 and a half hours! They out and out told me that I wasnt a priority. That they had other work to do and they were short staffed. I actually laughed at the guy when he said it. Ive been a customer for over 10 years with multiple cars! Looks like its time to find another tire place. Goodbye town fair tire.

Needed a new tire after someone slashed my sidewall called several other tire shops nobody had the matching tire except for Town Fair tire I dropped off the rim and old tire Town Fair tire mounted balanced and had the tire ready to go and about an hour. Good experience, Great customer service. The replacement tire Town Fair tire had was actually cheaper than when I purchased the tire about a year ago.

I have been a customer of Town Fair for many years and bought numerous sets of tires from them, primarily at the West Springfield Ma store. After 60k miles on factory tires I was in need of replacements which I arranged for with Bill. A few weeks ago I purchased a set of tires that ultimately handled very poorly when my truck was loaded up with my slide in camper. I called and Bill was off for the day so Jeff took over and he assured me they would work with me to get me into something that works. We then decided on a 2nd set of tires that reportedly should handle better. And although they were much better they were not as comfortable as the original ride. So on to set 3 which were more like the factory original tires and performed as good if not slightly better than the originals. I have never needed to utilize their satisfaction guarantee in all my previous purchases. I am glad it was there this time and they worked to make me comfortable with the ride and handling on these new tires. Thanks to Town Fair Tire for having a satisfaction policy that they fully supported when it came time to use it, no hassle. Thanks to Jeff and Bill for their outstanding service!

Called in to check alignment prices under commercial account and the commercial gentleman said its only $10 cheaper which is not true called a different location not too far from them and they it was $50 off!!!

First off, let me start by stating that I am a car guy fanatic. I hand wash and wax my car, wheels Etc.. My OCD is off the chain at times. The crew at this Town Fair Tire location is fantastic!!! Luis (the service mngr) personally mounted and balanced my tires on the wheels. After the tech (I forget his name) completed mounting my wheels and tires, Luis pulled out a microfiber cloth and personally wiped my wheels down removing any fingerprints that would have been placed on the wheels during the mounting process. The tech was just as diligent, as he did his best to minimize any residual shop dust and dirt on or inside my car. Thank you again Ron (the store mngr) for taking the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It goes without saying I would highly recommend patronizing this business. I would give this review Six Stars, but the app isnt set up for that, so instead Ill give it six + + + + + +

Amazing, and professional. I went in with two flat tires, in which I bought 6 months ago. The gentleman there is name is Guy, he told me I needed a new tire and I was just not expecting to hear that especially with the holidays around the corner. I said to keep my tire on the car and I’ll buy a tire elsewhere. He came back shortly after and told me that they covered for my new tire. I was in shock honestly, good things rarely come to me like that. So I was very appreciated with the outcome. Customer service at its best here at Town Fair Tire. I couldn’t be happier.

Unfortunately I had the worst customer service here !! I made an appointment to have my tires fixed and when i came in i was yelled at by a worker there named steve who wasnt wearing a mask sitting at the desk eating a cheeseburger!! I was told by Steve that i didnt make an appointment and he was too busy to service my car to come back another day !! Mind you he didnt even put his burger down to look in the computer that was in front of his face to check and see if i had a schedule appointment, wich i did !! Long story short i had no choice to come back an hour later after speaking to the manager over the phone explaining to him the rude service i was given from Steve!

When I got to town fair, the tires the rep quoted me were no longer in stock. They gave me better tires for the same price I was initially quoted. So pleased with my experience! Did not Rotate Tires, i never changed tires, or switched, front tires was worn much more, becouse front wheel drive, and it stayed same, liers. now in snow got stock. damaged my Van. unbelivable, got check engine light on, never had it on, now they say they broke bolt becouse it was rusted, well u broke u fix it.

The guys try to offer too much unnecessary. I wanted to change two tires only, but they said that I need to make alignment, although my car is almost new, and replace two more wheels, although there is still a half of the tread. When I was told that I had to wait 3 hours and pay almost $400 for two cheap Hankook I leaved. I will never back to them, although last year everything was fine with them.

Got a blown out tire going down the highway, had my Ford Ranger towed to Town Fair in west Springfield. The staff was super helpful, worked with a really nice guy named Kenneth who made sure I got the best price . They hooked it up and had my car back on the road in a few hours, and gave me a great deal on brand new rear tires.

This place might have cheap prices that they match but their customer service is god awful! Got a single tote changed and my car was left there over night so it was done very early and I had to call to find out my car was done at 4pm. No apology or a single attempt. I also needed something else replaced that they had to order and when I picked up the car he said oh ya don’t worry about it I’ll take care of it. I again had to call which I gave them plenty of time (5 days) and when I called nobody had done anything or knew anything about it. It’s absolutely ridiculous and will never return and tell anyone who I speak with about how bad they are

Have been using this particular TFT location for at least 20 years and have had little to no problems... until today. Granted that today a snow storm is expected, I still shouldnt have this issue. Last year, I purchased my own tires elsewhere and they were installed for the winter. Upon the spring coming along, I had TFT (THIS LOCATION) do a seasonal changeover and there was no issue with it. Upon going in today, was greeted by an individual who didnt want to help me one bit. Inquired about getting my winter tires changed over and (obviously) said it might be long wait but said it might be until 8pm. THEY ARENT OPEN THAT LATE. Second, by talking to him this early on, I could tell they didnt want to put them on. He walked with me out to my car, didnt bring any paperwork to get odometer or any further information. Came up to my car, OPENED MY CAR DOOR and said, Ya, you didnt buy these here, so we cant mount them. I asked since when this was a policy and he flat out said, Since the internet. He said we only mount our own tires as thats how we do business. We walked back towards the door and he started to lecture me on the ways of doing business. This was when I ended the situation and just left. Contacted another TFT location and they stated that they will install ANY used tires, no matter where you purchased them from, just not NEW unless you purchase from them. Thinking back, shouldnt this employee have known that these were used tires? Shouldnt he have seen that TFT bagged them with their bags last year? ASK ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS AND PUSH THE ISSUE because its apparent this guy didnt want to be bothered. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Tires not inflated to correct pressure. 47 psi. Went back to check and was told it was my sensor. Manager or coordinator was a rude kid. Previous experience was bad also. Pressured to buy their toyo brand and was told that the Michelin I purchased would not be warrantied. Today went in with a nail in the tire, unrepairable, and no warranty. This place was good for 20 years but not any more. Your mileage may vary.

This is the second time I’ve had to go in to plug my tire. The personnel here is fantastic. They always make sure my issue is taken care of and I’m never there more than an hour. Guy was especially great, made sure I was in and out and only paid $10 to fix the issue.

I recently went to have a tire repair completed at the Town Fair Tire Center in Enfield, CT. The quality of the repair in addition to the customer service was poor. I was frustrated and was told by co-workers to go to the one in West Springfield instead. I was fortunate to have had Kenny as my service agent. I explained how upset I was that I was on day three of this repair issue. He took charge of the situation and made me feel important and a valued customer. The repair was completed in the time frame he told me it would be done and then personally called me to let me know what was wrong. Next time I need tires, I will be going to this location and asking for Kenny!

I was over 3.15 hours of services even had appointment schedule, return back to pick up the vehicle the services was behind schedule,however, notices that all service technician on the garage none of then wear mask. They coming and going on customer vehicles at all time, knowing that Cov19 is airborne virus the mechanic technician Should Were Mask For They Own Protection and Protection of the Customer as well. The customer had to wear the mask to enter your business the service technician should were the mask as well as to enter customer vehicle.

My son bought new tires and to complete the service brought his jeep to get a front end alignment on june 18, 2020. My son has a right above knee amputation. His vehicle is equipped with a left foot accelerator. My son explained this to the manager and employee. He also explained to them that the left foot accelerator could be deactivated. They said not necessary, we got this. When the employee pulled into the alignment bay, he accidentally pressed the accelerator instead of the brake, slamming the vehicle into the alignment machine and tool boxes. The alignment machine was damaged and luckily the service company that repairs town fairs equipment was in the area and was able to fix their equipment while my son waited. Over 500 dollars of damage to their equipment. The alignment was done that day. The manager told my son where to bring his vehicle for appraisal for damages that occurred to his vehicle. Appraisal was for 1300 dollars. Now Town Fair is refusing to pay for the damages they caused stating because the vehicle had been modified, they will not take responsibility for the damages they caused. District regional manager is refusing and now going to corporate level and still waiting. Never again will I go to Town Fair and certainly will not recommend them to anybody.

Worst shop ever!!!! Every time i bring my truck for service there they do everything not as I told to do. Usually it takes a lot of time to change my tires. Today i brought my trailer tire to be changed and installed around 1 pm, called at 4 to check and they told me they will CALL me, it was very inportant for me to take it today. One tire does not take the whole day. please do not go there.
