Eric was so helpful when I needed to get my new phone. He guided me through my options and helped me make the best choice. He assisted me with any questions I had about the setup. And even putting on the case and screen protector I purchased! He made me aware of the teacher discount that I qualify for. And educated me about my wireless plan. He was a pleasure to work with. I appreciated how kind and informative he was. My shopping experience was above and beyond!
The store you go to in the real world.. mattersThe staff at Keene NH store were AMAZING. I ended up there to get a particular model in stock, but it was such a world apart in service that.. well, I’m writing this review.The staff at West Springfield MA store were, underwhelming, and thats putting it nicely.Keene NH had knowledgeable staff, kind, understanding, conversant.The West Springfield, MA store.. was using Fear Uncertainty and Doubt tactics to sell things, and telling fibs like I (the customer service rep) have to turn on AT&T device protection at the store because AT&T never believe whatever we pick, and the customers call later and tell them were liars, and that they really wanted it after they drop their new super expensive phone that now has no coverage. So we always turn it on, and you have to deal with AT&T AGAIN to turn it off after the deal is done.. “What hogwash. I was entirely unsatisfied with my visit to the West Springfield AT&T STORE.
Very happy with outcome. We had to wait a little bit as they were very busy but once Danielle helped us we got excellent service. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. We hope to deal with her in the future
I went into West Springfield, Ma. AT&T store and was immediately greeted cordially by Kristian. I explained what I was looking for and he had all the answers and helped me select my new phone. I even ended up with a better phone at a better price! He was very polite and thorough...I wish he worked at EVERY store that I had to do business with. The world needs more Kristians....Thank You!

The most rude employees I have ever seen or had to deal with. They had such a poor attitude they didn’t even want to take my money to pay my bill so I ended up having to go somewhere else to pay my bill. This store is a dumpster fire, and I highly suggest you stay away from it and at&t. Save yourself the headache and go to the Verizon 20 feet down the street
Have been an AT&T customer for 10 years. Went yesterday to add a line and move some phones around. Eric my sales person was excellent. His manager Jennifer however was rude, condescending and incredibly unprofessional. The store does not offer a public bathroom, instead the refer customers to go the pizza hut 3 buildings down. This is incredibly tacky. Putting customers in position where they have to go to another business, where they arent buying anything is very uncomfortable for the customer, and it flat out rude for one business to do that to another. That said while we spent over an hour waiting for a data transfer I had to use the bathroom, I asked and the manager approached me and told me that she had been held up at gun point and that letting me use the bathroom gives me full access to the stores layout and puts them at risk for a robbery. I told her flat out that I did not have a gun and had not intention of robbing the place and it was insulting to insinuate that of me, and she was welcome to search me or escort me to the bathroom if she felt the need. I also pointed out that suggesting using another businesss restroom was inappropriate and she made some comment under her breath causing my partner to become upset. At that point we opted to leave and finish out transaction on our own. Not only did she alienated me and embarrass me in front of a store full of people, she did the same to her sales associate, which I felt bad about. Its unfortunate that the managers lack of professionalism effected an employee who had done a good job. For that reason we wont be returning.

I don’t leave reviews. It’s just not something I do. Even if I had a complaint, it just seems like the amount time, effort, and consideration required to get a point across isn’t worth it. Especially if I’m already out the door, because by that point, it really has nothing to do with me. But today, after weeks of dealing with a phone nightmare, I walked into the AT&T on Riverdale St. in West Springfield and an actual angel/wizard/genius named Jimmy was so helpful, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable, I couldn’t not mention it. Give this man a raise immediately. No exaggeration, if this was a restaurant it’d be a $100 tip situation. Since that wasn’t an option, I have a tip for the employer/manager/big boss... this dude is an exemplary A+, protect this man at all costs.

We found the Manager Kareem to be extremely unprofessional in many ways.Kareem had stated that he would order a 256gb Note 20plus Ultra for my business when we went in last Saturday, and not only did he not do that but then he became hostile when me and my husband expressed our frustrations about our time being wasted.He repeatedly said he NEVER said that, but my husband, daughter and I cant all be wrong.Our intentions were to buy 3 PHONES.We waited two days because for two reasons, the first reason was so that we could work with Kristian who had started working with us and then because they werent able to get out Business accounts to work (we were moving service over from Sprint) and then we were going to have to wait for my phone to be ordered.We asked Kristian when would he be working again, and that would of been today July 5th. Kristian was very nice.But instead the manager was so very unprofessional that he not only doesnt understand what it means to follow through with what he says, but then we were given the WRONG trade-in information about our phones.When they couldnt get our BUSINESS account to go through....he asked my daughter if she was 18 and suggested we put all 3 phones in her name and change it laterWe decided we didnt feel comfortable doing business with a store that tries to conduct business this way.I would professionally recommend that you avoid this store at all costs, because of the management. Its unfortunate.
Just wanted to say that this is the second time I got to work with Kristian here. The first time back in December he set up my new phone 12 pro max and he was fantastic. Even in the middle of the pandemic was very helpful and just went back today for some help with my I watch and was so glad that he waited on me again today.
Very poor customer service. We were quoted a trade in price for our old phones. The next day when we brought our phones back we were given a lower price. Since we had already purchased our new phones we had no recourse. Left several messages for manager Ray with no return calls.

I went into this store to activate my Iphone 12 because it wouldn’t let me activate it online. Turns out there was a glitch in the system and the representative Jamie went above and beyond to solve this issue. The manager Jen was leaving for the day but stayed to make sure I was good. Yesterday I decided to get a new phone. My previous carrier was sprint so I went there first to upgrade my phone. Long story short, there were terrible and I ended up down the street at AT&T. I just came from the other store and I had my 3 year old with me so I was already stressed. The second I walked in the store I was greeted by Jimmy. He was super patient with all the questions I was asking, he explained to me the differences between the two phones I was interested in and he got me pricing very quickly. I have never gotten such customer service in a cell phone store in my life. He sanitized the desk and chairs for us to sit. He explained to me thoroughly the protection that I purchased for my phone. Jimmy is an asset to your store. Thank you so so much Jimmy for the phenomenal service that you offered me. Im never going to another sales representative/carrier!

I Would never recommend AT&T.I would not even give them one star. Absolutely horrible service. Never deal with so much complications and misleading.Since the first day that I switch to them I supposed to have 4 line and they add to my account 2 extra lines with out my consent then I ended up paying:$159.60 for those two lines after a month trying to make sure that they fix my account. When I let the vendor know about the situation Jenny Santos told me that she don’t work for building department.Would never recommend that store. What kind of customer service they provide. I have to be one the phone for more than hour for get a credit after I paid $607.00 on my first bill when I supposed to paid $357.40. This the worst experience with a telephone company!!!

Eric slammed my account with a new number I didn’t want and added insurance I didn’t ask for. I had gone in for three upgrades and left having to make several phone calls to remedy these issues. Ray the manager put words in my mouth and twisted things to berate me over the phone, very professional! Get off the CONFERENCE calls Ray, and do some training with your employees.I feel like I went into a third party retailer, not a company owned store. None of what they did or said felt professional in any way.

Our AT&T store sales rep was amazing. He was able to cut through the BS, half-truths, and out right lies that we typically get from the AT&T web site and when we call the Help Line. I only hope what he said is actually reflected in our monthly bill.

When it comes to customer service and ensuring that everyone understands whats going on. This location is a fan favorite. AT&T Rep Steve assisted myself and my Pastor with his phone. Just when things seem to be 1,2,3; technology took a downward spiral. Steve reassured us by taking his time and alleviating any pressure. He took his time with us yet we where in out. Bringing individuals whom are not so savvy with technology and new terms of understanding of the plan at 1st... Yet, on the following go around we where able to repeat the saving, perks, get all the new bells and whistles. Come to find out I wasnt need to translate. We both wound up walking out feeling confident about the new plan and comfortable with new devices.With Covid-19 going on, I honestly love the sanitation process. Everyone seems to respect and adhereds to the CDC guidelines. Its funny, the customer service is so good I kinda let my guard down and I was graciously reminded (not to get to close)and I immediately was grateful for it.Oddly enough, I was encouraged to get an upgrade and wound up make a referral and we definitely will be sending folks over...Thanks so much Steve from AT&T in West Springfield..
