I have been in some big Walmart’s in the past, but DANG!! This one is humongous!! They have a fresh deli and bakery section, the fruits and vegetables looks fresh and nice. The store was neat and mostly well stocked in all of the departments we visited, except for a tractor battery my boyfriend was looking for. Other than that, it was a very nice store and have I mentioned how HUGE it is?
Best Wal-Mart to go to in the surrounding area (at least 80 miles). Their staff were all helpful and pleasant, the items in stock seemed to match online and in store, and checking out has never taken a lengthy amount of time. They seem to know how to open more than one register at a time, plus the bathrooms and aisles were clean and not trashed or neglected.
This place has good selection of products and the prices are lenient. But, NEED more ENGLISH SPEAKING EMPLOYEES!!! Every time I ask a question, they have to look for a manager who speaks English to figure out what I need.

The self checkout is continually staffed by employees with attitude problems. I have had 3 different incidents in the last 30 days where the older tall man with short white hair has talked back to me or said things under his breath.
Its very nice. I always visit when Im out of state. Organized and clean. Although, I noticed low in some products .
Very disappointed in my Westfield Walmart, which usually stands behind its products and offerings.I had my cellphones screen repaired at the I Fix It and Repair location in the store. Because it was Walmart, I trusted the service to be excellent. It was not.The I Fix It representative, Solomon, told me the screen would be repaired with a new screen. It was not. After paying $260 for a screen replacement and leaving the store, I realized the technician damaged my camera. It could not take clear photos. I brought it back to the Walmart kiosk. The same technician, Elman, said he could fix it, again. He took the phone completely apart again. When I arrived home (after hours waiting for the repair), I realized the fingerprint identifier no longer worked. I decided not to trust them to take my phone apart again. Then, 5 weeks later, the camera stopped working completely. No picture taking capability.My phone took beautiful photos before Elman at I Fix It and Repair ever touched my phone. I went to Walmart to talk with the manager on duty. He told me I Fix It is not part of Walmart, that they rent space there.I talked again with Solomon, at I Fix It, it was then that he revealed that the replacement screen was not in fact a factory new screen, but rather a refurbished screen. $260 for a refurbished screen! He purposely withheld that information when I asked him that directly during our first conversation!I trusted them because they were in Walmart, the store that I trust to have fair pricing and stand behind their products.I was scammed. Do not think I Fix It is competent, capable or fair. They are not. And Walmart should have a sign that explicitly states that I Fix It is not associated with them, instead of misleading consumers to have trust in their honesty and trustworthiness.Not only did they take $260 from me to change my screen to a not new screen, they damaged the phone, actually ruined my phone. Do not go here!!
Every Walmart has its bads but this one is generally a good one. I skip the one by my house and drive 20 minutes out of the way to come to this one. Items are usually in stock and grocery pick up is great with excellent service

Tried to get in contact with the vision center for well over an hour and a half. Kept having to redial and call back because the automation wont let you stay on hold. And was told that they couldnt transfer my call and apparently they even paged them but still no answer. Used to be an avid Walmart shopper. Not anymore.
Could use some more open registers so the wait isnt as long,good to see more people wearing masks to protect the public.
The employees take all the car spots closest to the store. The employees are ghosts inside. If you watch them they give 0 fuks about you. Have a nice day now fuk off. One bite everyone knows the rules. Buy the fuk8ng pizzazz!!!!!! Never hate!

Went in to purchase microwave and shoes. Only 2 microwaves in stock, as for shoes there were very little to choose from. Basically boots or sneakers. Noticed alot of missing product. This store does not stock well...certainly not as well as ware or even chicopee store. Really, you can do better if other walmarts are stocked why arent you!
Wish I could find staff here that are knowledgeable about the products they sell. The first 2 staff members that I did find to get assistance spoke no English The third did speak my language but said sorry Im on break. Super annoying if you need help
I love the Westfield Walmart I go here three to four times a week at the least!! At times it can be very crowded and the shelves can be kind of bare but theyre always kind and courteous and if you need anything thats not there theyll look in the back for you and the lines are usually pretty fast

Delivery service has no showed multiple times. Management unable to fix the problem. Don’t waste your money on Walmart+. Also the pharmacy hours posted are inaccurate… they close midday for lunch, but do not indicate that.. VERY INCONVENIENT when you show up for your prescriptions and they’re CLOSED

Went to purchase storage containers. Shelves were bare. What was available was on the top shelf. Im 53. Totally out of reach and no employee around. Made me remember why I stopped shopping there years ago.
Great store...very spacious.. Men dept....not well organize...food sections ok... flowers not fresh, not worth to buy, Very crowded.! Not 6 feet observed...at cashiers and around store, didnt feel comfortable, left store...maybe come back at not so busy hours.

Overall 2 stars because its always painful to go to Walmart. Never enough cashiers, self checkout always full and then a nightmare if you do get in. Westfield Ma Walmart very understocked and stockers are stocking at peak times during the day. They should be at night mostly like other stores. Anyways staff at this store generally friendly. Aisles need to be wider.
I shop for dry goods, the filtered water (best deal anywhere & and free of PFAs that have made our drinking water toxic; 39 cents a gallon!) And pet food. If it werent for the prices, I wouldnt shop there. Not the cleanest store. Youre practically forced to self check out due to the lines and lack of adequate staffing of cashiers.
Shelves around the store mostly empty. The only thing I can say is that the food was fully stocked and is always fully stocked. Other then that its only a grocery store the most. Everything else its not worth the trouble to check to see if they have it cause its probably Not in stock

Oh my god, I wanted to exchange an air mattress but the manager is kept trying to make me pay more money because when I purchased the air mattress it was on sale but it was terribly damaged and all I wanted is to purchase another air mattress but he refused and insisted on that I have to pay more money. And I told him that I should be able to exchange it because it’s the same item. The manager even refused to listen to me as a customer and even when I mentioned that they have lost A customer he did not care and asked me to go to another store!!!!!

There was only one overworked woman at the customer service counter. Why build multiple customer service registers if theres no intention on having them staffed?Self checkout was shut down at 6:30 pm due staffing shortage.If this Walmart store cant find a second employee to help out at the customer service counter and one employee to oversee the self-checkout registers, what does that tell you about how this store is being managed?
You know Ive traveled back and forth from Maine down to Florida and in all the Walmarts Ive stopped in especially up here in New England usually theyre not well kept but the one in Westfield was very clean people were nice and thats been very strange for Walmart because the one in Chicopee is horrible but the one in Westfield employees were friendly helpful glad to help and they kept their ladies room clean I was very pleased maybe they can send some tips over to the one in Chicopee.
Associates were helpful and willing to go the extra mile for us. Please dont go to full automation.
My daughter had her wallet stolen. The criminals used it at Walmart for over $2000. No one seemed to be able to help and she ended up having to call the police herself. There was no one withing loss prevention. It was only after the police got involved that they realized someone had tried to purchase 10 laptops! The Walmart staff seemed to take a very hands-off approach to the entire situation. It was and containers to be very frustrating.
Love shopping where I can do both at same time groceries and other things I need save on many trips to other stores
Walmart is typically on my list if a car battery is needed. Jeans. Sports clothes. Or a large grocery shopping trip. They are good in many ways and bad in some.
Always clean, usually you can find what you need.... I just wish there was more cashiers.
I tried to purchase a kitchenaid for $259, at the Westfield MA Walmart but cashier said price is $276. I did ask costumer service why price is different on the label she told me this label is from last year. She told me i will check it online if the price is lover than $276 i will price mach it. She said online price is $299. Then, i did check online price from walmart.com price is $242 exactly same serial number .i showed them they said walmart.com is not showing right prices. This is fair and wrong.

Honestly dont know why I shop here...its a frustrating experience nearly every time, so I tend to save my trips to once every couple of months and stock up on items when I go. My most recent visit I found out they had (supposedly) run out of paper bags. The cashier reached for a reusable insulated bag and scanned it in (then informed me there were no paper bags). Never even asked if I wanted these reusable bags, but I told her I wasnt paying for bags. Lets just say it went downhill from there. She insisted they had no paper bags, I had a cartful of food items ($160.), so I asked her to get a box or figure something out. She heads to the customer service desk where the supervisor takes a few steps away from the counter to yell to me they have no bags...I ask her to get a box, or get a manager because Im not paying for bags. Cashier heads back to start ringing, and doesnt a customer walk past with a 6-8 bags in his cart, paper no less! I point this customer out to the cashier, (she tells me maybe he brought his own,) then another customer, one bag in her cart (well, thats only one bag)...I realize I picked the wrong register line; apparently, there ARE bags, just not at this checkout. Since no manager ever shows up, the cashier finally had to take some bags from the further register because I refused to purchase the reusable bags even though she insisted numerous times there are no paper bags. I finally left, with 6 bags of groceries and fuming mad at this entire experience. Walmart customer service just plain sucks.

I do my shopping here almost every Friday during the day and it never fails there are two registers open and the lines are 10 to 15 people deep. Trying to call customer service or a manager is close to Impossible, as they dont bother to pick up the phone. I hate going here

I was looking for womens ribbed tank tops. I used to be able to get them at Walmart all year round, cant find them at all anymore. I was able to get everything else I was looking for that day.
I came here to buy a fishing pole and fishing gear. I also bought some dish washer detergent as well. This place has a big parking lot with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. The floors were clean and the items were stacked nicely on the shelf. The employees were nice to me. If you are 100% vaccinated from covid you dont need a mask but on the website of Walmart says it is required to wear a mask. Anyways this place sells all kinds of stuff like clothes, food, video games, cameras, electronics, sports equipment, and accessories ect. This place is better than chicopee Walmart.

Walked in at 10 am went straight to baby milk section. Asked two associates for help they both agreedto get someone. I waited for 15 mins. I Had to call store on phone and got an associate who pretended to not understand what I was asking for which was for 2 cans of formula. Waited another 10 mins for another associate to be followed by the associate I had talked with on phone to ask me again was I sure I wanted the 2 cans. I told them the button to call for assistance wasnt working and was told it didnt have a battery in it. I got the cans went and paid for them kept my receipt in hand and I walked out of there at 1100. Never again will I shop here. Never again
They lock up the silliest things and fimding someone to help is impossible sometimes but its a normal Walmart.
I looked online for a item for my boat, the web site stated that the Westfield Walmart had 11 in stock, I only wanted 3. When I went there the spot on the shelf had a box for the item but the box was empty. I asked a Walmart associate to check the inventory and he confirmed that they had 11 in stock. He told me he had to go talk to his manager and would be back, when he came back he told me that they did not have them in stock. I ended up going home without the items. I then ordered them online for curbside pickup, and the items were available for me to go get. I should have just ordered them online from the parking lot and waited.
This place is VERY organized. Super spacious and with this pandemic theyre always cleaning.No need to go buy stuffs in others stores. Here you can find it all.

Shelves are never stocked. Getting worse. Never have the same things there you bought just last week. Went to buy fruit and almost git sick to my stomach. Looked over at some oranges and noticed some fruit flies. When I looked closer I saw the rotten orange. Then when I went to get a watermelon I went to move one and put my hand through it cause it was so rotted. Thwn to top it all off our cashier was the rudest person.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I traveled half the store looking for employee help and didn’t find a single person who would help me then finally came across someone who said they didn’t know but did not offer to call someone to help. I went with my friend to Wal-Mart in Westfield mass and I was very impressed with how the employees keep the store clean and the shelves stocked with items the store manager and the employees did a very good job with helping customers and sanitizing the cash registers after the customers are gone and mop the floor and I would go back there again and I would recommend Wal Mart in Westfield mass to everyone to go to for good customer service and helpful employees.

The pickup area is always unorganized. They can never find the delivery orders I need and I always have to be removed off of orders.
Because the associates are very knowledgeable no matter how many times they change locations of merchandise. I get in and get out quickly because of the associates.
