Been a customer for years. Unfortunately they have changed lately. The new manager is a joke as is the representative who helped me. They took advantage because I needed a new phone same day. They lied and say all there good phones were out of stock for upgrades and basically forced me to settle on some POS Metro phone. This place used to take care of you but with this new manager that is there now just ruined it.
I asked one of the associates to look at my phone, it was having an issue. He resets it and said fixed. I lost all of my contacts. I got upset and started complaining and the security guard was standing two inches from me as if I did something wrong. Not even an apology. Never went back in that store again. I went in to find cake, not just any cake but, gluten free loaf. I just cant find any gluten free cake no where around.They even make birthday cake.So thank you for this store, and having gluten free, muffins, cake, brownies, cookies and etc.🤩
They were nice but got overcharged needing to get special cord for charging iPhone when I already have apple products so didn’t need it and also to not give any paper work for adding the insurance so bill is more money.Then calling customer service to get to the bottom of the problem, I paid double and don’t have service working.
They are really great. This gentleman Sonu helped us a lot. I recommend this store.

The employees were professional and courteous. I always have a good experience coming here however..... being a longtime client I did not like the fact that they charged me for transferring my SIM card over to another phone. And to charge me $23 to do that, I had to deduct two stars from otherwise a great store. I can’t understand why they would charge me for something like that.
Customer service at that location is always amazing, I actually always rather go there instead of those authorized dealers. However, having being a customer since 2013, I expected more from corporate. I went to upgrade 3 phones, I had to pay $20 each for activation while they couldnt even transfer my data from the old phones to the new because of privacy reasons. I had to do that on my own. So, what activation was I charged for? This is definitely a corporate steal. It is unfair, I could have used that hard earned $60 toward something else but MetroPCS corporate rather take it from me for services they did not provide. Thanks a lot.I updated my review/rating because the store manager reached out and gave me a 1/3 credit, which really does nothing. But as I mentioned before, the fault is with corporate, they need to step up and fix this mess.
Depending on which branch you choose to visit?? Long wait...But Metro is the most consistent phone service..Ive ever had..and theyre extremely fair with billing
In general, my favorite go-to person is Moses. Their hours have changed where they close at 7 pm. It is not updated on their website. So simply a fyi. There is social distancing and hand sanitizers available. This visit was with a diff associate and it was not such a good experience due to differences in personality & approach. Personally, I do not understand all the phone specs and was made to feel like I should know this already. My family member and I care about where a device is made in. I was made to feel like why does that matter.
This place is the best place to speak to experts. Kyle, Raydine and Christian are all great.Experts here actually want to help you and will only allow you to purchase what you need.My attendant was Moses and to me he is one of the best experts to come in to see, very well mannered and experienced in all devices .The only thing was the bad air conditioning.
This store is filled with experts on all sorts of technology. I come here for any issue especially to moses hes so helpful.

This metro location is easy to get to and has excellent customer service. Its busy here so there is a wait but totally worth it. The woman who helped us was knowledgeable on both plans and phones. We are very Happy with what we walked out with. Good customer service is hard to find but they deliver!
I wish I could give zero or negative star. The people here are not good, not friendly at all. They just want to get money out of your pocket. I went to buy phone there and they told me that I must pay for the insurance if I want the phone. What the hack ? after i buy the phone, its my choice weather I should buy insurance or not. they cannot force people to buy insurance. I said I just want to buy the phone, and they said no, we cannot sell the phone if you will not pay for insurance.Fine, I went to another store and bought the phone.the sales associate are very rude.I recommend everyone not to go there.
I went through 2 LG3 phones in 18 months. Actually I went through 5 or 6 lg phones in 2 1/2 years between my father and me. I replaced the original LG I had, I and seem to keep having to replace them after less than two years. The more recent event was when One died while vacationing in Florida. I found a Metro PCS and they replaced the phone at no expense to me. Now the phone died again and the rep said I must be too rough with the phone and said it was out of warranty. My father never leaves his house and his phone died too. They offered no resolution at all. I went to best buy and purchased an unlocked phone and returned to have it activated and they still charged me $16 dollar to activate it. Im not happy at all. Only reason Im still with them is my fathers new phone hasnt died yet, but when it does (and it will) Im done with metro.

This Metro PCS Store has extremely unethical and dishonest practices. The store continuously overpriced phones and fails to honor advertising. In addition this Metro PCS store encourages the payment of cellphone bills thru the outside MetroPCS ATM. This machine often keeps change and will then not produce a receipt. When people go inside to complain even showing photos and a confirmation number without having recovered the change due to them this Metro PCS Store will deny responsibility and give a 1-800 number to file a complaint. After calling you are placed on a waiting list that is over 30 minutes.The person on the other end says the machine is operating correctly and no cash is due to you.This has happened countless times. The store at this location refuses to take responsibility or refund the money. I believe this practice is a scam due to the amount of times it happens and warn everyone to stay away from this store on Old Country Road in Westbury. This store is extremely dishonest and I wouldn’t trust buying a phone from them chances are you will not get a New phone.

My metro on the cellphone didnt work and the machine outside the store didnt operate and additional store fees were still added after I explained to the employee everything.

The overall experience is great one thing to note is that I learned they go the extra mile to transfer information which is not something they really have to do for you, complaining customers make it hard for a clueless senior like myself to get any help if youre willing to wait theyll make anything possible

I honestly dont even know were to start with this store. One thing i can say is they are RUDE! This store is closer to me but I go out of my way to another store due to them being straight A*******, never do they understand when your trying to explain a problem always want to talk over you. Honestly they dont know what customer service is! Prefect example is just the other day i tried paying my bill outside in that little payable booth they have; only problem the machine doesnt give change! (ONLY WENT DUE TO IT BEING AN EMERGENCY) So i take myself inside and asked MAY I have change so i can pay my bill using the machine outside; this IDIOT said WE DONT GIVE CHANGE?! I honestly did a double take and said wait what? You dont want to give me change to put it in YOUR machine to pay my bill? WE DONT GIVE CHANGE...BUT YOUR WELCOME TO PAY INSIDE ONLY THING IS YOU WILL PAY $2 MORE . . .Why would i pay $2 more when i can easily do it myself for $2!? Commonsense do you not think!? Long story short. . .my little self walked out calling them STRAIGHT A******* . . .! Teach them the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE since they obviously never knew what it was! Good Day America!

These people will make you buy a warranty that Apple already includes. The iPhone already includes 1 year of limited warranty from Apple. But this store claimed that it only comes with 9 months and I have to buy 3 months from them first.When speaking to them on phone previously, they informed me there were no other fees other than taxes for their current promotion but as Ive said, they will try to make you spend money on a warranty. Buyer beware.
Needed to pick up a replacement phone after an unfortunate shatter. The line went quickly. The staff member who assisted me set up my phone quickly and offered me a few accessories compatible with my model.
Love my Metro plan, but this store policies are ridiculous. Needed a micro SIM card for new phone and at first they wouldnt sell me one — they had to install it. So they installed it but were going to charge me to activate the new phone. So I said forget it and had to call Metro 800 number to activate phone from home. Absurd policy.
One of the most horrible experiences Ive been through at any retail store, tons of misinformation, lots of important information needed to change carriers never mentioned. I was at their Westbury location today for 2 hours and spent 90 minutes their the previous Sunday, all Im trying to do is change my service from AT&T to them. The ineptitude is unfathomable. Then I met Ivan the manager, clueless to his job, tried to make everything my fault. Nice way to treat a new customer. Very unhappy to say the least and one of my lines is still not transferred as no-one told me I had to have AT&T unlock the phones!!!!
The best customer service. This is the only corporate store in Long Island. You need to make sure you come here and not an Authorized Dealer.
The salesman was pleasant and helpful. Its a large store with a variety of phones and accessories. They also offered discounts.
Ill pay bill w/o visiting this place always pushing to upgrade, asked for cell service and given a cell that didnt function correctly so I went to corporate and the problem corrected. I miss the old staff when place first opened they where kind and more knowledgeable and presented themselves well .
The CSR who provided me service was helpful and patient. The transaction was smooth and efficient. Thumbs up for Rhaseed.

Awful customer service. We got 4 lines, 2 for us 2 for my parents and the the representative Keith or Kyle transferred all of our ( my husband and I) pictures into my parents phones. He also didnt mention that we would be losing features we had become accustomed to when adding more phones to our plan. Such as Mobile Hot Spot and others. I will never deal with Metro PCS. Its why theyre so low priced... They stink and customer service is awful!
Personnel helpful and open. An error by one did leave me unable to afford the upgrade I sought, but the others worked to accommodate my needs.

I went there with an issue the representative did not have concern or respect for my issue seem like they got my money so Im the furthest thing from their mind I came there with a situation with a phone I cant even mirror it and I have the Stylo 3 and now thats the fourth phone on my line and I need it to do this purpose so I went back to the store as the 1-800 number told me to go back to and talk to them only thing they said to me was they couldnt help me after 6 months of having the phone I cant even use the phone it dont have that simple option on the phone and this is a very expensive phone the girl behind the counter told me they only have service they dont know anything about the phones to be able to educate the customers on which one to buy it unless the customer tell him what exactly what they looking for in the phone dont make no sense right when I told the people when I bought the phone thats the purpose I was going to use it for it they told me this is a very good phone and it will serve your purpose as of now only perfume the servant is for me to look for another provider terrible service the phone dont even work that good its okay but that service I really need it of being able to mirror it to a monitor so if you trying to do that do not buy phone from MetroPCS cuz you would not have that function on your phone so itd be a waste of your time and money like me Im definitely looking for another provider after today but they have an uncaring attitude when it comes to situations like this

Came in to upgrade a phone for my 82yr old father. He is not very phone or tech savvy and I know nothing about the company or its procedures. Rep had poor attitude, not knowledgeable about why certain policies are in place and cold and uninviting disposition.

I ask do you have a bathroom and the female cashier in there answers me all dry like NO Boston market does next door.
