Hey, I thought it was great customer service from Jason H. Especially since as soon as I walked in the store Jason was helping a customer yet he greeted me. Then about 6 other customers walked in and I could tell that he he had to quickly change gears. I truly feel like Jason was very helpful, and good at giving everyone the attention they needed.

This is not an AT&T store. Its an AT&T authorized retailer. Couldnt help with my billing problem. Associate was unapologetic and eager to brush me off.
Never buy a phone at an event somewhere. The sales rep misrepresented information for the service. There was hardly any and then you get the total runaround when trying to return the phone. This store tried to be helpful but the contract was foreign to them. The information given over the phone to return the cell phone was incorrect and there customer service line is horrible and rude. We waited 3 hours for supervisor Ashley to call back while we were at the store. When she said it would be a half hour. She never called BACK. We had to call again. To find out we needed a shopping label. I missed work waiting to return this phone after driving almost 2 hours to the nearest AT&T. My daughter was totally mislead and save yourself and your family agony. Pick a different cell phone carrier. This was a horrible experience and unnecessary. Again this store was not the issue it is private sales reps and there phone customer service.
Went here to activate a new phone and deactivate an old one. Guy told me I couldnt reuse my sim card and had to pay $5 for a new sim card. This isnt an actual AT&T hub, go to a real AT&T store, I didnt get charged for swap my SIM and reused the old one on the new phone.
The young man (John) was very helpful he went out of his way to make sure I knew how to use my phone and understood my plan.
