To OVERPRICED! Its an automatic 52months or so of Payments. I paid $60 Weekly sense the beginning of 2020 as well as quite a bit of late fees of $10, even if only one day late. This continued to happen even threw the Covid-19 Pandemic which I was greatly affected by being a Cook at a Restaurant.

I would give it zero stars if it would let me. But this place is the worst lease and sale establishment Ive ever been to. I also pay my phone there( METRO PCS ) The manager there has been the same manager since Premier Rental. I rented a TV from them 5 years ago. It was a nice huge big flat screen. Even though paying payments is always overpriced sometimes its easier. After having it for a couple weeks I had a problem with one of the components cord. I went to unplug the input output cord and a piece got stuck in the TV. When I called them the maintenance guy actually answered the phone and he told me he could come get it out really quick and it would be free. But the manager guy was like no we need to pick it up and service it and then get it back he tried to charge me 100$ then it was like 150$. I was not happy so i asked them to come get the TV. Every time Ive gone in there since hes trying to tell me I need to pay for that TV. Ive been in there for phones Ive been in there to pay my phone and he never said anything til after i pay my bill. Then the other day he tried to throw me out because I wouldnt pay him the money for that stupid TV. He swears at me and yelled at me and told me to get out we always end up in an argument every time as if hes still there now that its called Full House Sales & Leasing. They would get so much more business if he was not managing that place, he is a horrible manager and should not run it. Now hes about to stop being an authorized Metro PCS dealer. So Ill never go back in there again. (Its the only one in Westbrook. So its very inconvenient.) But hes so mean and rude. Forget that. Beware of this place...

Ive been using Full House for many years. I began using them when I first became a single mother and owner of my own business. It afforded me the options to furnish my home with higher quality furniture than I might have been able to without their options. Now, after all of these years, I keep coming back though finances arent as tight because I love their selection, willingness to assist me in finding items they might not have readily in stock and their flexible delivery. Small, locally owned businesses are the backbone of our communities and Full House is one of my favorites.

The people that work there are amazing and they treat you like family every time you go in and they all remember your name the first time you go in

I absolutely love going through Premier Rental in Westbrook the staff there are amazing they go above and beyond to make their customers happy theyre very real people but I understand that Financial situations pop up once in awhile and they do anything they can to work with you I highly recommend Premier Rental in Westbrook to anyone looking to Finance or straight out purchase furniture appliances or whatever else you see there that you like I was a customer with Rent-A-Center for 12 years and just being day late they always gave me so much grief these guys completely understand as long as you can communicate I now go to Premier for all of my home furnishing needs thank you Premier Rental in Westbrook

Premier has been very helpful to me over the past few years with getting furniture and accessories for my apartment. Everyone there has been very friendly and understanding. I have not had a single bad experience and always recommend them to other people looking to get something new.

First time adulting and they made it so easy! My bedroom set is beautiful. They were upfront and thoroughly explained all details of rent to own since I’m a newbie. I definitely recommend! Will be back when it’s time to redo our next room 👍

The sales staff never rushed me, I never felt pressured, and they had things delivered, set up and left after I was completely satisfied. I loved how they spent extra time with me, showing me all the options until I found precisely what I wanted. They are really personable, professional, and I never felt pushed into buying anything. They listened to what I wanted and worked hard to find the exact match for me. My bed is awesome!!! I will return here for other purchases, and definitely recommend them to others! All the employees are very perfessional and hard working. They always go out of there way to make me happy. I am so glad that I spoke up and asked if they could drop a weekly amount to what was comfortable for me and sure enough they did. They are awesome and Im so happy with all my purchases.

Rented a computer. I really had a problem setting it up. Premier came out and showed me how to use it. They took the time to make sure I was happy. They really care about their customers. Our whole house is furnished by Premier. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

They used to be part of some chain of rental stores but now are party of a local, Maine-owned group, with the same staff that is super friendly and understanding.

Worst rental experience EVER! Seans a good guy Id give him personally 3 stars HOWEVER the item I rented was defective. I brought it back and. Was given a new battery. Well as I informed them that wasnt the problem.which has now cost me close to $3900.00. My compensation was $8.00......$8.00!! Never again will I rent from this company or ANY affiliate thereof.

No work life balanceWork 12 hr days 5days a week with only a 30 min lunchNo benefits and extremely low pay. This place is no place for anyone to work unless you like over charging people for basic product. $100 for a single video game is just insane not to mention the high chance of getting bed bugs. This place is not a good place to do business and the owner of the company only cares about himself and the store manager. Also you get paid every 2 weeks. There is no way to move up in this company you do better working at a fast food joint. Overall this place is a whole in the wall furniture store with over priced merchandise. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR WORK FOR THEM.
