Went in to top up my Lycamobile plan. Ill make a very long story short. After he took my money for my $50 plan, I walked out of the store with no internet on my phone. The genius behind the counter said he had nothing to do with it, and it was lycas fault. After several calls to Lyca the I was told the screw up was caused by the incompetent fool at the store. He credited my phone with call minutes and not the actual $50 UNLIMITED plan I told him I had. The only reason i went there in the first place was because my usual store was closed that day. And i needed to reload the phone. I should have known this guy didnt know what he was doing when it took so long for him to type in what ever he was doing. What should have taken seconds, took minutes, and he still fed it up. Never again.

Also known as Westbury Electronics Corp. I purchased a note 4 for 600. (which is more than what I should have). The phone lasted a month and a half. I called Samsung and they told me the phone isnt under warranty to get a receipt from this merchant. When I went to the store they would not help stating their policy is only for 30 days. They sell unlock phones and dont give receipts. Any other store would have done something about it. Shady owner and salesman.
