I recently went into this store on Black Friday and was absolutely blown away by the curtsy of the employees. It was amazeing. Now the store is under new management I see a big change in customer service for the better. Plus the store is very clean!!!... The employees are really personable and respectful. I would recommend this Radio Shack over Best Buy any day of the week.

I just went to this location to try and get a battery for my ancient phone, which the website said they stocked 4 of, one guy who was somewhat helpful looked on the rack and said no they dont have it, so i asked about an external charger for my battery, which he asked the manager about. she just brushed him off and said no we dont have those, she obviously couldnt be bothered to stray away from her conversation with another customer about his car. what a waste of an afternoon (i live 20 miles away)

This is a great store, the employees are very helpful and nice, its too bad there closing soon along with many other RadioShack stores in different counties and states.

Excellent prices, knowledgeable staff, and no wait times!

I called to ask about a part... they put me on hold and never picked up again. I called back, they dont answer! Terrible customer service.
