Never got the spare key to my Cadillac XT5 even thought I called multiple times. Sold me a cal luxury vehicle with “brand new tires” .. even questioned when the tires were our purchased because they looked bald. We’re reassured they were “brand new” and then I had to get kk new tires 3 months later. OH and everytime I try to call and get help I get hung up on when I’m transferred. Kind of a joke for one of the only Cadillac dealerships in Maine.

I had the best experience Ive ever had when buying a car. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Every time Ive purchased a car it takes half a day. With Bill Dodge I was in and out in under 2 hours. I will definitely be back when its time to upgrade and encourage my friends and family to do the same.Update: After purchasing the car within 2 weeks I had 3 issues.1, I couldnt connect my phone, 2 the automatic car sea stopped working, and 3 a maintenance message kept popping up. When I emailed the saleswoman who helped me purchase the car she wanted no part in helping me. She was great when I was purchasing the car and after she was done with me. This definitely killed the return customer aspect.The service guys were great and I will applaud them. Very kind and honest. For this I will give Bill Dodge a 2.I purchased a new car at Lee dodge and since buying the car they have been more than helpful. Even called twice to check in and make sure I wasnt having any problems. Bill Dodge should take some pointers from them.

Bill Dodge in Westbrook does many things well. Theyre punctual, have the paperwork already to go before you arrive, communicate well and are courteous. They even offer a complimentary shuttle to any point you desire if youd like to do some shopping in downtown Portland, as an example.I purchased my 2015 GMC Canyon there and have been very pleased.
Eric Ferguson is an awesome service writer. He pays close attention to detail, is pleasant and wonderful to work with! He is the main reason why we have all our vehicles serviced there!

Experience was seamless. Made an appointment, showed up exactly for the scheduled time, drove right in to service, checked in, truck was taken away nearly immediately, problem was diagnosed and fixed on the spot. They even covered it despite being just barely out of warranty. 1.5 hours. Done. Satisfied and Impressed. As always.

Took my Cadillac here a few weeks ago and lets just say there was nothing but problems. Waited 5+ hours when I had an appointment scheduled then was told I needed a rental car. The needed to check Stabilitrak control light, suspension light, windshield wipers, tire pressure/electronic reader, and change the oil. After getting a rental car for 3 days they billed me for 4 days. When I picked up my car after 3 days, the Stabilitrak issues were still happening so I returned the car within an hour after having it before a holiday weekend. They did give me a free loaner, which was the one good thing from this experience. After that weekend, they did inform me that they could do further road tests but asked that I pay for the gas for the foremans commute home! I have never heard of such a thing especially when I dropped it off with half a tank of gas. Lastly, they tightened the windshield wiper arms and within a week the wipers began hitting each other. Luckily the most important component (the stabilitrak) has been fixed, but the tire pressure issue wasnt fixed and windshield wipers are now in worse condition. Customer service representatives were helpful and nice, but I think theres some major problems with those doing the repairs. With over $2000 in repairs I strongly suggest going elsewhere if you have any problems with your Cadillac.

Joe, the service manager, came to my work at 9:30 as requested, and picked up my vehicle for an inspection. I received shuttle service for when my vehicle was ready at 1 p.m as requested. Everyone was on time and courteous.

Actually I would prefer to give it zero stars. I purchased my Kia brand new at this very place and they cant fix it. I have left it two times for a total of five days. All they tell me is they cant duplicate the problem; however, upon leaving the dealership the check engine light came on within 3 miles. The service manager claims they took it for no less than 12 test drives with no problems… Huh?! My fault for not checking the odometer before I left it. My suspicion is they simply cleared the codes and left it in the parking lot. Especially after the second time I brought it in – I believe they are clueless as how to fix it. If I brought my VW in and they couldnt fix it I would understand. However, they are a Kia authorized dealership and they should be able to fix anything wrong with the Kia, dont you think? I purchased my Kia at this at this very place, my wife purchased her Kia at this very place, my sister purchased her Kia at this very place, my mother purchased her Kia at this very place… Im pretty sure I will not be bringing it to Bill Dodge Kia for service anymore.
