I came the store for simple price adjustment and the store manager told me it was not possible, didnt even want to try to help. I went to different location, and store associates were happy to help and did the adjustment according to the store policy. So, its whether this store location people are rude and disrespectful Or need extensive training.

In and out for a online order pick up. So so easy and their parking lot is huge plus its pretty much theirs meaning they dont share it with 5 other stores. Order online for a in store pickup, you wont be disappointed.

The store has a lot to offer. However, I might have purchased more items if it werent for a sales associate who decided to follow me around the store as I checked out pillows and sheets pestering me about which item I wanted. She barely gave me time to think. That spoiled the shopping experience for me.

Just made a complicated return and Sadie was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond to help me. Great customer service.

This is one of the if not the best stocked Bed Bath & Beyond in Long Island that I’ve been to and I’ve been to a few of them by now. The manager was really helpful as we were looking at options for cookware sets and landed in Avalon and having a good time with it so far. Tons of stock and even a snack section which is nice to fill all of the household thing you would’ve probably just gotten. Store was clean and the bathroom was clean and taken care of as well, glad recommend this location for someone looking not to miss out on any deals or items.

Anytime I go theres a great selection and the workers are so easy to find when you have a question and so fast to help!

I had an excellent customer service experience with an employee named Junior. I came in to return an item, but was unable to locate my digital receipt. Junior was able to immediately resolve the issue by looking up my email and proceeding with the return. Junior was friendly and very delightful to speak with. He was very prompt with his service and resolved my issue with great skill and clarity. It was a pleasure visiting this store. Junior made my experience a wonderful one.

This entire store us awesome I heard about it and saw the coupons laying around. Finally went in no coupons of course, and found the wedge pillow I needed going back today for lawn chairs. I seldom return things to stores but the return policy of 1 year is unbelievable

Great selection of home goods and lots of unique and upscale kitchen ware. I picked up four of the B. Smith collection wooden salad bowls which you can only find at BB&B. I like the fact that they offer a selection of bathroom shower curtains and matching accessories that you can’t find everywhere.

Westbury Long Island New York bed bath and beyond manager Renee was horrible in assisting a return. She was nasty and rude with a mistake. She insisted that I did not buy the item on my credit card but she was putting the wrong item in her computer. She was telling me to call the manufacturer instead of looking down at the product that I was returning and putting the correct numbers into her computer. After she found her mistake she turned her back and still did not even apologize. Horrible service I am old school when you make a mistake it is what it is you own up to it and apologize like a human being. Absolutely horrible service hopefully somebody from above will teach her and put her in the right path to customer service.

This BB&B is a super store. You not only find items for the home, but you can get toiletries there as well. Store is well lit, clean and merchandise properly displayed. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Whenever I go in for 1 item, I end up getting a few....

It is sad to see that the selection here is less than before. I got what I needed and there was still a line to a lovely cashier but clearly it isnt what it was.

Never had such a bad delivery and customer service experience in my life. It is 2020 and you can’t update your online ordering or online customer service then we can’t feel sad when Amazon takes over from all this businesses big or small.

The store appears to be emptying out of stock, almost looks like its going out of business. Did not have what I was looking for. More selection online as the store was half empty.

Good store always have a nice high quality products however selection on this particular day was very limited we went for a iron board cover and they did not have it, I probably will go back to the store have nothing against the store but selection seems to be limited as most people are preferring to go online for their products and big stores are taking a hit because of this

I wanted to get a single item from this location, I had the name and the picture of it on my phone. Circled the store once then came across a woman in a green shirt named Michelle that worked there and asked her “where can I find this” while showing her my phone, completely ignored me, walked passed me while being inches away from my phone, got on a latter to put product away and said said “I can’t see, ask her” with no regard or effort whatsoever like I was causing her problem. The kind lady that she was working beside helped me with the location and another kind lady in the area helped me with the item. The checking out process was also pleasant but one person had to be rude to me and ruined my experience today, I sure hope it wasn’t cause I’m black.I will try and find another person to speak to now that I know her name. Would’ve been a five star 🤷🏾‍♀️

I placed a pick-up order for a very hard to get item when it was finally back in stock and it is very expensive. I paid the money and reserved the item only to get an email 20 minutes later telling me that my order was CANCELLED. I am very upset and mad because this item is out of stock everywhere and I thought I had finally found it here. I didnt even get an explanation of why it was cancelled in the email.

Very nice line moved fast

We had a great experience. Looked around for what we wanted but couldnt find it. When we asked for help a staff member told us that she was unfamiliar with what we were looking for but she went and found a staff member who was. What great service. They have so much - one of their better stores in the area. Parking was readily available and were handicapped spots.

Terrible service. Jonathan a sales associate and the older male manager are two of the most disrespectful, dismissive and argumentative people who Im positve misrepresents the mantra this company strives to mainatin. I refuse to return to this place.I was there to buy a plunger and above the products were two signs advertising a reduced price, so I picked up the product and after waiting 10 mins on a short line, I was told the product was mislabeled. I asked to speak to a mgr and was told to go to wait on another line at the customer service desk. After recounting the ordeal, both men loudly and repeatedly berated me for asking them to honor the price. After the mgr repeatedly said no, I told him I intended to escalate my concerns yo his managers, so he relented, then mumbled derogatory comments under his breath as he walked away.It was appallingly, horrific service from these two men. Shame on Bed Bath and Beyond for unleashing these unprofessional men onto unsuspecting customers.

They have a World Market (gourmet and unique food items), and a Harmon Cosmetics, hidden inside this Bed Bath and Beyond! Nice people working there. They even have Soda Stream flavors in stock! Diet Root Beer and Diet Orange, are our favs. Bring your coupons or get the app. Great for all natural health and beauty products. Housewares, cookware, gadgets, and linens, are great too. But that area could use an update, to include more items not made in Communist China.

This location screams going Out Of Business, its so dreary inside. Invest in some proper brighter, less depressing lightning.

I found what I was looking for. A bit pricey but worth it.
