*Note: After rev-visiting this establishment to receive closure, I actually spoke to the real owner, and he is quite pleasant and understanding, as I would expect from an owner of a company for over 25 years. It is the understanding that the gentleman claiming to be the owner will be spoken with, which is closure enough for myself.First of all, I only chose to visit this station because on one of the coldest days of the year, the gas station nearest my home was closed.Secondly, I entered my card into the machine as I always do. The machine allowed my gas to be pumped after I hit the debit card option. The owner came out yelling for me to come inside because I needed to pay. I was happy to do so. Upon entering, the owner continued to scream at me. He tried my debit card at least three times while consistently yelling at me. He screamed that my card failed. Therefore, I went to the ATM and took out $40.oo instantly and paid the man.Meanwhile, he continued to yell and threw my change back at me. I asked for the name of the owner, and he stated that he was the owner, but refused to give me his name. I informed him that I would be recording this on the website and on yelp.I asked the owner to stop yelling at me at least half a dozen times, and he continued. I left, and he continued to follow me outside and scream at me while I was in my car!This was a frightening, infuriating situation. I am not a teenager, but, a middle aged woman that did nothing wrong, and continued to follow all directions that he asked, to come in and pay, go to the ATM, and pay for my gas. This was a horrendous situation.

Neither of their two air pumps work and they also don’t have signs on them either. Worst customer service (middle aged Indian male) I’ve experienced in years and the least caring responses.Will never ever ever ever go this terribly ran gas station thanks to the worst customer service in the world and least helpful attitude. This has also tarnished my opinion of the Shell corporation as well and will not use Shell again!

I would highly recommend not buying fuel from this gas station. I filled my truck with 10 gallons of diesel here and it was contaminated with lots of water! I got about 4 blocks away before my truck died, I had to have it towed away, pay to have the fuel drained, new filters and so on. Even worse I went back to this gas station to talk to the owner about his contaminated fuel and he told me we dont put any water in our fuel and there is nothing we can do for you. Unbelievable! Ive been emailing with shell corporate to see if they will pay for the over $1,600 in damages to my truck. So bottom line, get your fuel elsewhere. The owner of this place is shady and probably knew he had a problem and kept selling diesel anyways. After asking around Im not the only one to have this problem here!
