We are big fans of our local CVS here in Westbrook. The staff is polite and friendly and pharmacists truly seek to be helpful. Having had a liver transplant save my life in 2012, it is very important that I be connected with an efficient pharmacy that can provide medication quickly. CVS does it.The only thing I would change if I could would be to somehow get better control of corporate reminder phone calls and texts.
I arrived at the drive-thru for an appointment for a Covid-19 test today, and did not have a good experience. Immediately after arriving, the CVS employee, Don, asked me to remove my mask so he could hear me on the intercom. This was contrary to the prep video CVS asked me to watch before my arrival, but I understood, and removed my mask. Don was rude and impatient with me every step of the way. I put my mask back on after we were done communicating, and he placed the Covid testing kit in the basket transfer so I could retrieve it. As he placed the test in the basket, he stated I would need to take my mask off to complete the test. I nodded in agreement. Before I could even grab the testing kit out of the basket, he again stated I needed to take my mask off. I explained that I knew that I needed to take my mask off, and he replied rudely with, Well Ive already told you 3 or 4 times.Anyways, Im sure he was having a bad day, tired, probably overworked, been doing these tests for months now all day.. Im sure its not easy and I understand that, but take a deep breath and just treat people with respect. Especially considering that customers going for a Covid test are likely not in a great situation to begin with.

I just want to thank Ariel and Christina in the pharmacy for going the extra mile in helping me get my prescription! My insurance was giving me the run around and I was not able to use my co pay card as a result! They took the time on the phone with my insurance company and got everything straightened out! They deserve recognition!!
Low energy staff. The small work area causes for slow lines and longer wait for scripts. Getting ahold of an employee over the phone is near impossible. Their automated call system is very unhelpful for anyone with general questions about their medications.
Worst customer service ever! I will never come to this place again!!
CVS has a great rewards program, however, their photo printing stations perform horribly. It seems straight forward, but actually the loading times are atrocious, and when connected to a phone, the kiosk only shows certain photos (completely random from what I can tell) rather than a whole album or “all photos” as I’d selected. Attempted to use this kiosk several different times to no avail.
Apparently black people aren’t welcome here. With two people in the store I was watched the entire time I looked for a razor. Then when I make my way to the register the two employees make a dead sprint like I didnt notice them literally doing nothing and the best part? When the other customer came up to the second register the second employee stated that she’s on break. Next time ask if you can help me out because I’m dissatisfied with the razor I bought and the service I received.
Wonderful people work there; Ive always been treated so well. I wish I could say that about every other retail outlet, but CVS definitely goes the extra mile for the customers. Especially Monica, Chris, and Sue K. Awesome people.
The store itself customer service specialists are very helpful. The pharmacy staff has been down right rude on multiple occasions and has even filled my prescription incorrectly. I wont be returning to this pharmacy.

Called the store to ask if they carried two different items. Lady was completely rude to me. N said u cud come in n c for yourself. Im sorry but I dont drive so call first to make sure, she says agh hold on Ill check. Six mins later she still hasnt come back on the phone. So apauled!!!!!!!
I love this store. Clean and good stock. For the most part they have been coupon friendly too.

Be aware of their new chip system. my chip on card wouldnt read a few times and i ended up being charged 3 times which caused my account to be overdrawn.
