It doesn’t take much for me to fall in love with Starbucks baristas, but the morning squad here truly went the extra mile. The themed Halloween costumes, they remembered and used my name, and immediately checked in with me when they realized I was still waiting on an item. I’d give them ten stars if I could. ❤️

Not much to say. Its a standard Starbucks. Very close to the Western Springs train station. Staff was friendly and efficient, even while fairly busy. Ample 2 hour street parking nearby.

The worst!! Rude and unprofessional. The service you come to expect from Starbucks is lost on this store. This comes after multiple experiences here. We will never go back here, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

Worst service ever for a Starbucks, we waited in line for almost 10 minutes before anybody stepped up to the counter to take our order, mobile orders were facing the barista so people couldn’t get them but they were not announcing the orders even though the store was packed full of people looking for them. I ordered a coffee cake, but finally left after waiting another 10 minutes without getting it. This store need massive training and needs to change how it handles mobile orders.

Very fast and friendly. Was ready to go with my mobile order. As soon as I got to the car I noticed it felt light and saw more than an inch of foam filled the top of the macchiato though...

What lousy service today. We walked into an empty store only to be told they would be right with us as they took care of all of the mobile orders. Really? They werent in the store. We were. When I complained about my wait time I was met with attitude and told to make a formal complaint w corporate. I can make coffee at home.

Went in today to grab a drink. Absolutely filthy. Every countertop and tabletop needed to be cleared of garbage and wiped down. The condiments counter was disgusting. The garbage cans were overflowing and I can’t even begin to describe the state of the floor. I doubt I would go back.

Average Starbucks, nice staff, and pretty quick given the amount of people there.

Friendly service, and nice new update, the flow in and out is better now. Parking is still terrible at peak times.

The Acme Dream Company at times make this their second home. This is a top notch location in a great little suburb! I have to say that Carl is the best barista on the planet! I am glad they are close! I expect to keep visiting them often!

Great location and they always are quick with the drinks. A great place to come and get hot chocolate for my kids while we watch the trains go by.

This Starbucks is a few feet away from where I work and has become a frequent place to get my coffee. All the baristas have come to know me already and already know what I am about to order, which is awesome to avoid the long waiting line. But it is pricy to say the least.

The employees are always nice and its across the street from the train. I would give it another star, but hey, its Starbucks, and not an individually-owned shop.

Starbucks has great atmosphere, good coffee, place to sit back & work on your laptop, schoolwork, etc...
