This TMobile in Westbrook provides unparalleled service. Caden, Cody, and Stephen were all very welcoming during my visit. I was having a particularly difficult day. I had come in to actually switch my phone to another service provider. However, after experiencing the excellent customer service from these kind folks, I have decided to start my own TMobile plan. These three were very knowledgeable, empathetic, and overall provided A+, 10/10 service.
Steve was very knowledgeable and new his stuff, he got me in and with 2 beutifull new phones in no time at all
Today I walked into T-Mobile and saw Steven. His T-shirt fit him flawlessly, not a wrinkle or piece of lint to be seen. His stylish Gucci belt was wrapped around his waist sort of like a modern hip hop artist. One example would be Blueface (baby yea aight) Ive never felt more comforted by a humans voice the way I felt when Steven spoke to me. It sounded like an angel whispered sweet nursery rhymes into my ear. The way that he carried himself reminded me of my late husband Karll who always loved crossiants. I miss him everyday (we lost Our beloved Karll to diabetis on April 14 2014) Not all heros wear capes, but some do wear Gucci belts🦸🏿♂️🦸🏿♂️

I purchased my 82 year dad flip phone from this location. I was told at the time that he would be able to use this phone up to his camp in northern Maine. It would be spotty in but it would work in areas. Absolutely and completely dead soon after leaving door yard. The girl at t mobile said to put it on roaming still nothing. By the time we figured out phone wouldnt work due to lack coverage. It had been over there 14 day return time.This was the 1st lie.When I purchased the phone I was told he would get a free tablet. I said no he wouldnt use or know how to use, but she insisted it was free and I might as well take it. No contracts.Apparently it is not free. I went to cancel all services because of the bad information i was given and bad coverage. I was told to call the customer care line. I did, Mark told me 3 times no problem just return tablet back to store I would not be charged any thing and he would cancel service.Back to store I go. Only he didnt do anything and made a short note on account that father couldnt use tablet. Nothing about return. He just lied to me. And it was still active. Wow.I do not understand how these companies can avoid explaining the facts and claiming something is free and not explaining the truth. This is disturbing that they get away with it.Of course I was willing to pay for the phone balance, but not tablet. I returned tablet to them and just left it on the counter and walked out.... said they could have it back for FREE.I would not recommend this company. Nothing is free. I knew that however she said ...it is really free! This is deceit and I will never do business with T Mobile.
Excellent customer service!! Every employee is knowledgeable about the products they are selling, and they are all very helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!!

Worst customer, his name is Gilly .he didn’t acknowledge us what so ever He did even transfer my info from my old phone to the new one . He was a bit desrespectful as well.Management needs to look into this and get someone else . I have never been treated like this in a T -mobile store, Lazy and didn’t want to do anything .I went home having to put back my contacts in manually because i didn’t know what to do .He just wanted to get us out quickly we were in and out of there within less than 10mins purchasing a new iPhone.
Terrible, infuriating customer service. The first sales rep wasnt sure how to fix my support question, so brought over the manager on duty. At first she kept misinterpreting the failure so she could offer workarounds. When I clarified, she would cut me off or deflect it and return to the previous misunderstood issue. After several explanations I finally cornered her to address the actual problem I was facing, at which she told me I was wrong, that was not happening. When I explain that it does indeed happen (that its been witnessed by others yet she wasnt even interested in seeing my device) she claimed its not an issue, thats how its designed, it functions correctly, and claimed that its T-Mobile (despite device documentation and it friends with the same OS and device never see this) and that Im wrong to expect my phone to work as designed. I suspect she had no idea how to fix it, which would have been fine. Instead she fought from every angle as though she had to win some pointless argument, belittling me, and slipping away from the core issue like a politician avoiding an answer. I will deal with any other T-Mobile store than this one. If I wanted to argue with a denialist Id find a flat-earther.
I went in to upgrade my new phone the gentlemen in there were super helpful and were very knowledgeable about the products. They went above and beyond for me and I was amazed at the level of customer service I received.
Back in July I had to go to the T-Mobile store because they couldnt resolve my problem online. Glad I did go the T-Mobile store, she resolved not one but, two problems!

I returned a LG phone on June 30 and it’s been 17 days and refund is still not processed. Now store has stopped answering my phone. I am so distressed.
