I bought my first piece of furniture from Hub when they were still in Biddeford. Customer service was fantastic back then. I just recently purchased a Futon from them. The lady who sold me the futon mustve been new because I was misinformed about delivery When I called the Portland office trying to get clarification because I had been misinformed, they didnt seem to care that I was misinformed and were sarcastic about it. It took me a month to get my futon when everything was said and done. When it was received and after the delivery men left, i noticed a chip in the arm. I dont want to wait another month to get another one. I am just going to deal with it. I am not happy with them and will never buy a piece of furniture from them again.

Great selection of household furniture. From couches and coffee tables to bunk beds and recliners. They offer a layaway program so that you can make weekly, biweekly or monthly payments if you cant afford to buy outright at once. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The quality of the items sold here is great too, I was very impressed. Ill go back when I need new furniture!
