I went in today to buy quite a few items as I’m currently expecting and had to work a long shift. When I arrive to work I open some items and realize EVERYTHING I bought was expired!. I immediately called and asked for a manager and he was great. Unfortunately when I got there a older white lady with glasses was extremely rude. I was really uncomfortable as if it seemed like she was blaming me. I could’ve gotten sick and It could’ve been alot worse. I did get a refund.

The rudest businesses Ive ever visited!! The cashier Askon doesnt have any people skills. Learn to acknowledge customers. Please dont patronized this gas station!!

Restroom closed due to covid 19. Well how come that you don’t close the store due to covid 19? There is more chance to get infected by buying in store than doing my business in restroom. Some people just abusing situation.

Worse service ever. Had to call the police on them because the older lady cashier tried to lie about how much money I gave her for gas. Westchester Police came and the lady cashier still lied and the older guy cashier then tried to put his lie in and say I never gave any money altogether. The officer looked at the tape and saw they both were lying. They still didnt want to admit the truth after all the hassle they put me through

This was by far the RUDEST experience I have ever had at a gas station! I stopped off to use the restroom and get gas and was accused of stealing toilet paper when told the woman they were out. Then, I tried telling the woman about her customer service and the manager was 100xs worse. I was cordial and he immediately began to raise his voice and told me “If I didn’t like the service to find a different gas station and don’t come back” What a self absorbed person! I will NEVER go back to that establishment. The Shell around the corner was very friendly and helpful.

A few weeks ago I pulled off 290 to grab a drink and the employee, who didnt acknowledge me, finished his stocking duties prior to checking me out. I forgave that one but last night same, pulled off 290 to grab a drink, and found a hand written sign on the door Closed for 15 mins with the employee inside mopping the floors. Sorry BP, looks like I will find another spot to gas up and get a drink.

Pump displays are mostly defective and some pumps not even working. Its been deteriorating week by week. Shows a horrible ownership. Closest one to my house I do not utilize. Disgrace to Westchester.

The customer service sucks and the pump filter are always dirty which means you can take one hour to fill a 5 gallon container I would give it 0 stars
