The woman who was taking orders at the register today 4/13/2021 at around 3:45pm had a NASTY, HORRIBLE attitude as if she was having a bad day.I asked her what the largest cup size was and she kept repeating “CUP FOR WHAT CUP FOR WHAT” while making weird hand gestures. This made me feel very uncomfortable.I asked the question again and she said she didn’t have her glasses on ? I don’t get it..This was myFirst time walking into this Starbucks and I will NEVER walk into it again, I told her I didn’t want anything anymore :)

This is a commercial area, which mean heavy truck driving, cant believe it closes so early.

Love this store. Parking is a huge inconvenience. The employees are great. My few favorites Stephanie, Natalie and Amanda.... I always see them and they are funny. The music is always great. Makes me feel good. The labels on the cups are super nice after dealing with months of horror due to COVID19. Niasa always singing on the weekends which is great too. I have witness somethings here but they always show kindness even when faced with ignorance from the locals.

Takes too long on orders. 10 min on one drink. They dont announce your order or name loudly and when you stand and look directly at them theyll just look back and wont say a word. Garbage is always full and napkins not stocked. Nice and Spacious location but always slow even when its not busy.

This starbucks is amazing I go there everyday and the manager Stef is super nice. She always gives me a compliment and is always at her store. Like truly dedicated OMG. I sometimes notice the Pri also friendly but love talking to Matty and Jay. This store is my favorite. This town is very popular for rude and privileged behavior and I have witness them over come it with grace. These comments people leave here are so unnecessary.

Easy to see right off of Glen Cove Road servicing Westbury and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Small parking lot. Clean facilities. Public Restroom. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. Reasonably priced. We will most likely be going back.

Just went here to get some cold coffee drinks with my daughter and Im completely disappointed by the customer service at this location. The African American girl in the front table by entrance is rude and her attitude just melted out our frozen drinks. I know its Covid times but that shouldnt effect your politeness. She is very aggressive and when questions are asked she looks at you like really, you going to make me work and check what we have. If you want to retain your customers please use more polite and friendly people who are customer service focused. Im changing my location to the the Starbucks drive through in Mineola. At least they are giving you service with a smile even if its a 1 min interaction at the drive through window.

I went here this morning and the short Latin heavyset women at the cashier wasn’t nice at all she had a very bad attitude when I simply asked for a honey honestly was shocked by her horrible attitude she wasn’t in proper uniform had no apron or hat on she looked like she was having a bad day bug it’s 9 am so idk why she’s taking it out on customers really a bad look on the brand horrible experience.

Parking here can be difficult as there are not many spots and this location also doesnt have a drive through, which would have made a lot more sense since its at a busy intersection. I ordered drinks through the mobile app and I still waited about 10 minutes and it wasnt that busy. Seems there were only 2 employees working at the time. I have no complaints about the actual drinks, they were made as ordered. Seems the management oversight is lacking.

This location has gone down hill. It’s dirty, the trash can is overflowing. There is paper and coffee stirrers on the ground around the milk station. It’s not like it was busy, so one of the three young people working there could have been cleaning up and taking out the trash. We have been coming here for 15 years on our way out to Shelter Island, always looking forward to this stop cuz it was always festive during the holidays but now it is just depressing and neglected.

Super nice staff. Yes parking is tough, but not gonna drop a star for that. Deal with it. My drink was made fast, but was perfect. The staff smiled, welcomed me as I approached the counter, remained attentive through the ordering process, and made the visit a great experience. The counter area was clean. There wasnt any clutter or piled up mobile orders laying around, as I have seen in other Starbucks locations. This was one of the better Starbucks locations that I have visited, and I am a regular to Starbucks.

I have been here. Just like any bucks, lines will be waiting for you. Parking is horrible though. Associates are friendly but when theres a line dont expect conversation but I guess who really wants it so early in the morning rushing to gol to work. Drinks come out good and food is fresh for the most part.

Nothing less than the best can be expected from the generous Starbucks staff. This is a great place for grabbing some specialty coffee drinks, snacks, or just somewhere to find a quiet place to study or hangout with free Google WiFi. They even have wireless charging pads that are built into the tables and plenty of outlets to plug in your laptop or charge your devices. This particular Starbucks has a clean environment, but relatively small parking lot. Street parking isnt really available since their located on an intersection of Jericho and Glen Cove Road, so just be careful of your ride in this tight parking lot.

The baristas could be a little been friendlier and nicer. The decaf coffee was not hot, just warm. Not 5 stars but not horrible either.

Small for a stand-alone Starbucks, and dont even think about trying to park in the debacle of a parking lot unless youre very patient or very skilled and in a pretty maneuverable car.However, the staff is particularly friendly, even for Starbucks, and the restricted number of customers (because of the terrible parking) makes this a less hectic location then those with generous and more accessible parking.

My absolute favorite! Very friendly staff that has taken care of my dad who comes here multiple times a day. Parking can get a little iffy, but if you mobile order it helps. They have fairly fast service and good places to sit inside.

Great service, but theres no parking. People tend to lounge around this place for long periods of time. It causes people to park where they shouldnt which causes a dangerous situation.

First time when we went there we had such a great experience so we went again and a African American lady so rude and I feel like I owe her millions of dollars and never paid her back such an attitude. Wow. I will not go back.

This is my favorite Starbucks anywhere. This morning it did not open until 745. I had to send someone to get my breakfast and lunch rather rhan pucking it up on my way into work. Very inconvenient. I know something must have happened though.

This is one of the better locations of the brand. Service is always friendly and quick. Coffee is always fresh!

The manager in that Starbucks is so rude she threw my card and was so unprofessional also gave me such a bad attitude Idkk how she made it as a manger but the way she spoke to me and other customers is nasty I couldn’t get get her name but she had blonde hair a bad makeup.

I just went in to get my latte. I asked for extra caramel and barista Terressa didn’t even acknowledge me. Figured maybe she was having an off day, it happens. So I told the barista that was making my drink for extra caramel, her name was Miranda and she looked at me and rolled her eyes. Wow. Won’t be coming back to this location. Drink was amazing tho

Poor customer service....rude staff... I have complained to manager and district manager...behaviors do not change...I will go elsewhere after tonight. I had to use the restroom upon arriving and I couldnt close the bathroom door. They had it wide open and it would not close. I went to the front and asked a young lady to please help me close the door and she replied just take it off the latch at the bottom, I was just going to clean in there I asked her to help me and she reluctanlty followed me to the restroom. She bent over and unhooked a dirty metal latch at the bottom of the bathroom door. Was the customer supposed to touch that????? I asked her that question and told her not every customer can bend over .( I need not disclose by disability to this less than professional employee) She said yes and then sucked her teeth and mumbled something under her breath. These young adults here need sensitivity training......I will be sure to call corporate Monday morning.All this when I just came in for some peach tea ( which they didnt have again) maybe management can do inventory more often as this is the 3rd time this happened.
