Updated Post: Another person from my office stopped in to have them take a quick look at their phone to see if they could upgrade their SD card and got nothing but a poor attitude and was kept waiting for over 35 minutes while one of the two employees was stocking shelves. Out of frustration this person just walked out. Do yourself a fiver and go to a real Version store and do everything to avoid this GoWireless store.Original Post: Stopped into what I though was a real Verizon store (not it GoWireless) to replace my damaged company phone and found myself treated very rudely and with a lot of condescension by Mr. Santiago. This person has no idea how to treat customers and should not be allowed to directly interface with the public. I was so upset that I asked him several time for his name and he refused to give it to me, but I did find it on my invoice. My worst experience at a store ever and recommend avoiding this locate at all costs.

Brought my daughter to the store 1:20 min before closing to get a new phone as her phone was not working and needed it for an upcoming trip. Instead of being greeted, the gentleman working said “I’m going to level with you bud I’ve been here since 10 in this hot room and we only have an hr until close so can you come back tomorrow”. I asked how far we can get today and he made it clear that this process takes at minimum 30 minutes and asked me to wait for a little bit and see if I change my mind about needing to replace her phone… Completely understand his frustrations with the day but being in retail myself there’s things you wish you could say and things you actually do say.

Great customer service from Ciera who drove down from North Grafton store to meet me and get me the phone that I ordered. Store was originally closed due to AC not functioning but she still came through to help me out!

My experience at this location was very positive. Brandon made us feel confident in his solutions and recommended options now available to us.He quickly solved my wifes phone problems. Along with Santiago and KG -this team was awesome and I left a happy customer.

Went in to upgrade my phone. Santiago was great and very helpful, I would recommend him to anyone coming in. Patrick was also there and even though he didnt upgrade my phone for me, he was helping an older woman while I was there. He was so patient explaining to her how to use her new phone, it made me smile! Its obvious that this location cares about customer service.

Late Saturday February 20th I contacted this store and spoke with Ceira (The Assistant Manager). I explained to her that we needed a means of getting our children back on-line for school right away. Our Family home had burned down days before and our kids would need to be back in remote school Monday morning with no means of getting connected. Ceira explained some options and I was interested in the mobile hot-spot option. The only thing is their store did not have the units in stock. Ceira explained that two stores in the area have one each left in stock. Then without hesitation she explained that she would drive to the two stores and get them and come in Sunday to activate them for me. We set a designated time for me to come in Sunday, when I got to the store Ceira was standing there with the two hot-spots in her hand. Within a few minutes I was ready to go out the door with working Wifi for the kids. But I learned Ceira was on a day off today and she took her own time to drive around, get these and come in to meet me. She went way above and beyond to make a customer extremely satisfied. She demonstrated professionalism and kindness and I wanted to make sure her actions did not go unnoticed.

I have visited this store on a few occasions for my Verizon Wireless needs and have had nothing but great experiences! Very rarely was there a wait to be seen and if there was, it was very minimal. The staff is welcoming and polite! Brandon was phenomenal!! He was able to look into my account to upgrade my phone and actually took the time to review my phone plan with me. With doing so, I was not only able to upgrade my phone, but 2 other lines as well as my current phone plan, all while saving me and my family money!! They have a great selection in mobile accessories as well. Because of their great customer service, I have referred multiple family and friends to this store location. They really know their stuff and you won’t leave disappointed! Keep up the great work!!

Service person was waiting on a customer. He informed me that another helper would be in in 10min. I left to use the restroom and came back and was waiting.Another customer comes in, a young cute gal, and the service guy asks her what she needs and proceeds to help her. I am miffed as I am standing there waiting for help. He never even asked me what I was looking for. As a business owner myself I find this behavior unacceptable and insulting. Will definitely not be using this location again. Too bad as it is close to my work and I have had good service on the past but this clearly crosses the line for me.

I got a tablet when I upgraded my phone. Through miscommunication I did not understand there would be a $75 restocking fee if I returned the tablet. I went to return the tablet the next day as I realized I really didnt need it. I never used the tablet. I was told of the restocking fee and was really upset, and planned to leave Verizon over this. I called Verizon customer service and while talking to them got a call from the manager at the Westborough store apologizing for the confusion. He told me I could return the tablet with no restocking fee. I was extremely impressed by this level of hands on customer service. Im not giving 5 stars only because I wish I had known about the restocking fee before I agreed to get the tablet. But Tomas did a wonderful job.

For 20 years, every time I went to the Verizon retail store in Framingham, I waited in lined, sometimes up to an hour, and then I was given the “pitch”, as painful sometimes as buying a new car. This last time I was told it would be 45-minute wait, so I used their WIFI to look up other options, that is when I found Go Wireless, where was Go Wireless 20 years ago! They are an Authorized Verizon Retail store.It is worth the drive to visit their Westborough store; the Manager Brandon is amazing. Honest, knowledge and someone you can trust.I won’t see anyone else. Do yourself a favor and go visit Brandon and his team, you will be so happy you did.

I bought a Qualcomm charger here recently, and it died when I needed a charge. I walked it into the store expecting a replacement, and they dont carry the brand anymore. The salesperson said we want you to be happy... Ill talk to my manager. We will give you the equivalent from our stock. I paid $30 for the original and the manager, standing next to me, handed a piece of crap charger that is so small, it needs a tether to pull it out of the charging slot. If the phone is doing anything, the charge % decreases. The manager never looked at me or spoke to me. I got the feeling that I was trying to scam them! I will not be back. BTW, it is not a corporate store.

Do not shop here!! Due to a shipping issue with my new phone it came in slightly cracked. When I went to this store to see what I can do, a man named Dan told me Im on my own and Verizon wouldnt be able to help me out and walked away. When I asked to speak to a manager he told me there wasnt one and continued to walk away. I then asked for his name in which he refused to give me and hid in the back office for the remainder of my time there. His colleague was nice enough to defuse the situation by giving me some information on who to call and the other mans name. I have worked in customer service for years and I have never seen an employee who clearly doesnt care about anything.Ive had Verizon ever since my first phone and Im really regretting it at this point. Do not go to this store and if you do, do not speak to this employee as if anything goes wrong with your order, clearly you are on your own.

NO HELP AT ALL REFUSE TO CHECK MY PHONE WITH THERE SIM CARD TO SEE IF IT WAS UNLOCKED THAT WAY I COULD SWITCH THERES PHONE THAT ON VERIZON WEBSITE SAYS NOT COMPATIBLE BUT WHAT THEY DONT KNOW IS THAT IT MAY WORK IF THEY DONT TEST IT OUT! I WASTED 30 MINS OF MY TIME FOR NOTHING!

Waited nearly 15 mins while the manager and another associate helped another customer. Then told they couldnt help, and sent me to an Corp. Verizon Store because out of warentee. More double talk and unhelpful company speak. Basically dont go to this store if you did not buy your phone from them. BTW, I have 9 Verizon phones, and Fios...doesnt matter to this store.
