This Honey Dew Donuts location always is fast, accurate with orders, and has the MOST FRIENDLY staff. The coffee, cinnamon sticks, (my favorite), and other food and beverages, are always delicious! The app is really good too, and is generous in the discounts to keep you coming back for more, (as if you need more reasons, lol)! Thanks for doing such an amazing job!

Honey Dew donuts beats the other competitor hands down. The coffee is delicious. The bagels are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The steak and egg sandwich was out of this world! I also love that they use kraft paper for their packaging. Lastly, incredible customer service. Oh, I almost forgot...I had the lemon filled donut and was delighted at the fluffiness of the donut. It was not overly sweet. Grab one today.

The girls are all over worked! And sometimes get put into positions that they are not.. like management for example... Or not feeling well... And show up and try then get fired for it which is pretty messed up and low... And I can be petty too So pray for the girls still there!

I love this location! My coffee is always made correctly, the staff are professional, clean, and friendly. They always have some opportunity to win a gift card, not to mention the free samples! Best coffee in town!! The owner/manager is AWESOME he is making coffees, cleaning windows and mopping! Doing whatever he can to help his staff, what a great manager no wonder the location is so great!

Always ask for bagels very dark. Very rarely get them that way. And its too bad because honey dew bagels are hands down better than dunkin, but dunkin will make them the way we ask every time. The westerly honey dew is much better than the apponaug store. Apponaug has no bathrooms either.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the service is exceptional...sometimez its just bizarre. That said, 95% of the time they get my order completely correct. And they have dog bones for my golden who luvs going for a ride and getting a treat!

Worst service ive EVER experienced. I ordered a combo, they forgot my coffee blamed me because i only said i wanted the number 5 and did not specify what kind of coffee. He literally said it was my fault and charged me two dollars extra for the coffee. The worst part is the person dealing with me was the owner. Please tell me how someone who owns an establishment knows nothing about customer service??? After I made a scene he still told me that I should have specified that I wanted coffee. I said the girl at the cashier should have said that comes with a coffee how do you drink it? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
