Wife was heading to work and got a blowout on the freeway. She got the car off the road, and someone passing by, helped put the small donut tire(spare) on. She called me, and I directed her to the closest tire shop, just happened to be Les Schwab in West Valley. I drove down there to meet her, and was greeted by a gentleman named Shane. I was beyond impressed with the professionalism, and service. What a great group working there. Shane gave me a great deal on a set of tires, and even fixed the annoying sound coming from the front end of car, from my sway bar. To top it off he delivered the car to my wife, at work once work was complete. I cant say enough good things here, it made my day, so much easier. The wife is safe once more, and you just gained a customer for life. Thanks!!!

Fast and friendly service. Vending machines in the lobby, ample space, well lit.Their in-house financing was SUPER easy to apply for on the phone and activate when our service was finished.Oh, and the tires dont suck either.

My father went in to have an alignment done on his truck and was told it needed some new front end parts before they could do it and one of his ball joints was showing a little wear but was OK for a little while he then brought the truck home I replace the front end parts they were claiming were bad he took it back in to have the alignment done again and they told him the same exact front end parts were bad the brand new ones that were just installed and now they said the ball joint had way too much wear and was shot. I went back in to speak with the manager to find out exactly what was going on he was very argumentative and because I wanted a explanation of why they would continually say that this truck needs parts it does not need (obviously I was upset) so he refused to do the alignment and told me to take my business elsewhere the simple truth of it is this shop had every intention of taking advantage of an old man on a fixed income just to try to sell him parts his truck did not need I took the truck to another shop and ask them to look at the parts they said it needed they said the parts were just fine and did an alignment without any problems I usually don’t leave Google reviews but I thought this warranted one to warn anybody that may be duped by some of there antics.

Be careful about having any mechanical work done here. When I took my truck in for an alignment, the location in West Valley wanted to replace a bad part and gave me a quote. I decided to take it to my own mechanic. My mechanic did the same work for $500 less than Les Schwab wanted to do this. Les Schwabs price was almost double what it cost for an experienced and trusted mechanic to perform this maintenance. I will not ever go back here again. Just be warned.

Les Schwab is great. I have used these guys for years. Free flat repair without buying a warranty. They are quick and do a great job. Tires are very competitive and rims are as well. Very clean and waiting area is open and distanced. I cant wait for the popcorn machine to come back from covid vacation.

Got there. They were busy after 4th of July weekend. At first told me an hour to fix a flat, but then they got me in and out in like 30 minutes. Awesome guys here.

Dropped by a little before closing on Saturday with a screw in my tire. They took my van in, patched it up, and filled all my other tires, too, quickly and all at no cost. From the front desk to the shop, this team is great!

Went in to simply see what was causing my dash to give me the low tire pressure after just filling it up: rear drivers side tire had a nail in it. Didn’t expect them to patch it up for free! I walked in and walked out within 30 mins, no appointment. Very pleasant experience (:

These guys are awesome, here at the west valley center. I have a nice truck and they rotate my tires check every zerk and bolt. And quickly, Ive been to other shops lots of other tire shops, there hands down the best team. Kodos to the manager for running a clean and efficient shop.

I took my truck here for an alignment. I needed an alignment because I replaced suspension parts, so based on advertising focused on service I decided to give them a try. Day 1. Showed up mid day and they got the truck on a rack within an acceptable time. Initial inspection done they tossed her on the alignment rack. And hour or so later they were done. As I drove off there was a strong pull to the left that wasnt there on the way to the shop or for as long as Ive owned the vehicle. I took it back the next morning at 8 and had to leave it there. About 130 they called and said they couldnt get the pull out, and the tech went into confuse the customer with an overload of tech-talk. The camber, toe in, caster, and toe out are maxxed out, no way we can try to make it better without making it worse. In other words my pull to the left was due to the gravitational pull of Venus while Mercury was in retrograde. I picked up the truck, the pull was as bad or worse. I took it to Alignment Specialists and in an hour the sorted it all out. So there you go.To the reply; thats the thing. I dont want a disertation on alignment and vehicle physics... I just wanted the work done right if there was something else to do to get the alignment right, why wasnt it done? Or why didnt they tell me if they felt it needed parts? if your shop is offering alignment services, its reasonable for one to think, your shop could get it done correctly. If not, at least give a clear indication as to why. If they thought I needed new parts to get it done right, I can accept that. Not just, thats the best we can do and leave me with a vehicle that has a pull to the left, that never had a pull to the left, ever before. Boggles my mind.

Every time I come here they try to up-sale something or tell me something is wrong that Is clearly fine. 5400s and 3200w les schwab is 10x better of an experience.

Yeah, I have never left a bad review or really any review. Long story short this shop did an alignment on my old school mercedes about a year ago. I went in today to have the wheels balanced and another alignment. The manager chimes in from another register snarkily saying we wont be doing an alignment on your mercedes. I questioned him as they did my alignment before and he returned with that is a dealer only item we just dont have the correct tools. Ok cool, but did you have to be incredibly rude? All you had to say was we cant do them anymore as we dont have the correct tools and leave the we wont be doing an alignment on your mercedes attitude comment out of it. Maybe Im having a bad day or he was having a bad day, just got loads of attitude that I didnt really need.

Drop off what ever you need done, they call you when its done.

Les Schwab has been my go to for tires for years. I recently got some wheels, tires and a leveling kit for my Jeep, they had to order the wheels and got them in very fast. Install took about 5-6 hours and the quality is spot on. Love everything about it. My Jeep looks awesome so far he is to them for the great price and awesome quality!

I worked for the state before and drove a company truck.... so if i needed something done i went there. I went there now and took the nail out of my tire and gave me a price range to do my brakes.

After plugging my tires half a dozen times, which I didnt buy from then to begin with, each time refusing to let me pay, it was a no-brainer decision who I would give my business to when I really did need to buy a full set of tires. I would normally price tires out and haggle to get a competitive rate. I didnt bother doing anything like that with these guys. I was happy to give the full asking price because they deserved it. They treated me well and earned my business to the point I was more than happy to give it to them, and will for years to come Im sure.Only gripe is that I really wish they had the ability to shave down tire tread for AWD purposes. Because they dont, Ive had to purchase with another competitor in the area when I would have preferred these guys get my business.

Shane the service advisor lies about having worn steering parts on your vehicle just so they fraud you and make their money. He told me my 2019 12,000 mile vehicle had worn steering components. I went home lifted the truck and everything is new and tight.. if youre looking for a honest and trustworthy shop look somewhere else.

Best service Ive received from a tire center! I used to previously be overly loyal to Costco Tire Center but their service was horrible, tires were constantly unrepairable and their wait time was ridiculous. When I would ask them questions or simply when I would drop off my car I felt like they were very condescending. I started coming to Les Schwab and the service has been such a nice change. I feel like I can ask questions without getting talked down on. My car is services quickly. The location is better for me. The prices are better. Im glad I made the change and I recommend others do too!

Found a cheaper pricing on brakes and employee acted 5 years old with a major attitude love les Schwab. But tha TV employee is something else

As a woman, I often feel taken advantage of at other service places, but over 10 years now I have always felt that I am an important customer to the workers with no matter of my gender. Everything was great until I saw the tire warning light on. Either the new tires are filled too low or the gadget that monitors the air pressure isnt hooked up right. I guess I will be swinging it by tomorrow :( I took the car in Saturday and the problem was fixed in a matter of 15 minutes. Thank you

Honestly left that place seriously impressed. A staff member cheerfully came out into the rain to help me out before I made it 10 ft from from my car. Gave me numerous options and prices to fit my needs, and even offered services to prevent future damage. Prices are great and the customer service was excellent. You can tell they listen and want you to leave happy. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. 11/10.

The West Valley center is awesome as always! I live in Tooele and I have gone to the WV center a few times now and I love them! They take care of you and they will always try to save you money and get you the best deal. David helped me when I was there and he went over & beyond to get me the best deal and save me money which he sure did! I will continue to go there even though its out of my way because they are so helpful and honest.

These guys are amazing! Had the WORST experience with victors tires buying a used tire that went flat the next day. I came here and not only did they fix my original tire that victors deemed unfixable but also went above and beyond and repaired victors flat tire, they also rotated my tires for free!! The technician Ronnie is AMAZING! He sat and explained and was super personable! They have my business for life.

My pick up is a Toyota Tacoma with 304,400 miles. Got new tires and Dave replaced the lower control arms, and rack and pinion. Excellent work. My truck rides better now than the day I drove it new off the lot.

I went because it was close to home and my tire was losing air....I was met at my car, all my questions and concerns were heard and addressed. I was not there very long so short wait time. Casey was the one who helped me....he was awesome. He helped me price out tires for my daughters car and printed it all out for me including their warranty and made sure I was satisfied with my experience there. I would recommend everyone to go there....great prices, awesome customer service and are not pushy sales men at all!

This place offers free tire repair and free tire inspection from a facility with a waiting area which is nice and spacious with clean restrooms (with baby-changing tables), free popcorn, coffee, etc., vending machine options, and a big screen TV to enjoy while waiting. Their services are top notch, and their staff is very friendly and personable.

These guys are always great and have a fun sense of humor. Very helpful and get me back on the road in no time, especially because they know just how much I love running over nails, bolts and screws. Bless my heart. They patch me up properly and I’ve never had issues. They’re always willing to match a price on other competitors as well.

Worst customer service ever!!!

Im blown away by your customer service, really the highlight of my day, started with a flat, my rims have a lock plate over the lugs, i couldnt find the key. Had the car towed to this Les Schwab, while I was at work.... When i got to the tire shop afterwards the tire had been repaired, i went in to pay, Luis gave me my keys, said everything was taken care of!!! Thats amazing service yall!!! Thank you.

Mom had a flat tire on her car so I took it to big O cause they were the closest place to her home. They said I would have to leave it for 3 to 4 hours to fix the flat on the car. Im not from the area and didnt have half day to wait so I went to Les Schwab. They got it in one of their many bays quickly, fixed the tire, checked the pressure in the others and filled me in on the condition of the tires with zero pressure to buy anything from them. As I waited, I asked where to find a nearby car wash and they were very friendly and helpful. Clean cut employees as well. When I started inside to pay, he said no charge today .what great service! Will return in the future.

The tie on our work van got a nail in it and we needed it fixed fast. Took if to Les Schwab and they fixed it and mounted it. When we asked them how much we owed them they said dont worry about it and didnt charge us for fixing a flat. We werent customers before, but now well get all our future tire work done here

They had great customer service and helped me with my truck the only thing I questioned was how the guy pulled it out of the shop I thought he was going to hit another guy by the front door when he turned my truck around and slammed the brakes to put it in park.

I went in to get my tire checked out and to my surprise they patched it for me at no charge! Wow! They had such friendly service and they really care about their customers! I will definitely be coming back for all of my future car needs!

I thought it was just a one time thing but I have now had 3 separate negative experiences here. The first time, I sat in the waiting room and watched another customer come in/get helped/then leave before my vehicle was even moved. I left. The next time I had an appointment and it took 1.75 hours and there were only 3 other customers in the waiting area with me. The last time I needed to warranty out some shocks I purchase there and the manager treated me as if I was lying. He asked me for a receipt and I asked him to check his system. He was unable to check at his location and told me that he would need to request it from his corporate. 2 days later he contacted me saying he would get the shocks in and call me. 1 day later - no shocks. I called the supplier who said that the manager here had requested them delivered and they were being SHIPPED FEDEX GROUND. This is about 7 miles away. I called the manager back and he sent his guy to go pick them up. 1 day later he says bring your vehicle in. Then he tells me that the shocks are fine and its something else. I am leaving for vacation the next morning early and had to RENT A VEHICLE FOR A WEEK because I didnt have enough time to get my vehicle repaired. I started the Monday before I had to leave on a Friday. This guy needs some training on critical thinking, customer service and communication. I wont go back again. Buyer beware.

Over price for new brake pad replacement

Best tire place ever! After leaving Discount Tires frustrated being told my tire wasnt fixable because of a nail and trying to sell me a new $150 tire I went to Les Schwab where the guy actually took time to dismount the tire and determined it was indeed actually fixable they fixed it and got it done in less than a half hour and free of charge!!! Im so happy with the service and definitely know where Ill be going when I need new tires! Thanks you guys are the best!

Employees here are awesome.. Always willing to help and get you back out on the road ASAP. I dont go to any other Les Schwab unless it a total must.

This is the only Les Schwab my husband and I go and it is the furthest from our home. The people here are kind and are always willing to help us out in anything we may need. Currently theyve been helping my husband look for rims that they do not carry and it has about 2 weeks now and here we are thinking that they have probably put us in the end of their list they called today to let us know they found some rims that will fit our Jeep for a good deal too. Thank you!!!!

Took my company box truck to these guys to get shocks. After getting it back, three days later. Bolts break off. They didn’t replace bolts.Idiots............. Told me around$200.00 to fix that..What????? Took it to another company that told me they always replace the bolts... They replaced all the bolts on all shocks and charged me $89.00.... Won’t be back ever....

Before I called Les Schwab I called two other places asking labor prices for installing 2 new tires ( I have my own better quality and ALOT cheaper ) They quoted me 100 bucks, 60 dollars more then the other two places I called. Hate companies that rip off the public. 100 bucks for 30 minutes of work is ridiculous. ( two middle fingers raised )

I have to say growing up with my brother being a mechanic your always taught to question anyone who looks at your car. But I can honestly say that the guys and girl at this store are awesome. Very knowledgeable and always trying help. I had an issue with my tires and he brought me out and showed me what was wrong. He couldve just told me, but he took that extra step of customer service to help me inderstand. Because I have a very analytical personality so I ask so many questions which can be annoying and the gentleman was very patient with me. I wish I got their names because the lady that works there is also very helpful. I work in hospitality so customer service is something I notice where ever I go. And this store, I have to say has it! Thank you for all your hard work. I will definitely recommend your store to anyone that is looking for tires.
