They were quick but too quick to cover all bases such as reset the oil maintenance required light. Also, they didn’t inform me additional charges for Mobil super syn..that would’ve been nice to be informed first before starting something without permission. I dislike assumptions. My usual oil guy is currently closed. This Grease Monkey was down the street. I will not be returning..oh wait, I need to get the light reset so I will. Not happy. It was 79.99 I was told then at checkout it’s $99.28 what the crack..do your job right the first time so customers save time of returning.Update: went back and they weren’t able to reset the oil maintenance light…smh

Quick service (about 20 minutes max), yet over priced by far. I had called and was told it would be $30 but then when you get there they check your oil and my minimal price was about $70. I didn’t want to spend more time going to another place, so I went with it, believing the google reviews would do it justice. Not worth it to me. Some reviews, for example, mentioned the team vacuumed your car; mine was only vacuumed on the passenger seat side when my car is a tiny car.

You guys always close at 5:40 please change the time from 6 o’clock to 5:40 because that’s a big difference and a waste of time for the costumers to drive out there because your website is telling everyone you close at 6. You had no cars at that time and I’m sure you could of done a simple oil change as your last car. I even called and asked when you were closing and you guys said 6 o’clockIf you guys weren’t located across the street from me I would be going somewhere else.Another thing that bugs me about you guys is you always forget to reset my maintenance Notification after you change the oil, and you always forget to put the sticker on my windshield for when my next oil change is due. This place deserves two stars because it’s at least convenient location. And my oil gets changed fast. But other than that,, this place is not doing a good job when it comes to costumer service

Love this place! I live in Magna but always drive to this specific location for an oil change. They are super nice, their service is fast, & they are honest. They are not trying to sell you things you don’t need. If you’re looking for somewhere quick & fast with a cheap price for quality work, i suggest master lube!

My usual oil change place is not open on Saturdays so needed to get it taken care of sooner than later. Zach and the other Techs where very prompt and knowledgeable of the services the provided. While waiting you could here them communicating the whole time about what has and has not been done. Solid service and quick service.

Quick and easy! Jacob greeted me at the garage door as soon I pulled up witch was amazing. I like not having to wait for service. Jocob offered to change me windshield wipers witch were causing me problems in the rain and snow. He also changed my oil and refilled all my fluids. Jacob was amazing

This was a great place for an oil change. They met me in the parking lot and got my car in and out in about 20 minutes. They were thorough and very kind. And they washed my windows! I dont think Ive ever been to another place thats washed my windows when theyve changed the oil. It was also a super reasonable price for an oil change. One of the cheapest Ive found in the Salt Lake valley.I will definitely be coming back for my future oil changes.

This is an incredible lube shop with more technically trained technicians than you can find at most lube shops. The prices are very competitive and done quickly and efficiently. You wont find a better lube shop in town.
