Terrible, terrible service and I dont think the men behind the counter could have been more rude to my wife if they tried. I was on the phone the entire time making sure she ordered everything we needed and to also pick up our online order that I placed yesterday morning but they still didnt have the 2 gallons ready until she got there on her lunch break at noon today. The website says they close at 7, so she got there yesterday at 4:48, same cars in the parking lot, lights on, but doors locked and no one answering the phone. Ive been a painter for 20 + years, do yourself a favor and go to Lowes before going here, Lowes is right down the street. They overcharge for their paint and upsale you on paint that you dont need. Guess what all paint contractors get from Sherwin Williams unless the customer asks for something else-contractor grade paint. Available in any color and finish. Around $30 a gallon. Same exact stuff you can get at Lowes or Home Depot. I honestly cant believe how condescending they were to her. They wouldnt have treated her that way had I been there. Do better Sherwin Williams!!

Helpful sales associates. Made me feel like Iwas special. Delivered the paint to my car for me. Having had a bad experience at a big box store in their paint dept. gave me a very good reason to try Sherwin Williams. The paint is excellent, great coverage and goes on like silk. The sales associates know their stuff!

Sherwin Williams has been around for s long time. Growing up with a father who was a contractor I remember going here for a long time. Top quality products and expert advice, great. Make sure you sign up for coupons, floor prices are high. With loyalty youll pay less here than you will at the big box stores with much better products equaling better results!

Called with a question about standard ceiling paint for small repair I was trying to match. The tech who helped me (sorry dont remember who it was) asked me what year the house was built. It was within the past few years so he took an educated guess based on what most contractors were using at that time. Turns out the was right on, I painted a test patch and it disappeared into the ceiling. I painted the repair and its like it never happened saved me a ton of headaches.Thanks guys, keep up the good work
