Honestly first time being here was amazing. Ive had some time tasting different types of wines with my parents and the experience is different when buying wine. There is literally tons to choose from. I had two great interactions with employees that work here. One helped me find a wine that I was looking for since I wasnt quite sure where to start. Another let me taste a sample of his choice of red wine which will be the ones Ill post with pictures. Fruity and flavorful indeed. I even decided to buy the Mina Mesa. Furthermore great first time experience being here.

The Total Wine Spirits & More on Old Country Road in Westbury New York is a really great store well laid out. I was Surprised of all the choices of Wines White, Reds, different Spirits I could spend all day checking the isles. The staff was helpful Knowledgeable. I Originally was going to Walmart, which i shopped for several items. I returned to the Total Wine Spirits spent about 45 minutes browsing, there are many price points for your wallet. It is a 19 mile trip from my home in Queens New York, but i will go to this store when in am in the area or need something special for the Holidays of Family occasions.

Toys R Us for adults... I can get lost in here for hours. Best price on all selections.. if buying bulk ask for additional discount from manager. Have full selection on everything... I mean everything. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Has separate section for wine and cigars. Ample parking and Drive up. Must order night before to avoid charge for Drive up. Once you shop here, you will know what I mean.

Friendly staff and of course a wide wide variety of options. I wish the Aisle sizes are wider to roll the carts without bumping into each other. Very good prices. I always go here to refill my stock.

Total wines has optional online orders or in store shopping. Aisles are somewhat tight but selection is excellent. Registers are operated enough that lines are minimal and move quickly. At times there are people giving out samples. Staff is knowledgeable. Parking is ample and shares the lot with Costco. I drive by 20 liquor stores to get to this one.

This place is unbelievable! In a good way. Crazy amounts of any kind of wines or liquor. The employees are very professional, and will help you find exactly what you are looking for. This place will and probably should put local liquor stores out of business. All I can say is I would LOVE to invest in this business.

This store is amazing on both sides. The hard liquor section is huge. Theres wine from every part of the world. The beer section has a ton of beers from every part of the world 🌍. The have cheese boards for sale. They have an amazing boars head section with a huge array of boars head products. Very impressive. The entire store was clean and very organized. The employees are very helpful and professional.

Its like Ikea meets Costco for alcohol - You will not find better prices and selection anywhere else! I shop for wine here all the time. Some of their prices they dont even make a profit on, they sell for the same price they get it for because of all the volume they handle. Highly recommend. This place was a Total let down. Drove 30min to get there. The customer service experience was awful. Staff were rude and not helpful, including the store manager who could not explain why there was a limit on a specific size and brand of alcohol. He indicated it was a store policy and when asked why it was not on their website had no response. No clear indication that certain bottles not on the shelf had to be requested at the counter. Many of the brands we asked they didnt have which I was surprised given the size of the store.I ending up going to Westbury Liquors a few stores down and found the alcohol I needed at the same price with no quantity limits. The customer service experience was excellent!This is my new spot!

This is easily the best-curated store Ive ever been to for people who enjoy alcohol. The thoughtfulness and placement and selection is unmatched. Prices are good to very good. Staff is knowledgeable but not pushy.Only thing Id change is discovering it sooner.

I feel for the employees of this store. The dynamic between management and the employees below them is terrible. The employees are constantly belittled and disrespected. While the store itself is beautiful, it is the management that really needs some evaluation and work. Management does not protect its employees and I witnessed a rude customer get into with a cashier. The manager just looked the other way and only cared about the sale being made. I have been coming here for a long time, but now you have lost my business, and I will spread the word.

The store is amazing. The selection of beer and liquor is huge. The prices are pretty good. The only issue was some of the employees were very cold and unfriendly. The parking lot is nuts. I would not go back on a weekend due to parking.

Why total wine ? Well, because the variety of inventory and the appropriate prices. Only here, I can find my favorite nebbiolo wines, so I come here once a month and restock my stash.The service is great and the people working here are very helpful.They are running a promotion of 6 bottles and you get on average 10%-15% discount on the bill.It is total-ly worth the drive to LI :)

Taste testing areas of wine and other alcohols (vodka, gin, etc.) Try before you buy Covid protocols followed in taste test areas as distributors wore masks and provided disposable cups. Many staff available in aisles for assistance, if needed.

Prices reasonable. Order delivered curbside. Was poorly packed with missing item. Individual delivering items left the scene stating he would get the manager but he never did. Had to go inside personally after a long wait and look for the manager to review and complete order.

Used the app to place order. The next day an hour before scheduled pickup I get a message that 40% of the order was not available, with no option to substitute. Go to pickup and all designated spots are full. Park and wall in to pickup order, which totally confused one customer service person. Another manager was too busy doing something on his phone to care about anything. In the end finally got my order, less the not available items. But I guess this is what happens when you shop at big box stores - more reasons to shop small businesses.If its in stock in the app, and an hour before pick up its not, then what is the point of using the app?

This is the most impressive liquor store Ive ever seen. Think of Cosco, but for booze! Beautifully organized, with every choice you can imagine. We found a specific vodka that weve been looking for for years.

Total Wine Spirits is simply the best liquor store I have ever been to. There is an excellent selection of any type of spirit and always in stock. I was recently in to shop for rum, tequila and single malt scotch. There is always ample staff to ask for help and or suggestions and they are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I also love the area in the rear where you can try a spirit prior to purchasing!

Great prices for all budget and they have an expansive inventory of all domestic and international brands of wine and hard liquor. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Needless to say all health protocols are being adhered to.

Easily one of my favorite places to buy alcohol in the tri-state area. The selection is really high quality, with tons of sizes available, and to my experience the stock has always been well maintained, and the staff is usually pretty knowledgeable about where everything is, and what items are in stock or not. My one complaint would have to be the parking lot, but given that its right next to a Costco in a Walmart, you have to expect some weird things going on there anyway! Nonetheless, once you park, the experience is really Top Class! Highly recommended, especially for purchasing large amounts for parties or Gatherings, or just for finding your next favorite drink to watch Netflix with!

Ok, so this place is overwhelming, in a good sense. Not a wine connoisseur but I never knew this many wines existed. How will I ever try them all in one lifetime? The staff was very helpful in suggesting some wines. As big as it was, there was no wait in line to checkout.

As other reviewers have mentioned, Total Wine Spirits & More really does have everything alcohol and beyond. The place reminds me of BevMo found in California. Due to some obscure New York laws, the store is actually split into 2: right side = wines and liquors and left side = beers and mixers (a.k.a. New York Marketplace & Brewery District). That means you will have to check out twice if you want both beers and wines. The selection is outrageous at this store and given that its almost the holiday season, they are extra stocked with rare items and special holiday editions. The best part of all, their prices are very reasonable. Unlike some of the smaller liquor stores, youre not going to get a crazy 30% markup on rare and special items at Total Wine. Come visit this place, youll definitely return home happy with a bottle or two... or a case or more...

If they don’t have it, it doesn’t exist. MASSIVE selection of beer. Prices are fantastic as well. They carry brews from all around the country and all around the world. They also have a walk in humidor with a wide selection of cigars. Don’t forget to stock up on the snacks while you’re here too. This place has everything you’ll need if you plan on throwing a party. The liquor and wine side of the store is amazing too. They offer tastings for many of the wines. Though I’m a beer fan so my review is obviously more partial to that side of the store.

This is the cheapest store youll ever find in Long Island and please dont mistake this for the liquor store next to Costco which is not even owned by Costco. I was hesitant because I really like my favorite one. Well, Bill was right! His suggested wine is truly delicious and exactly the type of wine I enjoy! Its great to shop where the staff is fully aware of the customers tastes and can match to a great tasting wine. And...he stayed in my price range!!

Wine tasting is offered at this location, huge variety of wines, at the door it said minors ok with an adult, my son is 17 and at the register we were told we could get arrested for letting him in with us and was told to leave him outside next time, maybe I misunderstood the sign at the door but It did felt threatened and tried to brush it off since everyone else in the store was so helpful and polite and never mentioned anything about his age, he was with us the whole time.

Like a kid in a candy store! Theres little they dont have and if they dont have theyll get it usually at the best prices available example this Jeffersons Ocean, Aged at Sea(highly recommended bourbon)$89 elsewhere is $59 everyday here! This football field of booze has an entire double row of just different bourbons and the same for vodka and tequila not to mention the rows upon rows of vino! This joint is highly worth a little ride, however I combine it with a Costco trip in the Hellcat! 😼

HUGE liquor store. Friendly staff, tastings, and a lot to choose from. An insane amount of minis (lets you try different brands for only a dollar or two). Ive walked past this store for years and not gone in - I was missing out. Prices from $5.99 - $3,000. Vodka for $6 a liter (if you need something cheap for mixing). Gotta visit.

There are so many liquor stores around I dont drink alchohol but I buy wines for baking but I must say Total Wines is exceptional you name it they have an a great rate there prices are unbeatable I needed wine for someone I went there the workers/servers are great tell them what you need and they are willing to tell you names of excellent wine and more let this place.
