Loved speaking to Alexis. She was a sweet heart who helped with everything we needed. Would have been a 5 star review if not for the pushy floor manager who gave her a hard time for not making us make a purchase right then and there.
Working for this store is definitely not recommended. This store does NOT have a good team. They do not believe in TEAM. They do not care about their employees and completely lack good communication skills. The store has favoritism and you have no voice there as an employee and are not respected. LOTS of bullying amongst employees in that store. I got diagnosed with a neurological disorder while working there and was bullied for it. The job emotionally takes a toll on you, and mental health is essential. Lots of unprofessionalism. The store is run so poorly and you get treated so poorly as an employee you lose motivation to perform your best! I went in emotionally and mentally empowered and working for this store mentally and emotionally destroyed me little by little. They suck at being an understanding and supportive team. The work environment is negative and miserable. Nothing but bad energy. You talk to management and reach out and they do nothing to establish change or communicate to the point where then you no longer want to speak about anything. This establishment causes a lot of emotional distress. Even a case of sexual harassment happened in the job. Bad management can take a good team and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the rest to lose all motivation, treat employees like they make a difference and they will, the key to success is good leadership, and good leadership is about making the lives of your team members or workers better. Leaders who don’t listen will eventually be surrounded by people who have nothing to say.
The people at this location are the best! Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. This location also has a payment kiosk, so if you are unable to make a payment via phone or in store you can still pay your bill with cash, credit card or debit card. Great job west spfld!!!
We purchased 3 iphone 7s and got a free tablet the rep that helped us was Dessire i believe was her name idk if she was new or got to happy cus of the amount we was spending but 1st she double charged the debit card we used then after we told her to put insurance on all 4 items she doesnt put the ins. On the tablet... Long story short cat jumps breaks screen on tablet and we cant get it replaced cus she failed to do her job we called cporate to make a complaint all they did was tell us they cant do anything because 15 days passed so now we r stuck with a broken tablet thanks metro

I like metro. But last visit i was tring to look at phones the lady stood right next to me and my husband the whole time. We were trying to discuss what phones we could afford. Kinda felt uncomfortable. But Id rather go to this store because they always have phones, more nolagable an whatnot. I tried multiple time to go to stores in holyoke they never had the phone i wanted. Kept giving me the run around. I will never again go to them. Id rather come here anyday.
The one next to Main st.in West Springfield is a lot better...trust me.!Update.Since two metropcs are closed, one at the plaza in Holyoke and the other at main St West Springfield...I went back to ( w.springfield) next to stop and shop.... What a Mistake....terrible service... specially from the lady representative....Not going back Ever..!!!Metro !!! Get better people!!!!
Absolutely the worst customer service. I went to get a replacement phone. I could not get anybody to help me, to find a new phone even though there were many people working and no other customers. I asked one of the employees a question, Lucilia or something like that. She couldnt hear me so i asked her to come over so i wouldnt have to raise my voice. She said NO WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO ASK? really?? Did this just happen? Yes it did. Then she goes over to talk to another employee to have a personal conversation. When i could not decide on another phone and couldnt get any help i asked for my old phone back. Another employee who initally started to help me points to the counter at the end of the store and says its over there. So i had to walk to the counter where my phone was left, go behind the counter to take my phone which has been taken apart and put it back together. Great!I went to the store in Chicopee and received the BEST service. Gloria explained the differences between phones i was looking at and explained the pricing.Sometimes you will get good service at the Riverdale Coorporate Store, depending on who you get. However, more than not you will get the worst service. Go to Chiopee store, see Gloria. Shea is great!!!!
I was there two times first time they try to rip me or overcharge for a phone line transfer while it is free 2nd time he erase my phone when I wanna know how to turn hot spot on.And espareboo is also a big dumb thinking himself a smart. Black girl have only 1 thing to say call customer service looks like a hole of dumb running this place that is going to close very soon. Be careful when giving your phone to any dumbass or how much theyre charging you.So disappointed.
I went to a closer store to my home (on7/16/18)and got the worst service and they wouldnt honor the website deal that i wanted, they were very rude and no clue how to put the sim card into my brand new iphone. So i left and went to the corporate store in next town they were not only more informed, polite they also helped me transfer my number from my former carrier. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!Authorized Dealers give this company a bad name by not following pricing and practices. I will always shop at this corporate store.
I had to have my phone replaced so I had to go to the corporate store to do it. They said that I had to wait 3 - 5 days for the replacement to get to the store. On the 6th day I called in the store to ask when they would have my phone in. They put me on hold and come back and tell me they have the phone in! Why didnt thry call me to let me know? How long did they have it before I called? Who knows. My phone was messing up so I needed it done ASAP.Also there just way to much cursing in whats supposed to be a professional environment.
Told me they had an 8 plus so I went back there then when I got there they said they don’t carry them.
Nice phones. N some are free if you are switching from a different carrier.
