I like the store but not the parking. It always so busy outside. I ordered something online to pick up. The guard was able to direct me where to go. I picked up my package with no problem.

Costco is relatively the same, no matter where you go but they definitely cater to their local consumers. It was very interesting to see the stocked items for the specific cultures in this area. Overall, its consistent and the quality is great.

I’ve been shopping at Costco for almost 15years now. I enjoy Costco. The pricing is phenomenal. Parking is ample (and they leave enough space between spots so your car doesn’t get hit by your neighbor’s car door). The lines can get long, but they move. The customer service has always been great. Some of the managers also roll up their sleeves to help.I get the Executive membership. It literally pays for itself (I actually get back more money than the cost of the membership). You’re allowed two members per card. So if you aren’t a large shopper, consider splitting the cost between two people and seeing if you get a big enough refund check to cover the cost of the membership. If you don’t get a large refund, Costco will refund you the extra difference in membership cost between what you paid for executive (minus the rebate you received) and the basic membership cost. I say it’s well worth a try (if you can afford it because the executive cost is steep). Best luck!

Theres always crowds on the weekends, but we were able to navigate through, find some good deals, and the checkout line moved quickly.The stock is always changing, so you might not always find what you want.

Dont worry about the line outside to enter the store.. they limit the number of shoppers which makes the warehouse and registers empty and your shopping trip as fast as you can find your items.Volume has decreased significantly over the past few months but avoid on the weekends. Weekday shopping trips are quick. Picked up supplies for a major chili cookout,, enjoy pics.

It is a bi-weekly pilgrimage for us. The prices are unbeatable. The products for the most part are vetted for quality and value. Their coupon system are more advanced and friendly than the competition. You get instant savings without clipping and selecting them beforehand. How easy is that? Almost all sales items are well-stocked and displayed prominently. No disappointment or wasting time going on a hunt for the item tucked in an obscure lower shelf. The workers are generally pleasant and congenial, evidence of their superior pay and benefits. It is a pilgrimage that is enjoyable, knowing youre getting your moneys worth.

Very good experience yesterday. Normally, I cant find any help with the items I cant find. Yesterday, met a worker who know exactly where the three items I needed were. He was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. The cashier was fast and great, as well

Really big one . Lots of space. Huge parking lot. Maintain social distance. Product display organized each and everything. Lot of product in store. Lots of selection. Not too much crazy place. Everyone pass happy time with there shopping . Price always not too high. Restroom available, and its really clean and fresh. They have lots of promotion with each and every product . There fruits really good price and very fresh. I am really happy to go there and buy lots of thing. There membership plan also on and now if you took membership they give you one case water free . 👌

Went in for a few items. Have to put imaginary blinders on as to avoid looking at so many items & buying unnecessary things.MOST ANNOYING is trying to find a handicapped parking spot. If you dont mind waiting or looking down the isles for a handicapped spot. I prefer waiting on the side of the building where there are 12? Handicapped parking spots.

Worse service ever. I been shopping at Costco for the past two decades. Never been humiliated but this is worst tire service customer service ever. Be aware about there warranty, they can easily wash there hand from Warranty. I spoken to several people but supervisor Carlos was the worst with horrible attitude. I would recommend using different location then Westbury. Also bios.

This place most be the busiest Costco in the country. I always dread having to go here because it is always packed and parking is a nightmare however I must say they do a good job of keeping things stocked and moving people through the lines

I mean its the best grocery wholesaler around. You cant beat the pricing and its always stocked. Even when its packed, Im out of there in less than 30 minutes.

This store needs to either move, or acquire additional resources. The staff are fine, it’s just too crowded no matter when you go, and there’s never enough staff to check everyone out quickly.During peak times expect to spend at at least 10-20 minutes navigating the parking lot in and out, struggling to find a spot and then walking 5 minutes to the store. Then another 10+ minutes waiting in massive lines. It’s just not pleasant.I love Costco but avoid this location and go further East. It’s worth the trip.

No water to wash hands with in the men’s bathroom and no ketchup for the hot dogs. Not impressed

Super fast delivery..employees at receiving are professional and hard workers ..one of best Costco delivery experience..best route take exit 39 from I 495 go right glen cove rd and go straight turn left at old country rd and 2 miles Costco on your right( b4 old co rd at one light it looks like no truck sign and low bridge but that sign only if you go parkway you just stay straight and turn left at old country rd)/... docks are at transverse rd behind Costco ..right at zeckenderorf left at transverse and you can park at that street ..if you miss first st then after you pass Costco then right at Fortunoff way then left at transverse..

Place is alright, many items available in these huge stocks. The wait time is tremendous although during the weekends. And customer service may not the best. But overall, if your looking for great items, I’ll recommend Costco.

Its Costco. If youve been there, you know what to expect. This is the highest volume Costco in the country. Go early or late evening to avoid crowds.

Great service. Be ready for substantial lines around the building. Lines move fairly quick. If you come first thing in the morning or close to closing time lines are smaller.

Love the people who work here...lots of everything you need and usually well stocked. This is probably one of the busiest Costcos around. There was a huge line to check out but it was very orderly and moved quickly. Costco has the logistics down.

Store is very clean! I like this Costco but it can get very congested on the weekends! Especially the parking lot that is shared with other stores like Total Wine crazy..... packed on the holidays! I tend to shop there during mid week. I love there vegetables! Eggs and many other products that my family like .Prices $$ are good but you need to always compare your items ? The store has just added self check out which creates a slight congestion for check out not BAD but ? I suggest management to have a hand🔫 scanner for its MEMBERS TO SCAN THERE ITEMES! at the self check out PLEASE .Regardless I recommend this place 👌 to others .

Spacious and nice location. Staff is well organized and welcoming. Checkout seemed fast at this location as compared to other coctcos Ive been to which is always nice. In terms of selection, I was able to find everything I was looking for. Parking lot was great as well. Highly recommended

Costco is the worst when it comes to check out. They have a self checkout lane and yet there’s someone always there forcing you to let them scan. What’s the point of self checkout especially with COVID being a risk and they having contact with you.

Aside from Costco.com which you get membership to as well as the warehouses, and I love their furniture, this review is for the Costco warehouses. Excellent cuts of meat, rotisserie chicken so cheap they lose money on it, great prices on household staples. Costco also sells tvs, jewelry, cleaning items, etc. Many days there are people in the aisles with samples of food. There are 2 places I think Costco loses a star. Fruits and vegetables. With meats and dry goods you can use some and store some, frozen or shelf stable. Vegetables and fruit cant always last. I dont always want 10 pounds of apples... Actually, I never want 10 pounds. Some of the choices are packaged too large for a normal family. The other warehouses do the same thing as Im a member of bjs as well. I still wind up going to a fruit stand or supermarket to get the produce I need. The other negative is the aisles are not marked. Unless youre familiar with the store, good luck finding things as you will walk down every aisle. This is extremely frustrating when its busy. Every other store labels their aisles, but not Costco. As I live in ny, Ive found that no matter the Costco, the wait to check out is longer than your shopping time. If youre loading up, Costco is great. If youre getting 1 or 2 things, skip this place.Also, their rotisserie chicken is better than any other Ive had, cooked perfectly and moist.

Throughout the Pandemic, Costco was an essential once every two weeks trip. They managed the crowds, lines and distancing so well that it was always clear to me how much time it would take to do the grocery run. Items out of stock were listed outside the entryway and limits were placed on popular items. It has become an essential part of how our large family lives.

Its Fathers day weekend so its packed but even with it being so busy the place was still super clean and organized. Got everything I needed for the BBQ and a few items for my daughter Win Win

This was was my first time at this Costco. We went on a weekend and it was very crowded. The parking lot is a challenge to find parking. There are many other stores in the area so that’s why it might be better to visit on a weekday if you can. Not sure if it will make a big difference though.They carry a nice variety of organic which is my preference.They have a liquor store next though and then a huge liquor store a few doors down. I will visit again.

They had an expediter at the returns counter line yesterday. Was very fast. They have Adidas sports t shirts for $15. Picked 1 up yesterday.

Best assortment of food and goods of any Costco I know of. Probably the busiest store they have. Lots of ethnic foods. This place is packed. The checkout line are shorter and move a lot quicker since they put in the self checkout lanes.

Costco is a good store for pretty much everything. You have clothing, food, TVs, laptops, books, furniture, and even jewelry. I also love the fact that they give out food samples.I always get more for my money than I would at other stores. Im not saying that other stores are bad, just that there are particular items that can be bought at Costco in larger quantities for less money.There is also a large food stand at Costco where they offer hotdogs, pizzas, and churros all for very low prices (hotdogs and churros are $1.49) and refillable drinks for 69 cents.I would say that the only thing that Costco is missing is someone to ride home with you and help you unload everything that you bought.

Costco food court services is becoming very poor. I don’t blame the cashier because there are not enough cashiers at the counter.One person doing everything taking order and preparing, order. Long line in front of the cashier and she was working non stop. Very important it was weekend.

If you are looking for wholesale then Costco is the place price are incredible in most items chicken are but little Pricey and if you love cooking steak you can get the whole meat and slice it yourself is a+ saving. Regarding the membership I don’t mind because you get money back.

Great shopping experience at Costco in Westbury. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive from Queens even though there is one right here!

They normally scan one item twice and forget to scan another which means you could end up paying more than you should for an item you didnt buy. It happens quite often but I dont realize until Im home and I look at the receipt.Today, I checked the receipt before leaving and wanted a refund for the item they scanned twice as it costed more than the item in my cart they didnt scan. They issued the refund and charged me for the item that wasnt scanned which is fine and I was appreciative.However, Gary, one of the cashiers was laughing with another co-worker at what seemed to be the idea of me returning only one item. Even if the difference is only $5, that $5 could be the difference between someone getting home every day or not being able to pay for transportation and the indifference of the workers was striking.I normally have no problems with this store but it could prove useful in teaching its workers basic customer service skills and etiquette.

This place gets busy on the weekends but the staff is very efficient and friendly. Tire center is often overbooked so make an appointment before you go or prepare to wait.

I’m not gonna lie I love this Costco. Everything is well stocked, and even though it is busy, the floor workers don’t nearly run you down like they do in other places. My one issue today was with a person who helps the cashier. Usually I would say something myself but I didn’t want to cause a scene . This is a quiet neighborhood so... the lady named sherry was making rude comments under her breath and standing there smiling at me in a sly fashion as the lady was scanning the items. She did not pick up ONE ITEM and put it in the cart. Not only that she stood by my cart so that I had no choice but to stay on my side of the partition to maintain six feet. She was like “I ain’t doin that” so get another job lazy beoosh.

This place is a shopping phenomenon. Great assortment of items for the avid shopper. Cotsco is a great place to shop for all your household needs at the very best prices. Its a members only wholesale shop too. Great parking available though it gets crowded during busy days. I love it!

Good selection. Management/corporate must have 1 brain cell to create a self-checkout area but 1) have no limit to the items allowed, and 2) have no separate line for it. Place is a zoo to checkout. Morons taking forever in self-checkout with a cart full. Avoid like plague.

I regret not buying Costco shares when it was $40.00, this business never dies, packed, who can compete with Costco? No one. Sunday before labor day, I could not go through with my cart, but still checkout was pretty fast. I give 100 to this firm.

Pictures came out very dark,waste of money. I went to cvs after to print them again and they came out perfectly, nice and bright. Even did one print on my own hp printer and it came out nicer. Not sure how they set up the brightness at Costco and not even trying to explain themselves when they give you the pictures when they are completely dark. They always blame the pictures. And I printed out about 20 pictures!! All dark

Costco is a wonderful place to shop for household items. They have an excellent return policy. This location can be very crowded and cashier lines can very long. On the weekends, you have to find parking quite a distance away from the store.

It always has the thing I need and is easy to find and amazing prices.

Overcrowded location. Unfortunately, this is the nearest one for me. Avoid going there during Weekend, checkout line is crazy. I went to the Costco at Lawrence and Oceanside on weekends, its not crowded like the one in Westbury.

Monster size store, purchased what I wanted there . Checkout was busy but quick and professional . Staff, when asked a question, was glad to be of service .

Long, long lines, both to get in and to check out. Prices are sometimes better than other stores, but for food BJs is cheaper (and far more accessible, too). Pretty much stopped going to Costco: whatever savings I might get are outweighed by the long wait.

Almost all of the items being sold at Costco have been filtered and sifted through to ensure that the customer gets the best item in that category at a pretty great price. I have yet to be disappointed by a selection I have made while trusting the selection they have on sale.that being said most stores I have visited have been busy to the point of waiting in a line that goes out the door. and it gets equally crowded at the register.the benefits still outweigh the downsides.

Way to busy on a Saturday. Parking lot jammed. I make the trip to Oceanside. A much better experience and they have a service station too. Oddly their auto centers sell batteries but dont install. Go figure!

Have been a faithful customer of this location since they opened which is quite a long time however over the last few years Ive grown weary the parking lot is always a horrific experience, small crowded spaces .In the last few years frankly the lines have just gotten so long to even get in the building- however good news is they have opened a new Costco in oceanside that is delightful ! spacious parking, clean neat warehouse with everything available like Westbury and even better- a great priced gas station definitely worth the detour to a different part of the island. No stress No damage to your Car plus Gas. Wow !!
