Went to get a new phone. Ended up having to order what I wanted. Was told I had to pay $50 and was charged $114. Called the store and was told the taxes and a payment were charged up front. Ok. No big deal. Was charged $30 to have them order it. I was never told there would be a charge for that. The manager said most customers know there is a charge to have them order the phone. I have never ordered a phone at a store so I wouldn’t know and if I did why would I go there to begin with. He said he would credit my account, not refund my card. Also he would make sure charges were transparent to customers. As a 22+ year customer I was pretty disappointed. I will never step foot in that store again.

My phone hadnt been connecting to network. So I called the store and Mike told me to come see him. He spend maybe 45 mins to an hour helping me out. Trying everything to get my phone to reconnect to the data. Tried new Sim card. Tried factory resetting my phone. Nothing was working. Mike made a few calls and figured out what was wrong, did a little bit of magic and my phones all good. Super awesome guy, and super awesome store. Everyone is so kind.

Went in with two phones that wouldnt connect to network after an upgrade and although the sprint system was down Mike I believe the night manager did everything he possibly could to get our phones going and we eventually were successful!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!

100% would not recommend t-mobile just had a data breach woke up with my number completely changed without my permission and all my account locked now because someone was able to change my number and take mine. What a choke lost $500 out of my account because they allowed someone else to access my phone number and change it and take it without my consent if you go to T-Mobile you will be robbed by them and they scammers they have in their company even called and they told me they can’t give me info about who changed it whine even help me change it

Didn’t want to go to the store during Covid, but Josh made it worth my while. What a professional! He was able to address ALL of our challenging questions and we felt safe coming into the store. I went to the store #9224 at west valley and I just had a terrible, terrible customer service with Joshua Saavedra. I went to return the phone that I bought because I didn’t like it, which was a trade in and was in the 14 days return policy still, he totally refused to give me my previous phone back because he didn’t have it and It wasn’t in the store anymore he said as soon as you do a trade in it was automatically T-Mobil’s property so he was planning to send me home without a phone and trying to keep my old phone at the same time for free.This is not cool I had to call T-Mobile costumer service to explain my situation and because I new this kind of behavior wasn’t right And this is not how you keep your customers happy this is really unprofessional how he handled this situation he even tried to offer me to get another phone to keep me happy and he didn’t care if a closed my accounts with T-Mobile. Thank you costumer service for taking care of me, understanding, being professional and caring about your costumers.

We are sprint customers so this was our first time here. The rep didn’t know anything about sprint which I guess I understand however, he had no effort in helping us and just gave us a number to call. We felt like we were being pushed away.As we were getting in our car, that rep sat down with the other rep to watch a football game and be on his phone.We are honestly disappointed and seems like our service got worse.

Due to my work hours and location, most of my contact has been with Lexus Harris ... I am definitely Old School and not very Techno ... She has been very patient and positive with me while walking me through the benefits of T-Mobiles products and programs that will suit me the best ... Got here right before closing and the employee Joana was kind and generous enough to take care of us. She helped to upgrade my wifes iPhone 6 Plus to a 7 iPhone plus! Although we stayed after store hours she did everything possible to take care of her customer (my wife)! We are happy with Joana and her great service! We recommend west valley city t-mobile to everyone! Great customer service! Satisfied!

Terrible customer service especially if your a Sprint customer, as a sprint customer you have no choice but to go to a T-mobile store for customer support and we were treated as if we were an inconvenience once they found out we were Sprint customers. We were sent there by another T-mobile store (incorrectly) but instead of trying to help out some very frustrated customers to try to get a replacement phone because my husband needed a loaner phone while we waited for his replacement and instead of trying to help us further the guy told us your just gonna have to wait for your replacement phone there is no other options.

These guys are awesome, helped me set up a family plan but we had trouble with one of our trade in phones and they stayed late for two nights helping us figure things out to take care of it so we could trade it in. I dont feel theyre really professional here. I came in with a issue on my brand new phone and the girl personally stated you will have to prove that this wasnt our fault and that you didnt do it. I have been a customer for 12+ years and I am spoken to as if I was lying to her?Also the staff was standing around scratching one another backs flirting and chatting away. I feel when people are in there act professional and be more understanding.

I purchased a phone, case and screen protector from this location. After a day my, tech 21 impact sheild screen protector started to peel in the corner. I took the phone back to this location. They were very nice and replaced the screen protector shortly after the screen protector started peeling in the same corner. I stopped by another location today and was informed it has been over 14 days I need to take a picture of the screen protector box and send it to tech 21. I threw my box away,my fault. (after purchase make sure you take pictures of your boxes). I love t-Mobile and this store. Please dont make the same $34.99 mistake I did. From now on I will purchase all screen protecters from stores that specialize in screen protectors.

My wife went in to find out why her phone was eating the battery power so quickly. The young man working there plugged in a charger and told her it wouldnt charge and that she had a bad charging port. When she explained that it had charged ok the night before, he told her sorry, phone dead, will need a new one. When she balked at paying another $99 for the latest sale model, he told her he didnt understand her reluctance to leave with a new phone since hers was dead. She brought the phone home, it charged just fine, I helped her stop power eating apps in task manager, phone is performing like a champ without running out of power (LG L90, great phone for the money).

They were encrediably rude to me and my family. We had a simple question and ask for help tracking down some information. The girl there flat out told me no. Like I was and absolute inconvenience to them. All the other authorized T-Mobile retailers in the area told me not the go to this store because of the staff. Yet I went and learned first hand what the fuss was about. Shame on T-Mobile for hiring people like this. I would t forgive anything less then firing the entire store and rehiring better staff to make for a better customer experience.

What a load of crap. I went into the store to purchase the iPhone 5S in gold. I was told they didnt have one. The girl after went and talked to the manager and then pulled out an iPhone from the drawer, claiming it was for someone that reserved it and that she would sale it to me. Because I was doing the installment plan, which is making payments over two years on the phone she said I had to have tmobiles jump which is there insurance and lease program. An additional $10 per month even though I didnt want it. I explained how I was really careful with my phones and did not want it. She rebutted that it was required for installment plans and I could not have the phone unless I payed for the phone ($700). I e planned how a previous store mentioned nothing about requiring insurance. She went to her manager then came back and said the original person who they were saving the iPhone for just walked in and could not sale me the iPhone. No one had walked in the store. Shady and very unbecoming sales practices is what I experienced here today. I then had to drive ten miles to another location and was able to purchase the phone I wanted with no insurance that they claimed was required.

They programed my phone with the wrong numbers which took 40 hours to finally get it corrected thru over the phone tech help.The phone had a small crack in the screen that I didnt notice I was leaving the state for a week.T Mobile tech support told me to return the phone to where I purchased it from for a return, by the time I got back home the crack had gotten larger the manager told me to call T Mobile customer loyalty dept.for help and that he wouldnt take the phone back because of the crack the loyality dept asked to let her talk to the manager.I over heard him tell the loyality dept that the phone looked like it was dropped which it wasnt the crack just got bigger because it was used very little because they screwed up the phone number basically putting the same phone number on 2 different lines which disabled my sons phoneIn short dont go to this store unless you just want to pay your bill every thing else find a different store that knows what there doing OR just drop T Mobile and go with Sprint.
