Seriously...worst day ever turned into something incredible!!! Did you ever have a day where everything and anything seems to go wrong? That you just cant seem to catch a break? Well let me say my saving grace was the service manager named Steve Howell. He was so kind and helpful. I had been pulled over the night before and been given a very difficult time over a passenger headlight. Even when I explained I had a service appt in a few days and it would be fixed ASAP the officer would not let up! As busy as they where they took me right in that day and fixed it immediately. He let me cry as I went down what was truly a horrible day and he listened. He was a genuine gentleman. You dont forget kindness like that. Ive been taking my Cadillac to them since I bought it in 2017 and have always had wonderful experiences, but this was above and beyond. I give him alone 5 stars 🌟

My overriding concern is the service departments closure at 5:00 PM. Most of your customers have to work at least till 5:00. This is truly an unacceptable situation. Make a plan with the sales department, not the answer someone spending 60k for a vehicle wants to hear. If the owner cant hire someone for the service department till 6 or 6:30...maybe he/she should sit there themselves or a manager and process the customers paperwork..... just a thought to make it convenient for the customers that keep you 9in business

While the entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly, I had the same issue today that I had several months ago. Both visits were for simply an oil change and tire rotation. Both visits took over 90 mins when there were few other customers present. I feel for something that is very basic and is in fact done at countless other locations in 10-15 minutes, I feel like my time is not valued or respected. I feel that even 30 minutes would be reasonable but getting dangerously close to 2 hours is unacceptable! Please do better guys, thank you

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about working with Tori to get my 2020 Equinox. I had anxiety about the whole process as this was my first time buying a car on my own. Her upbeat personality really helped ease all the anxiety. She wasnt pushy at all like some dealerships and cared overall about what I wanted. I cant thank her enough for all her help and I absolutely love my new car.I also enjoyed working with Dylan to finalize the purchase. From the time we walked in until the time we left, everyone was excellent.Letting us bring in our dog and offering him water was very kind.David the financing guy was great, no high pressure to buy what we didnt want was a big plus! I really do not want to leave another bad review, it’s embarrassing that this issue cannot be fixed.It’s been in 3+ times for a coolant leak. Always starts out with the fan coming on. As soon as I picked up my car, fan was on. I drive it every day, I need it every day for work, I even took a day off of work to let it rest as if it would even do anything. Fan is still on. It almost never shuts off.I have accepted that your dealership is incapable of fixing this issue and wants to continue charging me $500+ every time I’m there.Hard pass.Also, communication seriously lacks.

I was recently in the market for my first truck and these guys did a hell of a job debunking every connotation one has about a salesman!Kris was the gentleman that assisted me and not once was he ever pushy. All he did was LISTEN. He made note of every must have and went to work. In the end he found me a beautiful truck for a fair price. Other members of the team assisted wonderfully as well. I spoke with Liam, and set up a time to meet him at the dealership. The vehicle I wanted was a recent trade, and was not ready to leave the dealership that day. They wanted to make sure it was perfect before selling it. To say he exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I’ve had some bad service at the pre-own and I was so glad that I was sent to GMC because Garth Thomas was very friendly, kind, helpful,. Kept me informed from day one called me as soon as he had answers. When my Jeep was scheduled for service he had a loaner car ready for me. 4 month old Truck was in the shop for over two weeks, with a blown rear main seal, but dealership did a poor job of keeping me informed about the delays. Promised to have truck detailed, which was not done, told me gm would kick in some extras for the down time, did not happen, and was supposed to get a full detailed report on what caused the issue and how it was fixed, which I have never received. Many promises that we’re not kept.

The side detection system failed on one side. They ordered two sensors for us since they had none in stock which was great because they needed to change them both anyway and we didnt know that originally.8/16/21-The GMC service center was busy, but the GM service center was more than capable and willing to fix our sway bar linkage without any problems.No matter who we talk to or whichever service center we use they all ho above and beyond to fix or maintain our vehicle with pleasure.

Sales team was amazingBought 2 cars in the last 2 months. Was losing tire pressure in one tire on the Acadia I bought a month again so I brought the Acadia in the the night we were picking up the new Terrain. It ended up being a nail in sidewall, so obviously not a covered item so I knew it would be at my expense, service did not have the tire in stock said it would be the next day for the tire to come in and service said nothing else could be done. I asked service to take a tire from one on the lot and they said it couldn’t be done. I didn’t want to have to make another trip to the dealership for a tire and was purchasing 2 cars from them in a months time. The Sales manager and sales team stepped in and made it possible to replace the tire with one from the lot and then put the ordered one back on the car from the lot the next day, saving me a trip and going above and beyond. Sales manager made a great call with this action. Thank you, this action in customer service for this issue was above and beyond and made the situation right.

I am a travel nurse and 1450 miles from home. My SUV had a computer issue. It is a 2019 and has been well maintained. I didnt understand. I spoke to 3 dealships and 7 people. I use Bill Dodge Buick GMC for service on my GMC Sierra pick-up.Scheduling service with the Bill Dodge Buick GMC Service Department is always very easy. I typically ask for an early appointment so that I can drop the truck off the night before. Even when I dont have the early appointment, the truck gets in no problem. When it comes to the actual service Bill Dodge Buick GMC has the occasional misstep.Just today, they lowered my tire pressure to 6psi below the recommended setting (which is clearly marked just inside the driver side door). In addition, someone left their lunch receipt in my truck. I noticed the tire pressure issue before I drove off the lot, and the service department quickly resolved this safety issue.It is likely that i will continue to use their service department, but will closely review the invoice.
