I’m genuinely floored by my experience at this dealership. I was really apprehensive going into the appointment; you never know what you’re going to be met with heading into a dealership as a solo woman. Turns out I didn’t need to have my (figurative) boxing gloves ready.Jessica was really kind to me. She shared personal stories with me that eased my tension. She sent me on a well rounded route that gave me a great feel for the vehicle. Before I left for the test drive she made sure I knew that I was in no rush, and could spend the proper amount of time to ensure I was comfortable with the vehicle. That was huge, often I’ve felt rushed to return and don’t spend enough time on the test drive.The financial portion of the purchase was equally as well handled. Dylan’s approach to the whole thing was so genuine, it was clear I wasn’t just a number. He made me feel like I was at a table with a friend, versus the typical “yeah yeah, buy this, sign this, now get out.”If you’re looking for a vehicle just start here. They’re worth your time.

First, the Customer Service we received, we rate “10.” James Waring offered us a water as soon as we sat down. He was very knowledgeable and really worked some magic numbers to not only trade in one leased car (Ionic Hyundai), but we ended up turning in our Hyundai Tucson too. We got a super deal from (2) professionals: James and a guy in the Finance Dept(?).We ended up getting a platinum deal for oil changes, etc. He also offered us a water. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM, bought a car that I cant even get an inspection for, a week after driving off the lot check engine light comes on, bring it back to get it fixed which at first was great till I realized they never fixed anything, picked my car back up assuming its fixed and 2 days later light is back on . 4x of me taking the car back In to get it fixed and its still not, no one answers me, no one calls me back, even told me o we dont babysit our employees we trust they can do their job well I trusted you to buy a car from you or even fix it, WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WHEN IT COMES TO CARS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE

Really unhappy with the service process in Westbrook. My car was scheduled for service and I dropped it off at the address in the email/the woman told me over the phone. Apparently that wasn’t the right place to drop it off, unbeknownst to me. When I called at 12, assuming my car would be ready, I got transferred 4 times. I was getting upset because I had no idea where my car was and no one had an answer for me. When I finally got a hold of the department that had my car, they told me at noon that my car still wasn’t ready. This was inconvenient for me because I need a ride to go get my car. They also did not have a time for when my car would be available. My car was supposed to be done by noon. If I have a 7am appt there is no reason why my car should take over 5 hours for the service.

I was recently in the market for my first truck and these guys did a hell of a job debunking every connotation one has about a salesman!Kris was the gentleman that assisted me and not once was he ever pushy. All he did was LISTEN. He made note of every must have and went to work. In the end he found me a beautiful truck for a fair price. Other members of the team assisted wonderfully as well. They noted my concerns and had them fixed almost immediately. I used my own financing and again wasnt pushed into using their own. I am now a proud owner of a GMC Sierra! And I will consider them again whenever Im in the market.

My client advisor was Liam Gibbons. Liam was an amazing representative and helped guide me through my first car purchase. As a college student my budget was very low and very tight. The first vehicle I looked at was just in my budget range but since the car was given to them right before I came in they didn’t have the opportunity to look at the car and find the underlying transmission issues. Liam assured me that I would be getting a car within budget. They found me a car and offered me more for my trade in and adjusted the prices making it fit into my price range. Being a young woman it’s scary searching at a car dealership because you aren’t positive they wouldn’t try to take advantage of you. Liam made me feel like I was in control of my purchases the whole time. He informed me about all issues with the car I would be purchasing and gave me an auto repair shop that would repair the car within my price range (riverside auto). After the visit we made the price range work and I currently purchased an amazing car. My friends who were also there with me stated “I would definitely come back and buy a car with Liam”. I would highly recommend shopping at Bill Dodge Preowned.

They were great, salesman was great too! My only big issue was that I noticed a gouge under the driver side door after spending $35,000 on a truck. It was maybe 6 to 8 inches long and they wouldnt fix it. This was pointed out before even driving off the lot. I was only concerned because its right down to the medal. After spending that much money, and being an easy fix for them, you would think theyd be more than willing. This is also my second vehicle through them. Other than that, I was happy.

Worked with Tori and Ken throughout the process, the only nice thing was Tori. She was very upbeat and friendly, not pushy with anything. Concerning the car after getting it home, you can tell they tried to cover up other issues on vehicle and were not truthful about them. They told me needed brakes but didnt go into depth about what type of repairs. I have left voicemails for 2 different people concerning a $100 fee and still no call back. Car also had 3 open recalls that werent mentioned to us at all. At this point I feel like like as soon as you have the car in your possession its all on you, they dont care. Will not be returning to this dealer

I will NOT recommend this dealership to any of my Friends or Family, this is my story with my opinions,My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from the Kia dealership of this group, Very good service and communication during and after the sale, so when it came time to purchase our next vehicle we chose this auto group, Im now regretting this decisionWe found a very good deal on a truck, it was on the hold line and we were repeatedly told that it was just for the dealership to go through the vehicle and make sure it passes their inspection, all through the process of the purchase vehicle inventory is low we cant get trucks and the price is set no room to negotiate, can sell it tomorrow at that price all day longwe bought the truck and traded in our paid off Kia, title in handSo here is where buyer beware should have kicked in, next day we come in to sign paperwork, we sat down with the paperwork guy, he ran through the usual sales pitch for the extra warranties, this already has the lifetime warranty on powertrain, all set, started signing papers,PLEASE remember the lawyers term dont sign until you read, especially when it comes to the wonderful BLUE paper for previous title IMPORTANT!!14 days go by and I go to the town office to register my truck, they look at the BLUE form and say they cant register it with no previous title number, all that was there was the previous lien holder, they attempted to call the dealership but everyone was in a managers meeting, finally 15 minutes later I get a call from the Paperwork guy he tells me that they are expecting it today, I was not very nice and told him that I needed it today, I had plans for the weekend that I now had to change and cancel. I then received another call later in the day stating that they could give me a dealer plate to tie me over until they receive the number, I get the plate delivered and put it on the truck,After the weekend I tried to get ahold of Paperwork guy, left message- later claims he never got, Per town office advice I started a state investigation, attempted over the next couple of days to get ahold of anyone who could tell me what was happening with getting the number, left message with sales manager- nothing no return call or email,State got back to me a couple of weeks later and said they had spoken with manager who said they were expecting that day or next,A week later I get the phone call from Paperwork Guy saying he finally got the number and emailed it right over, an hour goes by and I get another phone call from him asking when they can expect the dealer plate back, informed him as soon as I get the truck registered, also informed him on how poor the communication to customers was and that I felt I should be compensated for all the trouble over the MONTH of wondering what was happening, He said hed pass that on to the manager, Returned the plate and with in ten minutes of driving off the lot received an email from one of the managers that she was going to forward my issues up to her manager,Its been a week and still have heard nothing from these guys,Lessons learned:Read everything,Check title paperwork first before you sign any documentIm done dealing with this group,

I had informed my salesman of what my needs were and he called me back within 20 minutes and told me what he had for me. I went to bill dodge pre owned super center today. My boyfriend and I got out to look at a car on the lot. It wasnt quite what I was looking for. The sales manager came out and said he was short handed so he was going to be helping us. I had a loan through my bank already and I owed money on my car s I explained this to him and he told me there was nothing they had in my range. He didnt ask about a trade in,he didnt ask about what I was putting down he simply said they had nothing and he couldnt help. I left so discouraged I didnt even want to look anymore. I had went there before and only had 8000 and the salesman still showed me cars and at least tried to help. I went to rowe forda nd they were able to find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel bad about how much I had to spend. I know bill dodge had cars to show me. He just didnt want to.

Regrettably, the dealership was unwilling to honor a quote it previously provided me through the American Automobile Association (AAA) car buying program. I bought my first Kia Soul through Bill Dodge it was a great little car (should of kept it). It was finally costing me more to fix while making payments so I traded it in. Big mistake, I got my second Kia Soul from Bill Dodge four months in got stranded because it didn’t want to start. Brought it in to be looked at x3 always told cannot find anything. Fourth time I brought it in they said it was the negative cable to the battery and supposedly tightened it down until the cable I paid for came in. Wouldn’t you just know it, it didn’t start AGAIN! All I wanted was for them to fix it, nope told me that it could be something internal I should get out of it and into my current vehicles Payments were higher of course and exceed my budget. Now the Kia Soul i traded in was probably going to be sent to auction because of the high mileage, nope it will be available soon at Bill Dodge soon. Hopefully they fixed the issues with that little car and managed to clean the dog pee smell from the passengers seat. If I ever trade my current vehicle in, it will NOT be at Bill Dodge!

Both sales representatives earned my trust by the way they handled my sale experience. I bought my first car from the Westbrook branch. The most recent car was in Saco. I was partial to Westbrook because I was treated so well. Although I was not disappointed with Saco. I will never go to any dealer other the Bill Dodge going forward.The sales rep I dealt with recently was Eric Michelson. He was very pleasant and professional. I had concerns about the car I was interested in and he made sure that that every last detail was brought up to my expectations. We Purchased an Infiniti from this dealership. Would never have gotten this perfect car (a Q50) without the help and expertise of Aidan. He was very personable and authentic. He never pushed us or sold us. The deal spoke for itself and Aidan knew everything about the car inside and out. The financing was made very easy by Dave. Then Aidan sat in the car for at least 20 minutes to give us the tour of the technology and he even set up our Bluetooth! Scott made himself easily available when we had questions and Amanda was friendly as she gave us some interesting background on the car. Bought a truck 2 months ago. They cant seem to fix any of the problems with it. I have to carry a scan tool around with me to make sure the check engine light isnt for something new.. Im now up to 10 codes stored in this 2019 sierra. Went in today to see if I could get it fixed and they could not make an appointment for me. I have to call in next week. Beyond unhappy with the service after the sale.

There was my second time coming into Bill Dodge. First time was back in 2017 when I was in the market for a new truck. They did not try and help me in anyway. It almost felt as though there wasnt any effort. I felt as though I was judged for what I drove in and being in the market for a new Denali. I took my business elsewhere and ended up buying a Denali. So my second time was this past Monday. I figured I would give them a second chance. After test driving one of their AT4 and talking with the sales representative about what I wanted for a new truck I was giving a purchase agreement. I honestly couldnt not believe what they valued my trade at, $6,000 below KBB value. It was like being slapped in the face. Not to mention they didnt even try and lower the price on the new truck. I am huge GMC fan and I will be buying a truck elsewhere.

I actually came from out of state to make my purchase because I wasn’t happy with the prices and tactics used in my home state. I found the car online and made an inquiry at Bill Dodge. Danny from the call center was prompt in responding and very friendly. I made an appointment and the dealership held the car for me without even taking a deposit. Upon arrival, I met with Eric the client advisor. He took us out on an extensive test drive and answered all questions and concerns. Genuinely, a nice guy. In the end, I opted to purchase the car. Eric gave me a great deal on the vehicle and on my trade in. It was a breath of fresh air compared to my past car purchases!

Supplied me a nice loaner vehicle while mine was In the garage waiting for a part. Always making sure I’m well taken care of.Monica is also great. While I am happy with the car that I purchased from Bill Dodge’s PreOwned Super Center in Westbrook, I had a bad customer experience. George, the client advisor I was paired with snapped at me several times and cut me off in a way that was disrespectful, gendered and inappropriate (from when I asked for paperwork documenting work that had been done on the car that I was considering to when I expressed my frustration at the confusing communication I was receiving.) After that, I was relieved to interact with Sales Manager Tori who was professional and courteous.Unfortunately, this misogynist behavior seems to be part of the greater office culture; When I was in the waiting room to sign final paperwork, I heard another salesman say across the showroom, “Your girl’s here” (I’m a professional in my mid 30s) - shortly after a white male presenting client of the same age walks in and “Your customer is here” is called across the showroom. Language matters. Creating a space where customers feel safe and respected matters. I cannot in good faith recommend the Bill Dodge PreOwned Super Center especially if you identify as a woman, BIPOC, LGBTQIA, etc.

For my maintenance appointment I had the other day, I was told it would be about 2 hours. When I dropped off my car I told the woman at the service desk that I was here for my maintenance check up, oil change and also, I was having a problem with my key and also my gas mileage as well as the anti-freeze. She said she would look at it and it would be done around 3 but was going to call when it was all set.I happened to be in the area at 3 so I stopped in. My car hadnt even been touched yet . When I went in to speak to the service woman she stated that she had called Yankee ford regarding my key because she couldnt figure it out and they hadnt called her back yet. She said she didnt want to have it out up on the lift Incase they called back.I told her that I wish she would have called me updating me on this because I had children to go pick up. The service lady also said she would call me back letting me know what Yankee ford said and she never called me back.Anyway, very unhappy with the service. Doubt Ill be returning my car to you folks.Thanks,Hannah Burton

My husband and I are in the market for our first gmc truck and went to bill dodge because we had heard good things. We walked in and asked the gentleman who greeted us at the door if he had a SLT not in white he told us no we asked about an SLE he said no so we left. He didn’t ask us new or used or try to sit us down to talk with us at all or check inventory or anything. Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere.

What a great experience. From the Service Manager to the shuttle driver, they couldnt have been nicer. They saved me money where they could, and picked me up and dropped me off when they said they would. Rare!
