We went in to buy a washer and dryer due to our dryer dying. Always bought both at the same time. There was no pressure. In fact advised to just buy the dryer until washer dies. We decided to buy just the dryer, no pressure which one to buy. Totally our choice! In less than 3 hours bought and was delivered. Easies purchase and they service which is hard to find!!! Highly recommend!

2.5 years of issues with the appliances we purchased here, with extremely poor customer service. You’d be better off supporting big box store than these people.

Never buy from box store again, first of all the box stores have nothing in stock. LP always has and will take care of my appliance needs

The repairman even came before the appointment which is all right and did the job. I would like to make a suggestion to please provide booties for them. It is a polite gesture and homeowners would surely appreciate that.

First rate service! Prompt, polite. The stairs to my basement are narrow and another local company said that the dryer would not go down the stairs. LP had a dryer that was 1/4” smaller. They also didn’t think that it would go down but said that they would try. It did go down, they installed it and it was less expensive than the other local dealer (who wanted $50 for delivery, $20 for a power cord and $20 for installation. ). I will buy from LP whenever I need an appliance.

Great experience. My fridge died and LP had a new up delivered and installed just two business days later. The installation crew was polite, they worked quickly and carefully hauling out my old one and getting the new one set up for us. Thanks a bunch!

I need a range. Called Ryan. He sent me some options. Done deal.A couple of months later....range wasn’t working. Called Ryan and after a short discussionTurned out I needed a electrician. Electrician came, put in new breaker. Long story short:$150.00 later: range some how came unplugged. Called Ryan and he OWENED the problemImmediately. Love this business.

I purposely sought a local business rather than a Big Box store to purchase my washer and dryer. The washer has been nothing but trouble since I purchased it. The repair fellow never - and I mean never! Responds to voice messages so I have had to show up in person at the store to get any service. Today I went to the store hoping to find a replacement for my washer, something that will reliably wash my clothes. My hope was that LP would help me replace the lemon washer I paid $700 for with some sort of discount on a replacement purchase. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me out. The WORST customer service ever in the SERVICE dept. Have been waiting for a part since summer and after numerous calls which have NEVER been returned will look elsewhere for service and will only share this horrible information with everyone I know. Can’t believe they will stay in business for long. AGREN Appliance is the way to go. Superior service.

We could not be more impressed with LP Appliance. Our refrigerator stopped working and we started the search for a replacement. Our last stop was at LP Appliance. We should have started with them . Not only did they have exactly the kind we wanted but they had the most competitive price as well. We were in their showroom yesterday afternoon. The refrigerator is in our kitchen now less than 24 hours later. Their delivery people were prompt, knowledgable and friendly. And the delivery and removal were free. They are a family owned business so it is nice to shop locally.

Terrible customer service. Do yourself and the community a favor and not give these people your money.

We are moving during this crazy pandemic and need a new washer and dryer. My husband called HomeDepot and was so frustrated with the lack of customer service. I called LP Appliance and they emailed me information on 3 washer and dryer sets that fit our needs! Very good customer service!!

I am very happy with my experience with LP flooring. Craig and his crew did an excellent job from beginning to end. All I had to do was choose my new vinyl kitchen floor. They arrived when they agreed to, worked with an appliance tech to disconnect and re-connect my gas stove, and did a great job putting down a good base and then the floor and they even shaved down my cellar door a bit so it wouldnt drag on the new floor. It looks absolutely beautiful and I would recommend them to anyone.

This review is for the service dept. only **We called mark to come look at our fridge which had stopped cooling and upon arrival he only spent approx 2-3 minutes looking at the fridge, diagnosed it with a non working fan, we agreed to purchase the $50 part and paid $75 for 15 min of labor, (really?)The part did not solve the issue the fridge still wasn’t cooling. He came back and said it must be the compressor and to just buy a new fridge at this point. I asked for a refund for the part and labor on our fridge and he said we could take a credit if we bought a new fridge through them, sounds like something really shady is going on with this company! I will NOT be giving LP Appliance any business in the future! And will not recommend to any family or friends.

Have never had such a possitive experience purchasing a major appliance. Last year our 8 yr old refrigerator died (never convenient) and the owner at L P could not have been more helpful getting us a new unit asap. Though not local to Harrison, ME, they did not balk at delivering out our way. So glad the local repair tech recommended LP to us. Thanks again to the whole crew at LP.

Got a brand new Summit gas stove 4 months ago with a defective thermal coupler, its under warranty and the stove is still not fixed!! This is the WORST company, if you use them dont be surprised when you get crappy service, crappy customer service, and have to wait months and months for them to do the most simplest of repairs!!

I was in need of a water valve for my dishwasher. Called and 1st ring Mark picked up. He took my info and said hed get right back to me. About 3 mins later my phone rings and sure enough its Mark. He told me he didnt have it in stock but had located me one in the area. Gave me their name and adress and 30 min later i had my valve. Going above and beyond to help me get what i needed. Thanks!

I have encountered their vehicles on the roads in Hollis, Buxton and Gorham. One morning, the owner of the company, sped by me at 70 mph in a school zone on Rte 112. When I got closer to the van to get a plate number, the owner stopped the van in the middle of the road to block my exit then got out of his vehicle headed towards me challenging me to a physical altercation.I reported this incident to Buxton PD but apparently this person has friends on the police department because they refused to take my report.Once again, this morning, I witnessed the same vehicle blow through the stop sign at Long Plains Road and Rte 35. Then crossed the bridge and blew through the stop sign at Rte 112.Very aggressive and unprofessional. Police refuse to assist unless I catch it on camera. Getting dash cam next week.
