Pretty good but you have to double check them. Check stock and availability on items before you order, this is hard to do since website doesnt list item back order or special order item status. Website needs an update. Made the mistake of ordering a CNC cabinet from them, they failed to notify it was on back order. I found out the hard way. Everything else but the Cabinet to secure thousands in tooling and related equipment arrived. This is when they chose to tell me about my back orders status. I worked at a furniture co for 8 years.We notified customers of back order status as a courtesy before pushing orders through...Lost more than a month of shop setup time and training over this. Six weeks lost when it finally arrived it was the wrong item and damaged. Now Im under the 8 ball. They selected Roadway as a shipping outfit, another mistake. First shipment was lost, second shipment was shipped when it should have arrived, then Roadway then passes off the delivery to a local delivery team that refuses to commit to delivery dates and has missed two more ship dates. I guess they are good if youre buying anything but a CNC cabient and are willing to pickup the items yourself, because scheduling deliveries and respecting deadlines is not their forte, not by a long shot.
