I was nervous since I have never rented a storage space before, however Roby made the process so easy for me. The facility is super clean and I feel so much better to have my stuff is such a safe place. 5 stars for sure!!

My husband was locked in the facility for an hour and a half due to the gate not operating so he could not leave the facility. He called the emergency number which was an answering machine stating they would call him back. In the meantime the police arrived but could not open the gate either. Finally my husband discovered the gate override directions to open the gate which he finally did with no help from corporate or the on-site manager. Very dissatisfied with this facility!!! By the time they called him back he was home and will be moving out of that location.

I highly recommend using Life Storage! I left a lot of belongings, including furniture, in a unit there for nearly three years while I was out of state. I didnt return in that time, but when I retrieved everything, it was in perfect condition. The process of starting and ending use of the unit was very simple. The staff here that I have communicated with both in person and by phone are lovely and extremely helpful. It made such a difference to me to know that my stuff was in good hands.

The storage unit is great and convenient for my Mom and I to store our things. Rosanne, the worker there was informative and very nice.

I never rented a storage unit before, so I had no idea what I was getting into. I researched all the storage places in the Greater Portland area and found Uncle Bobs in Westbrook to have the lowest rates. When I went in to reserve my unit, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to access my things any time I needed, and I could count on getting an answer to any question during business hours. I would recommend this place to a friend or family member above all its competitors in the area. I would not hesitate to do business with them again if I need another storage unit.

My husband and I looked around for storage and settled on Bobs because it was a gated facility that was clean and well-cared for, which is more than I can say for most of the other options. We met with Pam, who was incredibly nice and helpful. She made us feel very welcome and that our stored items would be safe and secure at the facility. She was also very knowledgeable about the facilitys policies, procedures and products. I think she provided the best customer service experience Ive ever had from any business, ever. If I ever need storage again, I wont look anywhere else.

The website that Life Storage has is awesome! Lots of info including availability of sizes and costs. They even explain what would fit in different size units. After my on-line research I called to reserve and the awesome customer service started with that phone call. Pam called me later and explained everything and her awesome customer service continued the next day when I arrived. The customer service was so good that I asked if it was her business...which it wasnt. Life Storage is so very lucky to have the employees they have...they are WONDERFUL!!!

I am way late in this review, but I couldnt forget how awesome we have been treated at Life Storage. There have been a couple recent events that I think go against this review and our overall experience, but specifically, Christina has always gone above and beyond. She will wait for us after closing and go out of her way to help. She is so pleasant to talk to and the positive experience we have had here is definitely because of Christina. I recommend life storage as long as Christina is working there!!!!!!

Excellent place with excellent service. Location was difficult for me to get to as I dont have my own transportation. Altho the metro does go out that way, Im also new to the Southern Maine area, not quite comfortable with the metro system yet. When I get my own transportation if I still need a storage facility, I will definitely lease from them again.

I HIGHLY recommend using life storage on Brigton road in Westbrook for storing your belongings. Ive used this facility twice, once in 2012 and again a few weeks ago. Both times a woman named Pam helped me. She was BEYOND helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I received Excellent customer service from her. She definitely deserves recognition for still after 5 years of my first meeting her, still being so cheerful, enjoying her job and making the customers feel content leaving their prized possessions at their facility.

Sarah was so great! She helped us save some money and was super thoughtful with our access code! Great clean space for storing things, lifted a huge weight off our shoulders!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are here now for a second time because it is so great! Clean, secure units and the customer service (Pam) is A+. She is kind, accommodating and attentive.!

Both Pam the manager and Roxanne were so helpful and friendly. Treated me as a friend over the phone and in person even though it was the first time we had met. This was the first time I had rented a storage unit and they clearly explained the process and were helpful in answering my questions.The unit was clean and the perfect size for my needs. Equipment was available to move boxes and heavier items from the car to the unit. Everything was clean and well kept and I felt safe both inside and outside the building.

The customer service was PHENOMENAL! Roxanne was helpful! The website rapid reservation was easy to do and Roxanne called me within an hour to confirm reservations.

Sarah had an excellent attitude when i arrived at Life Storage, she helped me through all the steps and helped me pick out a lock. Over all she made my time here very easy for me.

The girls are just great. Very knowledgeable, polite, friendly. I used Uncle Bobs in 2016. I am 60 years old would come in on a Sat & one of the girls always drove by to check on me even brought me a bottle of cold water.

And, the best part about Uncle Bobs is the staff, Pam and Roxanne.I recently had to pack up and get ready to move a large storage unit full of my ill sisters things. I spent four days, sunup to sundown, boxing everything up. Pam and Roxanne knew my situation was difficult and they couldnt have been more helpful. They were warm, caring and even checked on me periodically to see how I was doing. They were always available to answer questions and help.Even though I was only there for four days, I felt like I had two new friends. They made a difficult situation easier.

I was kind of in a bind since my daughter needed a place to keep her car since her apartment management sent out a message that all vehicles needed to be removed during parking bans, and she had no where to put it. Immediately, they were eager to help me. I kind of struggled with the door of the unit, and Roxanne ran out to help me. Then my car was just slightly too big for the unit, Roxanne ran out again to help me. After finding me a bigger unit, she assisted me in storing the car and securing a good price since it was going to be slightly higher than quoted for the smaller unit. I am grateful for Roxannes professionalism and her awesome customer service and accommodating me on the same day.
